发射可见光多孔硅的拉曼光谱

本文报导了多孔硅的拉曼散射和光致发光的研究。给出了多孔硅的拉曼和光致发光谱之间的对应关系,根据拉曼峰的移动,估算了多孔硅量子线横截面的平均尺度为2.1～4.2nm。     

化学键合多孔聚合物小球气相色谱固定相

以大孔聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯为基质,制备了两个系列化学键合聚乙二醇和脂肪醚聚合物小球固定相。色谱性能评价表明,它们的极性随含氧量增加而增加;从对于醇混合物及苯-环已烯-环已烷的分离实例说明,与基质相比,键合小球不仅有较高选择性,而且柱温较低,或保留时间较短,这与前人键合小分子官能团的改性方法比较是一个明显进步。     

数学归纳法教学中若干注意问题的浅见

数学归纳法作为发现问题和解决问题的一种重要思想方法,在中学数学教学中一直都引起了数学教育工作者高度重视。但从多年来的各种资料来看,这种重视似乎始终都还停留在方法论意义上的探讨,对于与此有关的一些基本性(包括一些细节)却很少进行必要的系统研究,结果往往导致这方面教学“大方向明确,细节上常错。”本文拟就数学归纳法教学中除方法技巧之外的两大重要问题进行粗浅探讨,供参     

6.8MeV/A—5.1MeV/A 14N+59Co, 51V发射α粒子的研究

用ΔE-E半导体望远镜测量了6.8MeV/A—5.1MeV/A的¹⁴N轰击⁵⁹Co和⁵¹V产生的α粒子, 得到了发射α粒子, 得到了发射α粒子的能谱、角分布和E-θ平面上的d²σ/dΩdE等高图, 区分了直接机制α及复合核蒸发α粒子, 并对直接机制α粒子的来源作了讨论.     

7—5MeV/A的14N在59Co和51V靶上的弹性散射的研究

用半导体探测器测量了7—5MeV/A的¹⁴N在⁵⁹Co和⁵¹V靶上的弹性散射能谱和角分布. 定出了靶中重元素沾污的种类和绝对量. 用广义菲涅耳模型拟合了弹散角分布, 讨论了从拟合弹散角分布提取准弹截面的可能性.     

Phase Transition of Hot Nuclear Matter

Based on the difference between the Ferm/distributions at zero temperature and at the finite temperature, we introduce the temperature-dependent three-body force (TBF) into the microscopic finite-temperature Brueckner-Hartree-Fock theory (FTBHF). In terms of the meson-exchange current approach, i.e. the one boson exchange (OBE) approximation, the exchange of four important mesons π, ρ, σ and ω axe considered. Using the FTBHF theory including TBF, we describe the critical temperature of the liquid-gas phase transition for symmetric nuclear matter and discuss its change trend with the increasing asymmetry parameter. Compared to the result excluding TBF, the value of the critical temperature turns out to be smaller.     

Suppression and Enhancement in Parametric Two-Photon Resonant Nondegenerate Four-Wave Mixing via Quantum Interference

Quantum interference may lead to suppression and enhancement of the two-photon resonant nondegenerate fourwave mixing signal in a cascade four-level system.Such phenomena are demonstrated in Ba through inducing atomic coherence between the ground state 6s^2 and the doubly excited autoionizing Rydberg state 6trod.This method can be used as a new spectroscopic tool for measuring the transition dipole moment between two highly excited atomic states.     

On Monotone Method for Second Order Periodic Boundary Value Problems and Periodic Solutions of Functional Difference Equations

In this paper, we show that the method of monotone iterative technique is valid to obtain two monotone sequences that converge uniformly to extremal solutions to second order periodic boundary value problems and periodic solutions of functional difference equations. We obtain some new results under the lower solution a and upper solution βwith α≤β.     

非对称型IGBT的低温特性研究

研究表明，半导体材料在低温环境下性能可以得到很大改善．功率MOSFET低温下的优异特性已被深入揭示．本文研究了NPT型IGBT在77～300K之间的特性，实验表明，低温下NPT型IGBT的通态压降。开关损耗都有明显下降，关断拖尾现象也得到明显改善。而门槛电压略有上升．在此基础上。分析了其低温特性的物理机制以及在超导领域的潜在应用．
