激光辐射下约瑟夫森结的直流Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性

研究了激光辐照下约瑟夫森结的直流Ⅰ-Ⅴ特性变化,并对Ⅰ-Ⅴ曲线下移的实验结果进行了分析,认为是光拆库柏对效应所致.该结果为发展一种新的可见光探测器提供了思路.

Low-Threshold-Current and High-out-Power 660 nm Laser Diodes with a p-GaAs Current Blocking Layer for DVD-RAM/R

We investigate a new structure of high-power 660-nm AlGaInP laser diodes. In the structure, a p-GaAs layer is grown on the ridge waveguide serving as the current-blocking layer, and nonabsorbing windows are only fabricated near the cavity facets to increase the catastrophic-optical-damage level. Stable fundamental mode operation was achieved at up to 80roW without kinks, and the maximum output power was 184roW at 22~C. The threshold current was 40 mA.     

钼盐涂覆-无火焰原子吸收法测定骨肿瘤患者血清中微量铝的研究

用铝盐涂覆石墨管并以K2Cr2O7和TritonX-100为基体改进剂。GFAAS法测定骨肿瘤患者血清中微量铝,大幅度提高测定灵敏度和准确度。避免了沾行。特征浓度则.15pg／0.0044A·S。加标平均回收率104.92％,RSD＜8.17％。     

A Silicon—Based Ferroelectric Capacitor for Memory Devices

We study a silicon-based PbTiO3/Pb(Zr0.53 Ti0.47)O3/PbTiO3 capacitor,prepared by an improved sol-gel method.The ferroelectric capacitor has a high remanent polarization of 15μC/cm^2 at a coercive field of about 30kV/cm,an ultra-low leakage current density of 0.1nA/cm^2,and almost fatigue free properties.It can be used as a promising candidate for ferroelectric memory devices.

本文以我厂生产的长焦距镜头为例,介绍了满足彩色还原特性的长焦距镜头增速膜的设计思想,设计方法和结果。这种具有彩色还原性能的镜头现已批量生产。     

双重介质系统的参数辨识问题

本文证明可以利用油(气)田井口上的生产数据来确定双重介质储集结构的地质参数;得出了最佳地质参数——反问题的解,所应满足的必要条件;讨论了这种储集结构参数可辨识性。     

动物骨中痕量元素铅和镉测定方法的研究

本文建立了一种用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定动物骨中的痕量Ｐｂ和Ｃｄ的方法，试样以ＴＭＡＨ溶解后直接测定，方法简便。快速，回收率为９６．９５－１０３．１５％，相对标准偏差小于４．８１％。     

High power red-light GalnP/AlGalnP laser diodes with nonabsorbing windows based on Zn diffusion-induced quantum well intermixing

The layer structure of GaInP/AlGaInP quantum well laser diodes (LDs) was grown on GaAs substrate using low-pressure metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (LP-MOCVD) technique. In order to improve the catastrophic optical damage (COD) level of devices, a nonabsorbing window (NAW), which was based on Zn diffusion-induced quantum well intermixing, was fabricated near the both ends of the cavities. Zn diffusions were respectively carried out at 480, 500, 520, 540, and 580℃ for 20 minutes. The largest energy blue shift of 189.1 meV was observed in the window regions at 580℃. When the blue shift was 24.7 meV at 480℃, the COD power for the window LD was 86.7% higher than the conventional LD.     

低温下单壁碳纳米管拉曼光谱温度效应研究

在单壁碳纳米管的低温拉曼光谱测量过程中,发现径向呼吸模(RBM)和正切拉伸模(GM)的拉曼频移在低温下的温度效应和在高温时的温度效应存在着很大的区别,在低温下拉曼光谱的频移和温度并不呈线性关系。而且,在温度为210K时,单壁碳纳米管内部的振动结构可能发生了变化。在低温下单壁碳纳米管拉曼峰的强度的变化是不可逆的。
