Ganoderma mushrooms are widely used as effective medicines for treating and preventing chronic diseases. In this study, five new meroterpenoids, dayaolingzhiols A (1) and B (2) featuring a 6/6/6 ring system, dayaolingzhiols C?E (3–5) harboring a γ-lactone motif, along with eight known ones (6–13), were purified from G. lucidum. To clarify their chemical structures, spectroscopic and ECD and OR computational methods were used. In addition, the inhibition of all the new meroterpenoids against AChE was evaluated, disclosing that (+)-4 and (±)-5 possess potent AChE inhibitory activities with respective IC50 values of 8.52?±?1.90?μM and 7.37?±?0.52?μM. 相似文献

Because of the increasing complexity and cost of experiments carried out, the data for the multi-component alloy systems have frequently been obtained by numerical modelling. It is clear that the related calculations require reliable data dealing with the pure components and binary alloy systems. Selecting the reliable data concerning the pure components from the literature, the viscosities for the SAC and (SAC)1?x Cox solder alloys have been calculated using different viscosity models (geometric and physical). The viscosity decreases as the amount of tin content increases in the SAC387 alloy while the addition of the cobalt to SAC387 solder results in the increasing of the viscosity. Moreover, by computing the root mean square values between theoretical and experimental viscosities, it can be concluded that the lowest value among all models is that of obtained by Kaptay equation. 相似文献

浸入边界法通过在N-S方程中施加体积力模拟不可滑移固壁边界及动边界,避免生成复杂贴体网格及动网格,极大地节省了网格建模时间及动网格计算消耗。本文提出一种新型附加体积力简化计算方法,将简化附加体积力以源项形式嵌入动量方程迭代中,通过用户自定义函数对CFD软件FLUENT二次开发,实现了浸入边界法和通用流体力学求解器的耦合计算。通过静止圆柱和动圆柱绕流数值模拟进行了验证,并探讨了插值函数对计算精度的影响。研究表明,通过引入浸入边界模型,能够提高计算效率,并实现结构网格背景下复杂边界和动边界的高效建模。 相似文献

Vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) studies are reported on a chiral compound in which a fullerene C60 moiety is used as an electron acceptor and local VCD amplifier for an alanine-based peptide chain. Four redox states are investigated in this study, of which three are reduced species that possess low-lying electronic states as confirmed by UV/Vis spectroelectrochemistry. VCD measurements in combination with (TD)DFT calculations are used to investigate (i) how the low-lying electronic states of the reduced species modulate the amplification of VCD signals, (ii) how this amplification depends on the distance between oscillator and amplifier, and (iii) how the spatial extent of the amplifier influences amplification. We discuss an explicit refinement of Rubin?s integral version of Stark?s conjecture. We prove that this refinement is a consequence of the relevant case of the Equivariant Tamagawa Number Conjecture of Burns and Flach, hence obtaining a full proof in several important cases. We also derive several explicit consequences of this refinement concerning the annihilation as Galois modules of ideal class groups by explicit elements constructed from the values of higher order derivatives of Dirichlet L-functions. Polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) systems based on polysulfone as carrying matrix and 4-cyano-4?-pentylbiphenyl (5CB) liquid crystal (LC) were obtained as thin transparent films. The PDLC films were prepared by solvent- and thermally induced phase separation methods, with various compositions in the two components. Information on the phase separation was obtained by polarised light optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and scanning electron microscopy. The PDLC composites show well-defined droplets of submicrometric size, around 650 nm for a medium content of LC and around 250 nm for a low one. The droplets show a radial configuration and a homeotropic alignment of the LC molecules within. By contact angle measurement and surface free energy calculations, it was established that self-assembling of aliphatic units of the two composite components, at droplet interface, is the driving force of the homeotropic alignment. Moreover, these data indicated the potential biocompatibility of the studied composites. The photophysical behaviour shows a better light emission of the PDLCs containing bigger droplets. 相似文献

Human telomeric DNA, in G-quadruplex (G4) conformation, is characterized by a remarkable structural stability that confers it the capacity to resist to oxidative stress producing one or even clustered 8-oxoguanine (8oxoG) lesions. We present a combined experimental/computational investigation, by using circular dichroism in aqueous solutions, cellular immunofluorescence assays and molecular dynamics simulations, that identifies the crucial role of the stability of G4s to oxidative lesions, related also to their biological role as inhibitors of telomerase, an enzyme overexpressed in most cancers associated to oxidative stress. 相似文献

In the majority of cases, the effects of ion implantation are confined close to the implant zone but, potentially, the resultant distortions and chemical modifications could catalyse relaxations extending into the bulk substrate. Such possibilities are rarely considered but the present data suggest that high dose ion implantation of ZnO has induced bulk changes. Surface implants with Cu and Tb strongly modified the low temperature bulk thermoluminescence properties generated by X-ray irradiation. Suggestions are proposed for the possible mechanisms for bulk relaxations and structural characteristics, which may indicate where such instability may occur in other lattice structures. 相似文献
