POROUS MEMBRANE TEMPLATED SYNTHESIS OF POLYMER PILLARED LAYER   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
The anodic porous alumina membranes with a definite pore diameter and aspect ratio were used as templates tosynthesize polymer pillared layer structures. The pillared polymer was produced in the template membrane pores, and thelayer on the template surfaces. Rigid cured epoxy resin, polystyrene and soft hydrogel were chosen to confirm themethodology. The pillars were in the form of either tubes or fibers, which were controlled by the alumina membrane pore surface wettability. The structural features were confirmed by scanning electron microscopy results.  相似文献

由金属、半导体、碳纳米管、聚苯胺等组成的纳米有序阵列体系,在能量存储或转换、传感等方面具有广阔的应用前景。模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系是以具有特定微孔结构的材料为模板,通过电化学沉积、溶胶-凝胶沉积和化学气相沉积等手段,让纳米单元在模板提供的受控环境中原位生成,形成纳米有序阵列体系。模板法具有可控性好、工艺简便、能耗低等优点。本文综述了模板法组装纳米有序阵列体系的研究进展,并对纳米有序阵列体系的应用前景作了展望。  相似文献

The effect of boric acid on the properties of high‐alumina phosphate‐bonded plastic refractory materials at medium temperature is investigated in this work. Powder X‐ray diffraction (XRD), thermogravimetric analysis/differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques are used to investigate the compositions and microstructures of the Al2O3–H3BO3 sintering products, in order to study the influence of the generated aluminum borate on the high‐aluminum refractories. Additionally, the effect of the addition of H3BO3 on the densification and mechanical strength of high‐aluminum phosphate‐bonded plastic refractories is studied by the permanent linear change, apparent porosity, cold compressive strength, flexural strength, and scanning electron microscopy pattern. The densification and mechanical strength of the refractories can be improved significantly by the optimal addition of H3BO3. However, excess H3BO3 will bring about a large amount of bound water into the refractories, and superabundant aluminum borate whiskers will be generated by the excess addition of H3BO3, both of them resulting in the reduction of the densification and mechanical strength of the refractory. In conclusion, the optimum dosages of H3BO3 in the powder system of high‐alumina phosphate‐bonded plastic refractories are 5, 4, and 3 wt%, sintered at 700, 900, and 1100 °C, respectively.  相似文献

By modifying and optimizing the procedures, which were well described and understood for the synthesis of macroporous alumina, mesoporous alumina–based film has been successfully prepared, In this paper, the orderly mesoporous Al2O3 thin film was prepared by electrochemical workstation, and via supported N‐octyltriethoxysilane (NOS) coupling agent, corrosion inhibitors be loaded into the different pore sizes of mesoporous alumina films. The physicochemical properties of this thin inhibitors carrier film were characterized. Corrosion resistance of mesoporous alumina and honeycomb ceramic macroporous alumina were compared; the conclusion shows that mesoporous alumina film can be used as good corrosion inhibitors carrier and bring out a high‐efficiency inhibition result. Simultaneously, by compared with corrosion inhibition of different pore sizes (20‐50 nm) mesoporous alumina who absorbed NOS, and a general relationship between the different mesoporous alumina pore sizes and the adsorption capacity of NOS was obtained.  相似文献

采用铝溶胶晶种引入、结合相分离的方法制备了具有三维贯通多级孔道结构的大孔氧化铝材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附、压汞、核磁共振波谱(NMR)等测试方法对所得材料进行了表征。结果表明,该氧化铝材料具有200-600 nm的均匀分布且贯通的连续大孔孔道,经550℃焙烧即可得到结晶态γ-氧化铝。大孔氧化铝比表面积达到366 m2/g,具有以5 nm及400 nm为中心的较为集中的介孔-大孔多级孔道分布。焙烧后的样品中,铝具有四、六两种配位状态。制备过程中,聚环氧乙烷(PEO)作为诱导剂引发固-液两相分离,形成具有三维贯通多级孔道结构大孔氧化铝,而凝胶中引入铝溶胶时,AlOOH晶粒与铝交联水合物均相伴生,在凝胶过程诱导铝交联水合物转变为AlOOH,最终使大孔氧化铝在较低的焙烧温度即可转化为γ-氧化铝。  相似文献

Emanation thermal analysis was used to characterize the thermal behaviour of alumina coatings as deposited on EUROFER 97 steel surface by filtered vacuum arc technique. Temperature ranges of the healing of cracks and structure irregularities observed by SEM were determined from the ETA results. Transport properties of the alumina coatings were assessed from the ETA results by the evaluation of radon diffusion parameters in the temperature range from 50 to 300°C. Healing microstructure irregularities of the alumina coatings can be expected in the range 300–700°C as indicated by the decrease of the radon release rate. From the ETA results it followed that the onset of healing the cracks observed by the SEM on the surface of one alumina coating sample can be expected at 430°C. Dedicated to Dr. K. The importance of protein adsorption on biomaterials is widely recognized, but the dependence of the adsorption results on the chosen technique has not been much addressed. The objective of this work is to compare adsorption data obtained using several techniques under experimental conditions as closely as possible. Two case studies were investigated: adsorption of bovine serum albumin (BSA) onto 316L stainless steel (SS) and onto alumina. Both materials were used as powders and plates, whose characterization was done through zeta potential (ZP) measurements. The experimental techniques were depletion, protein radiolabeling, quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). The adsorption isotherms obtained with depletion and QCM‐D techniques, although quantitatively different, present some similarities in shape. Both techniques suggest the existence of a compact end‐on monolayer of protein on the SS surface, while on the alumina surface a less dense side‐on monolayer is formed at lower BSA concentration, followed by a second layer at higher concentration. AFM topographical characterization of the protein films adsorbed on both materials confirms those findings. Further use of AFM in determining the thickness of the film adsorbed on SS yielded values in good agreement with the QDM‐D results. Different surface charges measured on powders and plates do not seem to affect adsorption. Protein radiolabeling seems to be the least reliable technique because it yields, for both materials, adsorption values higher than those from the other techniques. A review on developments of liquid membranes (LMs) in the field of gas and vapor separation of the last 16 years is presented. Liquid membrane configurations employing supports, i.e. immobilized, supported and contained liquid membranes are focussed and detailed information on the respective materials, i.e. supports (supplier, type, thickness, pore width, porosity, tortuosity), liquids and carriers, are presented together with their specific separation tasks. Performance of different LMs in terms of permeability and selectivity as well as stability (duration of testing, applied differential pressures) are compared and discussed. Finally, different preparation methods of LMs are illustrated.  相似文献

将二次阳极氧化法应用于硅基铝膜的制备, 在草酸溶液中得到了厚度可控的硅基超薄多孔氧化铝膜(PAM), 厚度小于100 nm. 实验中记录了氧化电流随时间的实时变化曲线, 发现硅衬底的氧化电流在大幅下降前有一小幅波动. 对应于Al/Si界面的氧化过程中, 孔洞底部之间的残留铝岛被优先氧化, 可将此作为终止铝氧化的标志. 扫描电镜(SEM)观察表明, 二次氧化提高了孔洞分布的均匀性, 使得孔在一定的区域内呈现有序六角分布.这种模板可进一步用于硅基纳米器件和纳米结构的制备.  相似文献

主要通过XPS表征、热力学计算以及一系列设计的评价实验等方法,对硫化CoMo/Al2O3催化剂上H2同时催化还原SO2和NO反应的活性相、吸附活性位以及反应机理进行了研究.结果表明,金属硫化物相是SO,和NO转化的主要活性相,并与载体Al2O3共同承担H2S转化为单质硫的作用.此外,反应过程中产生的品格空位也对NO转化起着重要作用.催化剂表面的阴离子空位是SO2和NO共同的吸附活性位,SO2对NO的吸附有抑制作用,而催化剂表面的L碱佗也是SO2的吸附活性位,NO可促进SO2的氧化吸附.最后,本文从反应分子的吸附与活化、NO的转化及品格硫的流失、SO2还原到H2S、H2S的转化、晶格硫的补充等5个方面提出了反应机理.  相似文献
