负压区的存在对刚性陶瓷过滤器脉冲反吹性能的影响

利用压电式压力传感器测定了陶瓷过滤器在脉冲反吹过程中滤管内动态压力的变化规律,表明在脉冲反吹快要结束和正常过滤尚未开始的过渡过程中,滤管内存在严重的负压区。利用单个颗粒轨道模型分析了部分已被吹离滤管表面的小颗粒在负压区的作用下会重新返回到滤管壁,从而证实了负压区是影响刚性陶瓷过滤器稳定运行的重要原因。     

磁过滤器电流对非晶碳薄膜摩擦学特性影响的研究

研究了过滤阴极真空电弧技术中,不同的磁过滤器电流下(5—13 A),制备的四面体非晶碳(ta-C)薄膜对摩擦学特性的影响.通过对薄膜厚度,薄膜结构以及薄膜表面粗糙度随磁过滤电流的变化结果进行了测试,结果表明,随着磁过滤器电流的增大,薄膜的sp³键含量逐渐减少,表面粗糙度从0.13增大到0.38.磁过滤器电流在5 A时,薄膜的摩擦系数最小约为0.08,当电流增大到7 A时,摩擦系数显著增大,磁过滤器电流从7 A增大到13 A时,薄膜的摩擦系数再次减小约为0.1. 关键词： 四面体非晶碳 过滤阴极真空电弧 磁过滤器电流 摩擦系数     

Switchable dual-wavelength fiber ring laser featuring twin-core photonic crystal fiber-based filter

A simple configuration for the generation of a switchable dual-wavelength fiber ring laser is presented.The proposed configuration employs a short twin-core photonic crystal fiber acting as a Mach–Zehnder interferometer at room temperature.A polarization controller is further utilized to enable switchable dualwavelength operation.     

A subspace fitting algorithm of acoustic vector sensor array and corresponding matrix pre-filter design

In order to ease the pass-band response distortion of the matrix pre-filter,a simple approach for designing matrix spatial filter is proposed,which minimizes the sum of the k maximal distortion norm（k is the number of the constraint points）within the pass-band,while constraining the filter response within the stop-band.Considering the costly amount of calculation of the high-resolution methods,an algorithm with small amount of calculation based on matrix pre-filtering and subspace fitting using acoustic vector array（MF-VSSF）is proposed.Through joint processing of signal subspace of both pressure and particle velocity,the pre-filtering matrix and the signal subspace is decreased to M-dimensional（M is the number of array-element）,hence reduces the time-consumption of the matrix pre-filter design and DOA searching.Simulation results show that,the method offers the same performance as MUSIC with pre-filtering,but has much lesser amount of calculation.Moreover,the designed prefilter can efficiently suppress the interference in the stop-band and improve the estimation and resolution performance of successive DOA estimators.     

Assessment of the risk of infectious aerosols leaking to the environment from BSL-3 laboratory HEPA air filtration systems using model bacterial aerosols

To assess the risk of infectious bacterial aerosols leaking to the environment, the filtration efficiency of a biosafety level 3 （BSL-3） laboratory high-efficiency particulate （HEPA） filter was investigated using the aerosolized bacteria Serratia marcescens. The aerosol size was measured using an Andersen sampler. Eight first stage HEPA filters （numbered 1-87 were distributed in contaminated labs and exhausts from each of the first stage HEPA filters were aggregated and filtered through one second stage HEPA filter before being released to the environment. In total, 8 first-stage and I second-stage HEPA filters from the BSL-3 air purification system were analyzed. No S. marcescens was detected in first stage filters 1,2, 4, 5, 7 and 8 and the second stage HEPA filter. The filtration efficiencies against aerosolized S. marcescens were 〉99.9999%. First stage filter numbers 3 and 6 had filtration efficiencies of 99.9825% and 99.9906% respectively. When filter number 3 was replaced by a new filter and the bracket for filter number 6 was sealed, no aerosolized S. marcescens was detected in the filtered air. Our work suggests that the BSL-3 laboratory HEPA filter air purification system is effective against bacterial aerosols, with little to no bacterial leakage into the environment.

It is proved that the set of all filters forms a distributive lattice. Also, the concept of prime filter in residuated lattice was proposed and some equivalent conditions about prime filter were given.
