Design and theoretical study of a polarization-insensitive multiband terahertz metamaterial bandpass filter 下载免费PDF全文
We report the design of a novel multiband metamaterial bandpass filter(BPF) in the terahertz(THz)-wave region. The designed BPF is composed of a metal–dielectric–metal sandwiched structure with three nested rings on the top surface and a cross structure on the bottom surface. Full-wave simulation results show that the designed BPF has three transmission peaks at frequencies of 0.42, 1.27, and 1.86 THz with transmission rates of-0.87,-1.85, and-1.83 d B, respectively.Multi-reflection interference theory is introduced to explain the transmission mechanism of the designed triple-band BPF.The theoretical transmission spectrum is in good agreement with the full-wave simulated results. The designed BPF can maintain a stable performance as the incident angle varies from 0?to 30?for both transverse electric and transverse magnetic polarizations of the incident wave. The designed BPF can be potentially used in THz devices due to its multiband transmissions, polarization insensitivity, and stable wide-angle response in the THz region. 相似文献

It is demonstrated that when tension leg platform (TLP) moves with finite amplitude in waves, the inertia force, the drag force and the buoyancy acting on the platform are nonlinear functions of the response of TLP, The tensions of the tethers are also nonlinear functions of the displacement of TLP. Then the displacement, the velocity and the acceleration of TLP should be taken into account when loads are calculated. In addition, equations of motions should be set up on the instantaneous position. A theo- retical model for analyzing the nonlinear behavior of a TLP with finite displacement is developed, in which multifold nonlinearities are taken into account, i.e., finite displace- ment, coupling of the six degrees of freedom, instantaneous position, instantaneous wet surface, free surface effects and viscous drag force, Based on the theoretical model, the comprehensive nonlinear differential equations are deduced. Then the nonlinear dynamic analysis of ISSC TLP in regular waves is performed in the time domain. The degenerative linear solution of the proposed nonlinear model is verified with existing published one. Furthermore, numerical results are presented, which illustrate that nonlinearities exert a significant influence on the dynamic responses of the TLP. 相似文献

苯轮烯衍生物具有良好的非线性光学性质. 运用密度泛函理论在不同理论水平和不同基组下计算了轮烯衍生物的静态极化率α和静态第二超极化率γ. 采用含时密度泛函TD-B3LYP方法计算了轮烯分子的紫外吸收光谱. 结果发现: 弥散函数对静态线性极化率α和第二超极化率γ 的计算结果都有显著的影响; 共轭体系的大小和引入的推拉电子基团可以调节轮烯衍生物的第二超极化率. 添加推拉电子基团后不仅能得到更高的非线性光学系数, 也能保证有较好的透光性能, 表明轮稀分子兼具有较高的三阶非线性光学响应和在可见光波段具有良好的透光性的特性. 此外, 采用CAM-B3LYP方法计算了分子1-1和分子2-2的动态(超)极化率. 计算结果表明: 在近红外区, 随着入射光频率的增大, α (ω; ω), γ (-ω; ω, 0, 0) 和γ (-2ω; ω, ω, 0) 都随之增大, 出现近共振增强效应; 在远离共振条件下, α (ω; ω), γ (-ω; ω, 0, 0) 和γ (-2ω; ω, ω, 0) 变化平缓. 相似文献

通过等频图分析并结合时域有限差分法模拟,在一个与偏振态无关的自准直光子晶体环形谐振腔中,研究发现当环形谐振腔内的光传输距离改变时,横电波(TE)和横磁波(TM)两种偏振态的光在通过环形谐振腔之后的输出将会随之变化并呈现出不同的周期性.通过选择适合的传输距离,实现了TE,TM自准直的情况下同时分束50%的结果,构成了一种基于光子晶体自准直环形谐振腔的全光均分束器.全光均分束器扩大了分束器的运用范围,也会在高密度集成光路中发挥重要的作用.

基于闭合双环单元结构, 设计、仿真、测试了对偏振无依赖性的双波段超材料吸收器. 实验结果表明, 该设计在频率4.06 GHz和6.66 GHz存在两个显著吸收峰, 吸收率分别为99.60%和95.83%, 并且在入射角达到50°时, 吸收率仍然保持在83%以上. 由于单元结构具有旋转对称性, 使得该吸收器对偏振不敏感, 能同时实现横电波和横磁波的双波段吸收. 吸收频率决定于闭合环大小, 调节闭合环尺寸能够灵活实现特定频率的吸收. 这些优点使我们的设计在多频谱成像、热辐射探测等应用中表现出较大的潜力. 相似文献
