Moiré superlattice modulations in single-unit-cell FeTe films grown on NbSe2 single crystals

Interface can be a fertile ground for exotic quantum states, including topological superconductivity, Majorana mode, fractal quantum Hall effect, unconventional superconductivity, Mott insulator, etc. Here we grow single-unit-cell (1UC) FeTe film on NbSe₂ single crystal by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) and investigate the film in-situ with a home-made cryogenic scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) and non-contact atomic force microscopy (AFM) combined system. We find different stripe-like superlattice modulations on grown FeTe film with different misorientation angles with respect to NbSe₂ substrate. We show that these stripe-like superlattice modulations can be understood as moiré pattern forming between FeTe film and NbSe₂ substrate. Our results indicate that the interface between FeTe and NbSe₂ is atomically sharp. By STM-AFM combined measurement, we suggest that the moiré superlattice modulations have an electronic origin when the misorientation angle is relatively small (≤ 3°) and have structural relaxation when the misorientation angle is relatively large (≥ 10°).

一类非严格双曲型守恒律整体连续解的存在性

该文利用初值扰动法，讨论了一类非严格双曲型守恒律Ｃａｕｃｈｙ问题整体连续解的存在性．这类方程包括了等熵气体动力学方程组．一个典型的变形方程组，弹性力学方程组，二次流守恒律和旋转退化方程等有意义的模型．     

EXISTENCE OF GLOBAL SMOOTH SOLUTION TO INITIAL BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM FOR A VISCOELASTIC MODEL WITH RELAXATION

This paper is concerned with the initial boundary value problem for a vis-coelastic model with relaxation. Under the only assumption that the C^0-norm of theinitial data is small, without smallness hypothesis for the C^1-norm, the existence of theglobal smooth solution to the corresponding initial boundary value problem is proved.The analysis is based on some a priori estimates obtained by the “maximum principle” offirst-order quasilinear hyperbolic system.     

DECAY RATES AND CONVERGENCE OF SOLUTIONS TO SYSTEM OF ONE-DIMENSIONAL VISCOELASTIC MODEL WITH DAMPING

This paper considers the asymptotic behavior of solutions to the system of onedimensional viscoelastic model with damping and prove that the corresponding solutions time-asymptotically behave like nonlinear diffusion wave as in [4,11]. In addition, It is also shown that the system of one-dimensional viscoelastic model with damping is a viscosity approximation of a hyperbolic conservation laws with damping.     

Convergence rates to nonlinear diffusion waves for weak entropy solutions to p-system with damping

This paper studies the asymptotic behavior of weak entropy solutions to the Cauchy problem of the so-called p-system with damping. The convergence rates to nonlinear diffusion waves for weak entropy solutions are obtained in L∞-norm or L2-norm. These convergence rates are the same to the decay rates of smooth solution obtained by Nishihara. They are proved by using the vanishing viscosity method and the elementary L2-energy method.

阐述涤纶中空纤维在生产过程中性能的变化，并讨论了纤维聚集态结构与中空纤维特有的膨松性、回弹性的关系。结果表明，在后加工过程中，随着拉伸进行，纤维取向越大，潜在卷曲展现越充分，膨松性Ｖ１、Ｖ２、卷曲性能和压缩回弹率与非晶区取向程度、结晶度等密切相关。     

可对角化的非齐次拟线性双曲型方程组的Cauchy问题

本文通过引入函数变换，借助极值原理估界，得到了一类具有真正大初值的具对角形式的ｎ＊ｎ非齐次拟线性双曲型方程组Ｃａｕｃｈｙ问题整体光滑解的存在性。
