A new compound (CHZ)(HTNPG)·0.5H2O was synthesized by mixing carbohydrazide(CHZ) and trinitrophloroglucinol(TNPG) and characterized by elemental analysis and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrum. Its crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group, with a=0.45578(9) nm, b=1.0142(2) nm, c=1.3041(3) nm, α=86.53(3)°, β=99.56(3)°, γ=81.94(3)°, V= 0.5958(2) nm^3, Z=2, Dc=2.008 g/cm^3, R1=0.0476, and wR2=0.1139. The compound is a di-substituted salt of TNPG, which consists of a cation (CHZ)^2+ and an anion (HTNPG)^2-. The thermal analysis of the compound was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetry-derivative thermogravimetry(TG-DTG). Under nitrogen atmosphere at a heating rate of 10 ℃/min, the thermal decomposition of the compound contained one endothermic process of dehydrating stage and two intense exothermic decomposition processes in a temperature range of 140--232 ℃ on the DSC trace. The decomposition products of the title compound are nearly gaseous products. The existing complicated hydrogen bond networks and electrostatic attraction between (CHZ)^2+ and (HTNPG)^2- enhance the thermal stability of the title compound. 相似文献

由气冷屏、聚氨酯泡沫和变密度多层绝热组成的气冷屏复合绝热结构是一种新型的高效热防护绝热结构,通过对不同环境条件下低温贮箱气冷屏复合绝热结构的传热机理分析,推导了气冷屏复合绝热结构中屏温与屏位的数值计算关系,并在此基础上根据漏热量最小原则对气冷屏复合绝热结构中的屏位进行了优化。结果表明,随着环境条件的不同,气冷屏复合绝热机理不同,气冷屏最优位置也不同。常温常压的地面环境,气冷屏置于SOFI与VD-MLI之间时,低温贮箱漏热量最小,绝热效果最优;真空且温度变化剧烈的空间环境,气冷屏置于VD-MLI最中间时,低温贮箱漏热量最小,绝热效果最优。气冷屏复合绝热结构可进一步降低空间低温贮箱的漏热量,同时能满足地面及空间环境使用要求。 相似文献

在可改变风量和热水流量的实验条件下,对波纹板式空冷器的阻力与传热特性进行实验研究。得到了空气侧的阻力降关联式以及两侧的对流换热系数关联式,其适用于热水雷诺数在2000-8000之间、空气雷诺数在2000-10000之间。在相同工况下,比较了波纹板式、光管式和翅片管式空冷器的性能指标,结果表明:迎面风速在2.45-4.1 m/s之间,波纹板式空冷器传热系数达到100-160 W/m2/℃;约比光管式提高70%,但只有以管束外表面为基准的翅片管式传热系数的六分之一;板式空冷器单位体积换热量约是翅片管式空冷器的1.5倍,是光管式的15倍;板式空冷器单位功耗换热量约是光管式空冷器的5.5倍,而翅片管式空冷器与光管式空冷器则相差不大。 相似文献

A coordination compound of erbium perchlorate with L-α-glutamic acid, [Er2(Glu)2(H2O)6](ClO4)4·6H2O(s), was synthesized. By chemical analysis, elemental analysis, FTIR, TG/DTG, and comparison with relevant literatures, its chemical composition and structure were established. The mechanism of thermal decomposition of the complex was deduced on the basis of the TG/DTG analysis. Low-temperature heat capacities were measured by a precision automated adiabatic calorimeter from 78 to 318 K. An endothermic peak in the heat capacity curve was observed over the temperature region of 290-318 K, which was ascribed to a solid-to-solid phase transition. The temperature Ttrans, the enthalpy △transHm and the entropy △transSm of the phase transition for the compound were determined to be: (308.73±0.45) K, (10.49±0.05) kJ·mol^-1 and (33.9±0.2) J·K^-1·mol^-1. Polynomial equation of heat capacities as a function of the temperature in the region of 78-290 K was fitted by the least square method. Standard molar enthalpies of dissolution of the mixture [2ErCl3·6H2O(s)+2L-Glu(s)+6NaClO4·H2O(s)] and the mixture {[Er2(Glu)2(H2O)6](ClO4)4·6H2O(s)+6NaCl(s)} in 100 mL of 2 mol·dm^-3 HClO4 as calorimetric solvent, and {2HClO4(1)} in the solution A' at T=298.15 K were measured to be, △dHm,1=(31.552±0.026) kJ·mol^-1, △dHm,2 = (41.302±0.034) kJ·mol^-1, and △dHm,3 = ( 14.986 ± 0.064) kJ·mol^-1, respectively. In accordance with Hess law, the standard molar enthalpy of formation of the complex was determined as △fHm-=-(7551.0±2.4) kJ·mol^-1 by using an isoperibol solution-reaction calorimeter and designing a thermochemical cycle. 相似文献

Based on the X-ray scattering intensity theory and using the approximate expression for the atomic scattering factor, the correction factors for three crystalline peaks and an amorphous peak of Nylon 1212 were calculated and the formula of degree of crystallinity of Nylon 1212 was derived by a graphic multipeak resolution method.
