离子交换KTP晶体光波导及其各向异性波导性能研究

采用离子交换法制备了Ｒｂ：ＫＴＰ晶体光波导，在不同波长的耦合光下测量了ＴＥ和ＴＭ偏振波导模式的有效折射率，拟合了波导层折射率的余误差函数分布，证明了波导折射率增量的各向异性，给出了其色散关系；最后计算并讨论了Ｒｂ：ＫＴＰ波导的扩散特性。     

PE－LiTaO_3波导中的切伦科夫培频

对用质子交换法生长的ＬｉＴａＯ３（ＰＥ－ＬｉＴａＯ３）波导特性进行了研究，并利用该种波导实现了由１．０６μｍ到０．５３μｍ的切伦科夫倍频转换（ＣＳＨＧ），转换效率为１２２％／Ｗ·ｃｍ２．倍频光束质量好，垂直波导面方向的发散角度为１．３ｍｒａｄ，平行波导面方向的发散角度为３．３ｍｒａｄ．     

低温生长GaAs在Nd∶YVO4激光器中调Q特性的研究

采用一种新型的被动调Q饱和吸收体,低温生长GaAs薄膜，实现了半导体抽运Nd∶YVO4激光器的调Q运转.研究了激光器的调Q特性,调Q抽运阈值为2W.在抽运功率9.2 W时，获得的最短脉冲半峰全宽为15 ns，最大单脉冲能量为4.84 μJ，最高峰值功率为330 W，最大平均输出功率为1.16 W；脉冲重复频率在220 kHz到360 kHz之间.     

Fluorescence spectrum,thermal properties,and continuous-wave laser performance of the mixed crystal Nd：Lu0.99La0.01 VO4

The fluorescence spectrum and thermal properties of the mixed crystal Nd：Luo.gvLa~.o1VO4 are determined. The strongest emission peak located at 1065.6 nm had a full width at half maximum （FWHM） of 2.1 nm. Continuous-wave （CW） laser performance is demonstrated by a compact planar planar cavity that is end- pumped by a diode laser. The laser output characteristics are investigated by using output couplers with different transmissions. A maximum CW output power of 8.09 W was obtained at an incident pump power of 19.4 W, which corresponds to an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 41.7% and a slope efficiency of 54.6%. The dependence of optimum transmission on pump power is calculated theoretically and is found to be consistent with experimental results.     

Study on optical characteristics of Nd:YVO_4/YVO_4 composite crystal laser

Thermal effect in crystals is the main obstacle blocking diode-pumped solid state laser to get high and stable output, power. Diffusion bonding crystal has been demonstrated to be an effective method to relieve the thermal lensing theoretically based on the numerical heat analysis to the end-pumped anisotropic laser crystal. The temperature distributions in Nd:YV04/YVO4 composite crystal and conventional crystal were analyzed and compared. The end-pumped Nd:YVO4/YVO4 composite crystal laser was designed and set up with 2-cavity. The maximum output powers of 9.87 W at 1064 nm and 6.14 W at 532 nm were obtained at the incident purnp power of 16.5 W. The highest optical-optical conversion efficiencies were up to 59.8% at 1064 nm and 37.2% at 532 nm respectively.     

Nd:YVO4/YVO4晶体的热键合及其激光性质的研究

为改善高功率激光器激光工作物质的热效应,本文采用热键合的方法研制了Nd:YVO4/YVO4复合晶体,键合晶体的波前干涉P-V值为0.082λ(λ=0.6328μm),键合面对波前的影响很小.它在LD端面连续泵浦条件下,从泵浦光到基频光的转换效率可达60;, 特别当泵浦功率比较大时,键合晶体的输出功率比单块晶体有较大的提高.     

He^＋离子注入LiNbO3晶体波导的制备及其性能研究

报道了液氮温度下Ｈｅ＾＋离子注入ＬｉＮｂＯ３波导的制备，采用棱镜耦合法测量了波导退火前后导模的有效折射率，计算了波导层折射率的分布和晶体中Ｈｅ＾＋离子的射程分布和损伤分布，两者吻合得较好。
