湍流大气传输中跟踪抖动对远场影响的仿真研究

分析了跟踪抖动对湍流大气传输远场光斑的影响。基于麦克斯韦电磁场理论,采用大气相干长度对大气湍流进行描述,推导了发射光束因跟踪抖动导致光轴偏离的远场表达式。在此基础上,利用相位屏法模拟抖动引起的倾斜相位和大气折射率起伏引起的相位调制,并采用低频补偿的功率谱反演法对传输过程进行了数值仿真。分析了不同跟踪抖动、湍流强度条件下远场光斑质心脱靶量的变化,以及不同尺寸模拟目标的回波概率。分析结果表明,在传输距离为10 km时,强湍流造成的远场光斑脱靶量可达几十μrad;当跟踪抖动较大时,湍流强弱对脱靶量影响差别很小。最后,对一定尺寸的模拟目标,从探测回波概率的角度给出了发射系统跟踪抖动量的控制范围。     

中国出境旅游的外交效应

2000年以来，中国出境旅游高增长、高消费，影响力不断增大，成为国家外交战略的重要内容，外交效应逐渐显现。通过辨析中国出境旅游外交效应的概念、表现形式和结果，基于10个中国主要出境目的国的旅游互动数据，采用DIF-GMM计量经济模型，实证检验了中国出境旅游外交效应。结果表明，中国通过有序推进ADS协议、加强经济援助、举办“旅游年”活动、实施旅游“制裁”，并积极参与国际制度建设等旅游外交行为，促进了与世界各国的友好交往，维护了自身核心利益，提升了外交软实力和国际影响力。国际旅游反作用于国际关系，对国际关系具有显著的正向促进作用，不仅是国际关系的结果，而且是其重要动因之一。中国出境旅游与政治、经济、社会、文化等联动，多方面提升了中国的国际影响力。     

二种求算晶体平面间距d_(hkl)的数学方法

用数学方法推导出结构化学晶体学中晶面间距的一般通式,并在此基础上推导出其他晶系的晶面间距(d(hkl))的计算表达式。     

Development of models for prediction of the antioxidant activity of derivatives of natural compounds

Antioxidants are important for maintaining the appropriate balance between oxidizing and reducing species in the body and thus preventing oxidative stress. Many natural compounds are being screened for their possible antioxidant activity. It was found that a mushroom pigment Norbadione A, which is a pulvinic acid derivative, shows an antioxidant activity; the same was found for other pulvinic acid derivatives and structurally related coumarines. Based on the results of in vitro studies performed on these compounds as a part of this study quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) predictive models were constructed using multiple linear regression, counter-propagation artificial neural networks and support vector regression (SVR). The models have been developed in accordance with current QSAR guidelines, including the assessment of the models applicability domains. A new approach for the graphical evaluation of the applicability domain for SVR models is suggested. The developed models show sufficient predictive abilities for the screening of virtual libraries for new potential antioxidants.

两个广义伽玛分布之间新的Kullback-Leibler距离

在Kullback-Leibler距离的基础上,对Kullback-Leibler距离进行改进,给出了新的Kullback-Leibler距离,并讨论了它的性质.计算了两个不同广义伽玛分布之间新的Kullback-Leibler距离.推导出伽玛分布、Weibull分布、Rayleigh分布、正态分布、指数分布新的Kullback-Leibler距离.另外在新的KullbackLeibler距离下,还得到digamma函数Ψ(x)=(Γ'(x)/(Γ(x))为单调递增函数.     

区域低碳协同发展评价:京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群的比较分析

京津冀、长三角和珠三角城市群是中国经济高度发达、最具发展潜力的区域,在低碳发展方面起到引领作用.从经济、资源、环境和绩效的角度构建区域低碳协同发展评价指标体系,采用结合逼近理想解的TOPSIS方法、灰色关联理论和距离协同模型,利用2005~2014年三大城市群50个城市数据实证分析了三大城市群的低碳协同发展程度.结果表明,三大城市群低碳协同发展度整体上呈现上升趋势,其低碳协同程度从高到底依次为长三角、珠三角和京津冀城市群.     

Resistance characterizations of equiarboreal graphs

A weighted (unweighted) graph $G$ is called equiarboreal if the sum of weights (the number) of spanning trees containing a given edge in $G$ is independent of the choice of edge. In this paper, we give some resistance characterizations of equiarboreal weighted and unweighted graphs, and obtain the necessary and sufficient conditions for $k$-subdivision graphs, iterated double graphs, line graphs of regular graphs and duals of planar graphs to be equiarboreal. Applying these results, we obtain new infinite families of equiarboreal graphs, including iterated double graphs of 1-walk-regular graphs, line graphs of triangle-free 2-walk-regular graphs, and duals of equiarboreal planar graphs.
