β-环糊精与非离子表面活性剂相互作用及其对显色反应的影响——Ⅰ.β-环糊精和非离子表面活性剂的相互作用

本文以TritcnⅩ-100为例,用红外光谱法、紫外可见光度法、表面张力法、浊点法等手段,研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)与非离子表面活性剂(NSF)的相互作用。证明在β-CD和NSF的混合液中,当NSF的浓度小于或近于其CMC时,两者形式1:1包合物,大于CMC时,形成两者的混合胶束。经初步探讨,认为由于β-D对NSF的包合作用,使B-CD的内腔的极性降低,增强了与显色络合物的疏水相互作用;以及混合胶束中显色剂的分配系数增大,可能是β-CD-NSF对显色反应产生协同增敏作用的重要原因。     

Solving the 3-SAT problem based on DNA computing

The 3-SAT problem is an NP-complete problem, and many algorithms based on DNA computing have been proposed for solving it since Adleman's pioneering work. This paper presents a new algorithm based on the literal string strategy proposed by Sakamoto et al. Simulation results show that the maximal number of literal strings produced during the computing process is greatly reduced. Moreover, the length of the literal strings is also reduced from m to n at most.     

Ru-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation of alpha-phthalimide ketones and 1,3-diaryl diketones using 4,4'-substituted BINAPs

[reaction: see text] A family of tunable precatalysts [NH2Et2][{Ru(4,4'-BINAP)Cl}2(mu-Cl)3] was synthesized and used for highly enantioselective hydrogenation of phthalimide-protected amino ketones and 1,3-diaryldiketones. The bulky groups on the 4,4'-positions of BINAP were believed to be responsible for the enhancement of enantioselectivity (and diasteroselectivity) in these reactions.

采用离子色谱柱切换技术同时测定了保留性质差别较大的有机酸以及不同价态的无机阴离子。由于柱切换基本不影响色谱基线,该法有较高的灵敏度。同时测定了食品中的乙酸,山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精、氯离子和磷酸根。     

Chiral metallacyclophanes: self-assembly, characterization, and application in asymmetric catalysis

[structure: see text] A family of chiral metallacyclophanes has been readily assembled based on robust Pt-acetylide linkage and characterized by a variety of spectroscopic techniques and X-ray crystallography. The steric congestion around the chiral dihydroxy groups in rigid metallacyclophane 4 prevents their reactions with Ti(O(i)()Pr)(4) to form active catalysts for enantioselective diethylzinc additions to aromatic aldehydes. In contrast, chiral dihydroxy groups in more flexible unclosed metallacyclophane 5 are effective ligands for enantioselective catalytic diethylzinc additions to aromatic aldehydes.     

含吡唑啉酮三脚架结构的化合物及其稀土配合物的合成、表征及荧光性能

合成了一种含吡唑啉酮的三脚架结构化合物 1,1,1 三 { 1′ [2′ 氧杂 5′ 氧代 5′ ( 1″ 苯基 3″ 甲基吡唑啉酮 4″ 基 )戊基 ] }丙烷 (H3 L)及其 7个稀土配合物。通过元素分析、摩尔电导、质谱、红外光谱、核磁共振谱、荧光光谱等对H3 L及其稀土配合物的组成及性质进行了表征。分析结果表明 :H3 L的分子式为C45H50 N6O9,配合物的组成比为REL·0 5H2 O (RE =La ,Sm ,Eu ,Gd ,Tb ,Dy ,Yb) ;该三脚架形配体分别以醚氧、烯醇氧及吡唑酮环上的羰基氧与稀土离子进行配位 ,形成内配型配合物。荧光光谱分析表明SmL·0 5H2 O ,EuL·0 5H2 O ,TbL·0 5H2 O ,DyL·0 5H2 O配合物具有三价稀土离子的特征线状荧光 ,其中TbL·0 5H2 O的荧光强度最强 ,表明T(配体 )→5D4(Tb)能级更为匹配 ,从而进行分子内能量有效传递 ;由EuL·0 5H2 O的荧光光谱图形推测 ,Eu3 +离子在该配合物中处于非对称中心     

Hierarchical assembly of homochiral porous solids using coordination and hydrogen bonds

A family of homochiral metal carboxylate coordination polymers have been synthesized by treating 2,2'-dihydroxy-1,1'-binaphthalene-6,6'-dicarboxylic acid (H(2)BDA) with metal salts at elevated temperatures. BDA ligands link adjacent metal centers to form 1D coordination polymeric chains using the carboxylate functionality, while the hydroxyl groups of BDA ligands form H-bonds with carboxylate oxygen atoms to link 1D coordination polymeric chains into open frameworks of higher dimensionality. We also present evidence for the important role played by H-bonds in the stabilization of open framework structures which allows for the hierarchical assembly of chiral porous solids.     

Mesoporous silica anchored Ru catalysts for highly enantioselective hydrogenation of beta-ketoesters

Recyclable and reusable mesoporous silica anchored Ru catalysts based on 4,4'-substituted BINAPs were synthesized and used for the hydrogenation of beta-alkyl beta-ketoesters with up to 98.6% e.e. and beta-aryl beta-ketoesters with up to 95.2% e.e.     

非离子表面活性剂存在下流动注射催化光度法测定痕量硒 Ⅱ.有关机理的探讨

本文研究了上文提出催化光度测定硒的有关机理。非离子表面活性剂(NSF)对硒催化S~(2-)还原亚甲基蓝(MB)退色产生胶束催化作用。首先,MB与NSF形成带阳电的混合胶束(NSF-MB)。在此,MB增溶于NSF胶束的栅状层和聚氧乙烯外壳,然后,〔S…Se°〕~(2-)被吸附于此混合胶束的界面。由于增溶和吸附的双重富集作用,使胶束界面反应物的浓度大大提高,从而促进了反应速率。反应速度增加的大小,决定于形成NSF-MB混合胶束的难易(这又决定于NSF的憎水基的结构)及〔S…S°〕~(2-)和〔S…Se°〕~(2-)在此混合胶束界面吸附能力的大小。     

影响β—环糊精及其衍生物对萘胺荧光增强效应的一些因素

研究一有机溶剂，无机盐，尿素对萘胺－β－环糊精及其衍生物荧光体系的影响，发现它们对萘胺有荧光增强效应，初步探讨了其中的作用机理。
