Development of new n-type semiconductors with tunable band gap and dielectric constant has significant implication in dissociating bound charge carrier relevant for demonstrating high performance optoelectronic devices. Boron-β-thioketonates (MTDKB), analogues to boron-β-diketonates containing a sulfur atom in the framework of β-diketones were synthesized. Bulk transport measurement exhibited an outstanding bulk electron mobility of ≈0.003 cm2 V−1 s−1, which is among the best values reported till date in these class of semiconducting materials and correspondingly a single junction photo responsivity of upto 6 mA W−1 was obtained. This new family of O,S-chelated boron compounds exhibited luminescence in the far red/near-infrared region. The remarkable red shift of 89 nm (fluorescence) observed for 4 a in comparison with analogues boron-β-diketonate signifies the importance of sulfur in these molecules. MTDKBs with amine functionality have also been investigated as an ON/OFF fluorescent sensor.  相似文献

Acrylates are well known electrophilic alkenes having multitude of applications in organic synthesis. They are very good acceptors in Michael addition reactions and are good enophile/dienophile/dipolarophile partners in cycloaddition reactions. Replacing the β-alkyl/aryl groups in acrylates by a silicon group would be interesting. In addition to the conventional reactions displayed by acrylates, β-silylacrylates (β-SAs) can show reactivity specifically related to the silicon group. Many conventional organic reactions such as hydrodimerization, organocatalytic asymmetric Michael additions, inter- and intra-molecular Diels–Alder reactions, and asymmetric 1,3-dipolar cycloadditions have been used to generate the complex chemical entities from β-SAs. Some of the reaction outcomes were vastly influenced by the silicon substituent. This review describes the practical synthesis β-SAs and their use as starting point in complex molecule generation including total synthesis of some natural products/bioactive molecules.  相似文献

We report a ligand-controlled CoII-catalyzed C(sp3)−C(sp3) coupling hydroalkylation for direct and β-selective synthesis of 2-deoxy-C-glycosides from glycals. This reaction proceeds by a radical pathway for alkyl halide activation and is β-selective through ligand control. This approach may inspire the development of further stereoselective coupling reactions with potential application in the field of carbohydrates.  相似文献

Herein, we described the first synthesis of the pentasaccharide and decasaccharide of the A. baumannii ATCC 17961 O-antigen for developing a synthetic carbohydrate-based vaccine against A. baumannii infection. The efficient synthesis of the rare sugar 2,3-diacetamido-glucuronate was achieved using our recently introduced organocatalytic glycosylation method. We found, for the first time, that long-range levulinoyl group participation via a hydrogen bond can result in a significantly improved β-selectivity in glycosylations. This solves the stereoselectivity problem of highly branched galactose acceptors. The proposed mechanism was supported by control experiments and DFT computations. Benefiting from the long-range levulinoyl group participation strategy, the pentasaccharide donor and acceptor were obtained via an efficient [2+1+2] one-pot glycosylation method and were used for the target decasaccharide synthesis.  相似文献

An unprecedented Pd-catalyzed fluorinative bifunctionalization of aziridines and azetidines was successfully developed via regioselective C−C and C−F bond cleavage of gem-difluorocyclopropanes, leading to various β,β′-bisfluorinated amines and β,γ-bisfluorinated amines. This reaction was achieved by incorporating a 2-fluorinated allyl group and a fluorine atom scissored from gem-difluorocyclopropane in 100 % atom economy for the first time. The mechanistic investigations indicated that the reaction underwent amine attacking 2-fluorinated allyl palladium complex to generate η2-coordinated N-allyl aziridine followed by fluoride ligand transfer affording the final β- and γ-fluorinated amines.  相似文献

The successful realization of gold-catalyzed chain-walking reactions, facilitated by ligand-enabled Au(I)/Au(III) redox catalysis, has been reported for the first time. This breakthrough has led to the development of gold-catalyzed annulation reaction of alkenes with iodoarenes by leveraging the interplay of chain-walking and π-activation reactivity mode. The reaction mechanism has been elucidated through comprehensive experimental and computational studies.  相似文献

For the first time, a dual photoredox- and titanocene-catalyzed methodology for the regioselective access to α-vinyl-β-hydroxy esters towards aldehyde allylation with 4-bromobut-2-enoate is reported. The protocol is based on the Barbier-type properties of the inexpensive and available Cp2TiCl2 in catalytic amount (5 mol%). The developed mild reaction conditions gave access to a library of differently functionalized α-vinyl-β-hydroxy esters in moderate diastereoselectivity, employing the commercially available ethyl 4-bromobut-2-enoate and both aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes. The reaction was realized under visible light irradiation, in the presence of an organophotocatalyst (3DPAFIPN, 2 mol%) combined with Hantzsch's ester as the sacrificial reductant. In contrast to other Barbier-type reactions employing ethyl 4-bromobut-2-enoate, the photoredox system ensures a better regioselectivity. Moreover, the use of preformed organometallic nucleophilic species (e. g., dienolborinates), and the need of metal reductants or stoichiometric amount of transition metals in low oxidation state for Barbier-type reactions, is avoided. To support the experimental evidence, a detailed photophysical study shed light on the mechanism of the reaction.  相似文献

An operationally simple and efficient cascade approach to access a series of 1,3-thiazinanes has been developed through intermolecular [3+3] heteroannulative coupling employing β-ketothioamide as a C1 N1S1 unit and epichlorohydrin as a C3 unit at room temperature for the first time. The reaction proceeds by nucleophilic attack of thiocarbonyl sulfur to less hindered primary carbon of oxirane followed by sequential intramolecular N-cyclization and dehydrochlorination enabling the coupling by cleavage of C−O bond and formation of two new C−S and C−N bonds in one stretch. This protocol not only avoids potential toxicity and tedious work up procedures, but also features open atmosphere, good to high yields, gram-scalability, and easy performance from inexpensive, readily available starting materials under transition-metal-free conditions. A probable mechanism for the formation of 1,3-thiazinanes has been suggested.  相似文献

合成了丙二硫醚桥联2个乙酰丙酮的双β-二酮分子1,3-二(3-硫醚基-2,4-戊二酮基)丙烷(L1),以此为配体与镍(Ⅱ)作用得到配合物,通过元素分析和摩尔电导分析方法确定了镍(Ⅱ)配合物的化学组成,比较分析了配位前后的游离配体与配合物的红外及紫外吸收光谱,采用紫外光谱滴定法对配体L1与Ni(Ⅱ)离子在溶液中的配位行为进行了模拟研究,并进行金属离子液膜传输实验考察了L1对Ni(Ⅱ)的液膜传输性能。结果显示,L1通过4个O原子与Ni(Ⅱ)配位成键形成配合物,且对Ni(Ⅱ)具有良好的液膜传输性。  相似文献

采用电化学沉积法在Ti基底上制备了复合电极Ti/α-PbO2/β-PbO2,扫描电镜结果表明电极呈现由β-PbO2小晶体组成的菜花状微观形貌.所制电极在电化学降解环境污染物2-氯酚时表现出较高的电催化效率、较好的电极稳定性和较长的电极寿命.用正交实验优化了电化学降解2-氯酚的实验条件.在最优的实验条件(2-氯酚初始浓度50 mg/L,电解质0.1 mol/L Na2SO4,温度35oC,阳极电流密度20 mA/cm2)下电化学降解180 min后,2-氯酚的去除率达100%.动力学结果表明, Ti/α-PbO2/β-PbO2电极上2-氯酚的电化学氧化符合准一级动力学过程.  相似文献
