给出了Goland-Reissener型剪接结构的J积分表达在被粘物体小转角和胶层很薄的假设下与路径无关。J积分代表胶层厚度与胶层内最大能量密度的乘积。对单剪接接头,本文计算了裂纹在胶层内和界面上两种情况下的局部I型和Ⅱ型应力强度因子之比,即局部载荷相角,从而给出了单剪接接头的断裂判据。  相似文献

The 73/27 4‐hydroxybenzoic acid (HBA)/2‐hydroxy‐6‐naphthoic acid (HNA) copolyester was prepared by the inclusion of two crosslinkable oligomers. These systems were synthesized by melt polymerization and characterized using differential scanning calorimetry, thermogravimetric analysis, polarized optical microscope and wide‐angle X‐ray diffraction. The transition from thermoplastic to thermosetting character occurred when 10 wt% or above of oligomer was added to the 73/27 HBA/HNA random mixture. The melt rheology of the HBA/HNA copolyesters containing two oligomers was investigated. The copolyesters displayed an increase in complex viscosity and transition from liquid‐like to solid‐like behavior as the oligomer content increased, and finally there was no melting transition when the oligomer content reached 10 wt%. Shear storage modulus measured by a dielectric mechanical analysis decreased slightly with increasing oligomer content. An adhesive test using an aluminum sheet revealed an increase in the lap shear strength up to 5 wt% of oligomer content without a significant reduction in shear storage modulus. On the other hand, the 73/27 HBA/HNA containing 10 wt% oligomer displayed a dramatic decrease in lap shear strength. Copyright © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Stressed liquid crystals (SLCs) have emerged as promising tunable electro-optical materials more than a decade ago. They are optically transparent and are characterized by a giant phase modulation of the incident light (Nπ, N >> 1), fast (millisecond and shorter) electro-optical response, and a relatively low driving voltage (~1 V/μm). Surprisingly, despite their advanced electro-optical performance, these new materials did not receive due attention in the research community. One possible reason of such an inadequate interest in SLCs is the lack of the well-documented procedure describing how to actually produce these materials. This paper is aimed at the development of such a step-by-step practical guide suitable for experimentalist and engineers. The proposed technology is applied to produce and characterize SLCs. In addition, some applications of the materials are briefly discussed and a broader overview of their possible use is outlined.  相似文献

介绍聚合物分散液晶和应变液晶概念,给出聚合物分散液晶调光玻璃的"正压光效应"、"负压光效应"和"反式压光效应"三种效应定义.实验制备出负压光效应和反式压光效应新型应变调光玻璃样品,测试样品散射态雾度90%以上,半透明态透光率接近30%.用偏光显微术研究压光效应原理,表明对样品施加垂面按压或拉伸的应力诱导作用会引起液晶微滴中液晶分子具有某些特殊排列方式,导致样品光学性质发生显著变化.建立垂面拉伸液晶微滴模型,计算模拟所绘出的图形与偏光显微镜照片独特花样十分相似,进而合理解释了实验现象.应变液晶压光效应研究具有聚合物分散液晶基础研究意义和开发非电控调光玻璃的实际应用价值.  相似文献

针对高功率板条激光器核心工作器件——板条Nd:YAG晶体的超精密加工开展研究,分析了具有特殊构型的板条Nd:YAG晶体元件的加工性能及工艺难点,提出了一种新的基于合成盘抛光的板条Nd:YAG晶体加工工艺,并对规格为100mm×30mm×3mm的板条Nd:YAG晶体进行了加工实验。实验结果表明,合成盘抛光可以很好地控制元件的塌边现象;通过磨料的优化选择,在合成盘抛光工艺中匹配合适粒度的Al2O3磨料能够实现元件的低缺陷加工,元件下盘后的全反射面平面度达0.217λ(1λ=632.8nm),端面平面度达到0.06λ,表面粗糙度达0.55nm(RMS),端面楔角精度可达2″。  相似文献

In this paper, the mechanical behavior of the scarf lap joints (SLJs) bonded with adhesive (Vinylester Atlac 580) under a tensile load was analyzed. The effects of scarf angle at the interface strain distributions of SLJs were examined. The stress analyses were performed via three dimensional Finite Element Method (3D-FEM). The 3D-FEM code employed was Ansys (12.0). Experimental results were compared with the 3D-FEM results and were found quite reasonable. The results indicated that the maximum values of the normalized εx strain values were determined at θ = 60° in all joints.  相似文献

The problem of multi-site damage and multiple interacting cracks is one experienced by many aircraft manufacturers and operators. This paper focuses on understanding the phenomena, and on developing a predictive capability that can form the engineering framework for maintaining continued airworthiness. To this end the present paper uses a simple formulation based on the Frost–Dugdale crack growth law to study the problem of cracking at fastener holes in fuselage lap joints and shows that the predicted crack growth history is in good agreement with both experimental results and with fleet data.  相似文献

Selective and continuous tracking of dynamic organelles is crucial for modern biology. We herein report a ship‐in‐a‐bottle strategy for tagging lysosomes by a strain‐promoted azide–alkyne cycloaddition to couple a pH sensor (RC) with mannose‐6‐carboxylate (M6C) actively transported into lysosomes through cell sorting. In contrast to classical acidotropic sensors, which are prone to dissipate from lysosomes, M6C‐RC formed in situ is stably trapped in lysosomes without resort to lysosomal acidity and exhibits “always‐on” blue fluorescence to pinpoint lysosomes and red‐to‐blue fluorescence ratios indicative of the lysosomal pH value. These advantages enable tracking of stressed lysosomes, and necrosis to be differentiated from apoptosis on the basis of lysosomal pH changes. The cell‐sorting‐mediated bioorthogonal tagging strategy offers a new route to track stressed organelles with disrupted physiological organelle–probe affinity.  相似文献

Abstract

Methyl phenyl N-p-tosylsulfilimine was found to undergo Pummerer type rearrangement affording α-acetoxymethyl phenyl sulfide similar to the corresponding sulfoxide. In order to clarify the mechanism of the reaction of methyl p-substituted phenyl sulfilimines with acetic anhydride, kinetic experiments were carried out. A large negative value of activation entropy, a relatively small value of activation enthalpy and the influence of acetic acid seem to reveal that the initial intermediate, i.e., acetylated sulfilimine, receives the nucleophilic attack of acetate ion to replace imino group, and this substitution reaction is the rate determining step.  相似文献

New formulations and methods for the solution of the inverse problems of thin-walled layered and reinforced shells and plates are discussed. Rational projects with regard for the requirements of nonflexural deformations in layered structural members, the given deformability of particular surfaces, the realization of a strictly momentless state, an equally stressed reinforcement, and the breaking strength of the binder at the interfaces are investigated. A brief review of the known solutions to these problems is given, and solutions to some new problems are described.  相似文献
