An adaptive synchronization control method is proposed for chaotic permanent magnet synchronous motors based on the property of a passive system. We prove that the controller makes the synchronization error system between the driving and the response systems not only passive but also asymptotically stable. The article presents novel design of non-contact rotary ultrasonic motor consisting of ring-shaped stator vibrating in in-plane flexural mode and rotor provided with blades. In contrast to other motors with similar design proposed motor relies on the use of standing ultrasonic waves. This simplifies design and electronic control of motor and becomes possible due to introduction of artificial asymmetry, for example by tilting one or several blades of the rotor relative to the surface normal. Operating principle of the proposed motor is based on acoustic radiation torque exerted on rotor by ultrasonic waves propagating in air or fluid gap between rotor and stator. This torque is calculated using finite element method by means of COMSOL Multiphysics software. Dynamics of rotor is studied using MathCad software and general theory of nonlinear conservative oscillators. Role of asymmetry is explained on the basis of comparative analysis of potential functions and phase trajectories for symmetric and asymmetric cases. It is shown that direction of rotation is determined by structural parameters of motor, particularly tilting direction (clockwise or counter-clockwise) of the blades. Conceptual design of motor with bidirectional rotation is described. Direction and velocity of rotation in the proposed conceptual design can be potentially controlled by changing excitation frequency of stator. 相似文献

超声马达摩擦材料应同时具有良好的摩擦学特性和一定的接触变形要求,目前所用单一均质结构摩擦材料较难满足这一要求,需要研制新型摩擦材料.本文从摩擦学的减摩结构模型反推出一种增摩结构模型,针对超声马达对摩擦材料的要求,提出梯度涂层摩擦材料的设计思想,采用表面黏涂法研制了一种具有梯度结构的涂层摩擦材料.利用超声马达模拟试验装置考察了涂层厚度对超声马达性能的影响,初步验证了模型的正确性.在本文的试验条件下,当涂层材料表层厚度为1mm,底层厚度为0.7mm左右时,超声马达具有较好的性能.与其它种类的摩擦材料相比较,梯度涂层摩擦材料可以满足超声马达的使用要求,可望提升超声马达的性能,具有良好的发展前景. 相似文献

temperature-driven Brownian motor, is investigated in the presence
of entropic and energy barriers. It is found that the motion of the
Brownian particles is influenced by the shape of the channel. The
existence of an entropic barrier can cause an asymmetric current as
the flatness ratio of the shape varies. There exists an optimized
flatness ratio (nonzero) at which the current reaches its maximum

This study was inspired by the human motor control system in its ability to accommodate a wide variety of motions. By contrast, the biologically inspired robot learning controller usually encounters huge learning space problems in many practical applications. A hypothesis for the superiority of the human motor control system is that it may have simplified the motion command at the expense of motion accuracy. This tradeoff provides an insight into how fast and simple control can be achieved when a robot task does not demand high accuracy. Two motion command simplification schemes are proposed in this paper based on the equilibrium-point hypothesis for human motion control. Investigation into the tradeoff between motion accuracy and command simplification reported in this paper was conducted using robot manipulators to generate signatures. Signature generation involves fast handwriting, and handwriting is a human skill acquired via practice. Because humans learn how to sign their names after they learn how to write, in the second learning process, they somehow learn to trade motion accuracy for motion speed and command simplicity, since signatures are simplified forms of original handwriting. Based on a general model of Brownian motors, the Onsager
coefficients and generalized efficiency of a thermal Brownian motor
are calculated analytically. It is found that the Onsager
reciprocity relation holds and the Onsager coefficients are not
affected by the kinetic energy change due to the particle's motion.
Only when the heat leak in the system is negligible can the
determinant of the Onsager matrix vanish. Moreover, the influence of
the main parameters characterizing the model on the generalized
efficiency of the Brownian motor is discussed in detail. The
characteristic curves of the generalized efficiency varying with
these parameters are presented, and the maximum generalized
efficiency and the corresponding optimum parameters are determined.
The results obtained here are of general significance. They are used
to analyze the performance characteristics of the Brownian motors
operating in the three interesting cases with zero heat leak,
zero average drift velocity or a linear response relation, so that
some important conclusions in current references are directly

Objective: To clarify the effect of intervention with dynamic motor control exercise (DMCE) for the lumbar region on low back pain in sedentary office workers (SOWs). Methods: The participants comprised 32 SOWs with low back pain who were randomly categorized into two groups: the DMCE group and the normal trunk exercise (NTE) group. Both groups performed each exercise for three days per week for 8 weeks. The primary endpoints were evaluated for the lumbar and hip flexion angles during trunk forward bending, effect of low back pain on activities of daily living (using the Oswestry Disability Index), and intensity of low back pain (using the Visual Analog Scale) pre- and post-intervention. The extent of changes was calculated by subtracting the pre-intervention value from the post-intervention value and was compared between the two groups using an unpaired t-test. Results: The extent of changes in the lumbar flexion and hip flexion angles at 10° of trunk forward bending were significantly greater in the DMCE group than in the NTE group, and no significant differences were noted between the two groups at other angles of trunk forward bending. The extent of changes in the Oswestry Disability Index and the Visual Analog Scale scores were significantly greater in the DMCE group than in the NTE group. Conclusion: DMCE is effective in improving motor control in the lumbar region and hip joints, thereby ameliorating low back pain in SOWs. 相似文献
