广州老人进食中国营养平衡米的营养调查

介绍了广州老人进食中国营养平衡米（简称平衡米）的效果。营养调查发现，广州老人Ca,P,Fe,Zn和Se摄入量分别为403，807，17，14mg/d/人和46μg/d/人，说明老人Ca,Zn,Se不足，原因是主食籼米矿物质营养不平衡，进食平衡米后。老人Ca,P,Fe,Zn和Se摄入量分别提高到1153，863，45，45mg/d/人和111μg/d/人。结果说明，进食平衡米可以提高广州老人矿物质营养水平，使老人健康长寿。     

维吾尔族长寿老人红细胞ABO血型遗传多态性分析

在维吾尔族长寿老人最稠密的和田地区，调查了维吾尔族长寿老人红细胞ABO血型遗传多态性，对维吾尔老人红细胞ABO血型、基因频率分布情况进行研究，被调查的200例长寿老人中，B血型中占39％、AB血型占28％、A血型占24％、O血型占9％，有以下特征：表征分布为B＞AB＞A＞O，基因频率Y＝0．2793，P＝0．3022，q＝0．2012；DP为0．8077，文中对红细胞ABO血型在不同非长寿人群中的分布进行了比较分析，这对于长寿的机理、生化、人类分子遗传学及临床分子医学研究具有重要意义。     

Acoustic characterization of on-stage performers in performing spaces

The influence of on-stage performers on the acoustic characteristics of performing spaces is significant because the musicians are absorptive and close to the sound source. However, the acoustic information of the musicians and their effect on absorption, scattering, and diffusion remain unclear. The acoustic characteristics of musicians were measured in a reverberation chamber and a semi-anechoic chamber while varying the type of clothes, the instruments, and seating density. The clothing worn showed a larger impact on the absorption per person, whereas the addition of cellos resulted in low-frequency absorption per person. The addition of cellos also increased the scattering and diffusion characteristics. Finally, the total absorption by the musicians under various conditions was analyzed in a concert hall using the simple Sabine equation where the influence of the musician’s instruments resulted in reverberation time of more than 0.1 s decrease with about 90 musicians on stage. However, the influences of additional musical instruments resulted in no significant difference in the reverberation time compared to the people alone. In addition, scattering due to the various conditions of orchestra such as the seating density and the addition of musical instrument was not a significant predictor of reverberation time.     

降压类中成药及保健食品中21种非法添加化学药物的快速检测与确证方法研究

采用亚3μm色谱柱建立了降压类中成药及保健食品中21种非法添加化学药物的高效液相色谱快速检测及液相色谱-质谱联用确证方法。样品经甲醇-乙腈(体积比5∶5)超声提取,采用Agilent Poroshell 120Phenyl-Hexyl(100 mm×4.6 mm,2.7μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-乙腈(体积比2∶1)-甲酸水溶液(p H 2.5±0.1)为流动相,梯度洗脱,二极管阵列检测器检测,外标法定量,液质联用法进一步定性确证。结果表明,21种成分在17 min内完成分离,方法检出限为0.03~0.50 mg/g,定量下限为0.09~1.50 mg/g,平均回收率为82.0%~109.0%。采用上述方法对107批从互联网收集的样品进行检测,阳性检出率为42.1%。该方法快速、准确,适用于降压类中成药及保健食品中非法添加药物的快速检测。     

Recent Discoveries in the Field of Lipid Bio-Based Ingredients for Meat Processing

Current culture and pace of lifestyle, together with consumer demand for ready-to-eat foods, has influenced the food industry, particularly the meat sector. However, due to the important role that diet plays in human health, consumers demand safe and healthy food products. As a consequence, even foods that meet expectations for convenience and organoleptic properties must also meet expectations from a nutritional standpoint. One of the main nutritionally negative aspects of meat products is the content and composition of fat. In this sense, the meat industry has spent decades researching the best strategies for the reformulation of traditional products, without having a negative impact in technological processes or in the sensory acceptance of the final product. However, the enormous variety of meat products as well as industrial and culinary processes means that a single strategy cannot be established, despite the large volume of work carried out in this regard. Therefore, taking all the components of this complex situation into account and utilizing the large amount of scientific information that is available, this review aims to comprehensively analyze recent advances in the use of lipid bio-based materials to reformulate meat products, as well as their nutritional, technological, and sensorial implications.

Facile and Green Synthesis of Starfruit-Like ZIF-L,and Its Optimization Study

Due to its excellent characteristics, zeolitic imidazole framework-L (ZIF-L) is widely used in various applications, such as drug delivery, wastewater treatments and energy storage. In the synthesis of ZIF-L, the molar ratio of ligand to metal, the reaction time and the temperature are essential parameters to produce excellent ZIF-L. In this work, ZIF-L was synthesized using a facile and green synthesis method. It was statistically investigated and optimized to obtain the best operating conditions. The optimization was carried out toward the amount of adsorbed crystal violet (CV) dye (q) as the response in the statistics. The optimal ZIF-L was obtained using a molar ratio of ligand to metal of 8.2220 for 97 min at 29 °C, where the q value of the CV adsorption onto this optimal ZIF-L reached 823.02 mg/g. The obtained ZIF-L was characterized using SEM, XRD, FTIR and TGA analyses to ensure its excellent characteristics.     

杜仲及其保健品中生物活性成分的毛细管电泳/电化学检测

采用毛细管电泳/电化学检测法(CE/ED)同时分离测定了杜仲叶、杜仲皮及市售杜仲保健品中芦丁、抗坏血酸、金丝桃甙、绿原酸、槲皮素等多种生物活性成分的含量,考察了运行缓冲液酸度和浓度、分离电压、氧化电位和进样时间等实验参数对分离、检测的影响。在最优化条件下,以300μm碳圆盘电极为检测电极,检测电位为 950 mV(vs.SCE),50 mmol/L硼砂的运行缓冲液(pH9.0)中,上述各组分在20 min内可基本实现基线分离。各组分浓度与峰电流在3个数量级范围内呈良好线性,检出限(S/N=3)在3.3×10-5~9.6×10-5g/L范围。该方法已成功地应用于杜仲及其保健品中生物活性成分的测定,结果令人满意。     

老年人上消化道出血176例临床分析

对１７６例老年人上消化道出血病因进行了分析，提出了临床治疗和预后措施。
