Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a New Cadmium(Ⅱ) Complex Bridged by Endo-norbornene-cis-5,6-dicarboxylic Acid

A polynuclear complex [Cd(endc)(H2O)]n·nH2O (endc = endo-norbomene-cis5,6-dicarboxylate anion) has been synthesized by the hydrothermal reaction of cadmium nitrate tetrahydrate with endo-norbomene-cis-5,6-dicarboxylic acid in 1:1 molar ratio,and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 1.16471(7),b = 0.95334(7),c = 0.91109(9) nm,Z = 4,V= 1.01035(14)nm3,Dc.= 2.160 g/cm3,μ= 2.172 mm-1,F(000) = 648,R =0.0302 and wR = 0.0752.According to structural analysis,each Cd(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated to six O atoms from three endc anions and one water molecule,giving a distorted octahedral geometry.Two- dimensional layer arrangement of the title complex is constructed from the bridging nature of endc.It is worth notice that adjacent two-dimensional layers are joined together to form a three-dimensional supramolecular framework via intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of Complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O

A novel complex [Pb(qina)2(DMSO)]·H2O was synthesized, of which qina- is the quinaldic acid radical and DMSO the dimethyl sulfoxide. Elemental analysis, IR spectra, and X-ray single-crystal diffraction were carried out to determine the composition and crystal structure. This complex belongs to monoclinic system, space group P121/n1, with a = 7.1553(17), b = 17.543(2), c = 17.306(2)(A),β = 91.671(4)°, C22H20N2O6PbS, Mr = 647.65, Z = 4, V= 2171.5(6)(A)3, Dc= 1.981g/cm3,μ = 7.908 mm-1, F(000) = 1248, -9≤h≤6, -23≤k≤ 19, -22≤l≤22, R= 0.0221 and wR =0.0488. Weak coordinate bond is formed between oxygen atom in DMSO and Pb(Ⅱ ). There are also weak interactions, such as π-π interaction, hydrogen bonds and so on, among the complex molecules.     

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n

A novel coordination polymer [{Cd(hmbdc)(H2O)3}·2H2O]n (hmbdc=5-hydroxy- isophthalic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c, with a=9.599(3), b=18.699(5), c=7.557(2) (A), β= 108.198(4)°, V=1288.6(6) (A)3, Z=4, Mr=382.60, Dc=1.972 g/cm3, F(000)=760, μ=1.740, the final R=0.0555 and wR=0.0995 for 1732 observed reflections with Ⅰ ＞ 2σ(Ⅰ). The structural analysis shows that the intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions result in a three-dimensional supramolecular framework.     

配位聚合物{[Co(μ-4,4′-bpy)(4,4′-bpy)2·(H2O)2]·(4,4′-bipy)·(H2O)4·(OH)3·(Me)4N}n的晶体结构及性质

配体分子结构对Pd(Ⅱ)-Phen-PCA体系堆积作用的影响

用pH电位滴定法测定了含l，10-邻菲咯啉(Phen)和羧酸(CA)配体的三元混配配合物Pd(Phen)(CA)体系的稳定常数，比较和讨论了各种三元混配配合物之间的稳定性差异．实验结果表明，在三元混配配合物Pd(Phen)(PCA)中(PCA为苯基羧酸)存在分子内芳环堆积作用，堆积程度依赖于苯基和配位的羧酸根之间的亚甲基数目，其中以2-苯乙酸和3-苯丙酸与邻菲咯啉为最佳堆积．     

Mn(Ⅱ)/Mn(Ⅲ)电对在硫酸溶液中氧化还原行为

采用循环伏安法对Mn(Ⅱ)/Mn(Ⅲ)电对在硫酸溶液中铂电极上的氧化还原与Mn(Ⅱ)浓度、酸浓度、扫描速率、温度以及对流因素的函数关系进行了研究.结果发现,Mn(Ⅱ)在铂电极上Mn(Ⅱ)的氧化及Mn(Ⅲ)的还原均受扩散控制；升高温度和磁搅拌均能增加Mn(Ⅱ)氧化为Mn(Ⅲ)的速率；增加酸浓度和Mn(Ⅱ)浓度有利于增加Mn(Ⅲ)的稳定性,减少Mn(Ⅲ)的歧化和水解.     

新的含有4-对甲基苯基-3，5-二(2-吡啶基)-1，2，4-三氮唑钴配合物的合成和晶体结构(英)

A new cobalt(Ⅱ) complex, [CoL₂(NCS)₂]·2CH₂Cl₂, [L=4-(p-methylphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole], was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray analysis. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P2₁/c, a=0.867 40(17), b=1.453 9(3), c=1.781 9(4) nm, β=91.18(3)°, V=2.246 7(8) nm³ and Z=2. The cobalt atom is in a distorted octahedral environment with two bidentate chelating L ligands in the equatorial plane and two NCS^- ions in the axial positions. CCDC: 251658.     

硫氰酸甲基三烷基季铵盐萃取Co（Ⅱ）的动力学

有关Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)萃取分离的研究一直受到人们的重视。Preston报导了硫氰酸季铵盐(Q~ SCN-)萃取Co(Ⅱ)、Ni(Ⅱ)的平衡研究,认为Co(Ⅱ)的萃合物组成为Q_2Co(SCN)_4.本文用上升液滴法技术考察了Co(Ⅱ)/0.10mol·L~(-1)SO_4~(2-)/QSCN-煤油体系在298±1K条件下萃取速率R与CoSO_4、SO_4~(2-)和QSCN浓度的关系,确定了正向初始萃取速率方程,拟定了速控步骤。     

VO（Ⅱ）—组氨酸—π受体三元混配配合物的ESR波谱

钒的氨基酸配合物具有重要的生物和医学意义。VO(Ⅱ)-组氨酸配合物及VO(Ⅱ)-π受体二元配合物的ESR研究已有报道。但是VO(Ⅱ)-氨基酸-π受体三元配合物的结构及其ESR研究至今未见报道。本文考察了VOSO_4与组氨酸(His)和邻菲啰啉(Phen)及α,α′-联吡啶(bipy)三元体系在不同酸度(pH=1～14)的乙二醇/水(1:1)溶液中低温(173K)ESR波谱,获得了不同pH条件下配合情况的详细信息。     

基于网格化管理视角下灾后应急物流决策模型与算法研究

灾害发生后,应急资源的需求预测与应急配送中心的合理选址是实现高效救援的关键。本文通过在网格化管理视角下的信息更新将应急救援过程划分为多个阶段,在开展救援的过程中实现救援信息收集和救援预测的同步开展,建立一种多阶段带时间约束的应急救援物资配送响应-时效性的选址模型。借助遗传算法(NSGA-II),实现了基于编码结构独立、路径相互关联基础上的多目标规划求解。本研究的决策模型及算法有着较好的搜索与寻优能力,对实际救援开展具有指导意义。
