On the Chemical Transport of Molybdenum using SbBr3 – Experiments and Thermochemical Calculations Mo migrates in a temperature gradient from the region of higher temperature to the lower temperature using SbBr3 as transport agent. For various mean transport temperatures (750 ? T ? 1000°C; T = 0,5 (T1 + T2); T2 ? T1 = 100°C) we observed small transport rates (? ? 0,6 mg/h) which rise up to 16 mg/h for higher transport agent concentrations. Small amounts of MoO2 and Sb were detected beside Mo in the sink. The observed solid phases in the sink are in agreement with thermodynamical calculations by CVTrans which also demonstrate that the formation of MoO2 and Sb as well as the transport effect of SbBr3 are caused by traces of H2O from the quartz glass wall. The sequence of deposition of Mo, MoO2 and Sb in the examined temperature range can be calculated (CVTrans) and measured with the transport balance. 相似文献

A novel silane coupling agent bearing sulfobetaine group, N,N-diethyl-N-(3-sulfopropyl)-aminopropyl- trimethoxysilane (DESATS), was first designed, synthesized and characterized. Its solution property was studied by means of dynamic light scattering. DESATS was successfully bonded onto the surface of the glass and proved by ESCA. -Cyclodextrin dimer linked with ethylenediamine at the upper rim of the cyclodextrin has been synthesized and then modified with two dansyl moieties inthe presence of N,N'-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide. The sensing ability and bindingproperty of the title compound were investigated for steroids and terpenoids. Thefluorescence intensity of this dimer was decreased when a host–guest complex was formed. The value I/I0, where I0 and I are fluorescence intensitiesin the absence and presence of a guest and I is I0- I, was used as a parameter of sensitivity. This host exhibited a much higher sensitivity and selective molecular recognition ability for bile acids such as ursodeoxycholic acid andchenodeoxycholic acid and terpenoids such as (-)-borneol than the dansyl-modifiedcyclodextrins reported previously including -cyclodextrin dimer. The behaviors of the appended moieties of the host during the formation of host–guest complexes were studied using induced circular dichroism (ICD) and fluorescence spectra. The ICD intensityof this dimer was decreased on accommodation of a guest and this spectral pattern of the title dimer was opposite to that of bis dansyl-modified -cyclodextrin monomer. Theguest-induced variations in the fluorescence and ICD intensities suggest that this dimer formed a 1 : 1 host–guest complex and the appended moieties act as a hydrophobic cap. 相似文献

小鼠腹腔注射氯化镍溶液(5 mg Ni/kg)染毒,观察了N-苯甲基-D-葡糖氨基二硫代甲酸钠(BGD)、二乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠(DDTC)、二羟乙氨基二硫代甲酸钠(DHED)及meso-2,3-二巯基丁二酸钠(DMSA)等螯合剂对镍致小鼠胰脏毒性的解毒作用。镍染毒后引起小鼠胰脏胰蛋白酶活性升高和羧肽酶A活性降低以及组织中镍、钙、锌浓度增加;镍染毒30 min和24 h后进行各螯合剂治疗(剂量均为400 μmol/kg),BGD、DDTC和DMSA可明显抑制上述变化,其中BGD解镍毒效果最好、自身毒性最小、对镍致小鼠胰脏毒性有更好的解毒作用。 相似文献

Telechelic ( 8 ) and end-functionalized four-arm star polymers ( 9 ) were synthesized through the coupling reactions of end-functionalized living poly(isobutyl vinyl ether) ( 5; DP n ~ 10) with the bi-and tetrafunctional silyl enol ethers, H4-nC? [CH2OC6H4C(OSiMe3) = CH2]n ( 3: n = 2; 4: n = 4). The precursor polymers 5 were prepared by living cationic polymerization with functionalized initiators, CH3CH(Cl)OCH2CH2X(6), in conjunction with zinc chloride in methylene chloride at ?15°C. The initiators 6 were obtained by the addition of hydrogen chloride gas to vinyl ethers bearing pendant functional groups X , including acetoxy [? OC(O)CH3], styryl (? OCH2C6H4-p-CH = CH2), and methacryloyl [? OC(O)C(CH3) = CH2]. 研究了水溶性钌-膦配合物催化肉桂醛选择加氢反应中,相转移剂和表面活性剂对反应转化率和选择性的影响,考察了表面活性剂CTAB(十六烷基三甲溴化铵)浓度以及影响两相界面性质的因素—水相和有机相体积比、有机溶剂的改变等的影响.结果表明,相转移剂可以促进反应进行,其中以季铵盐相转移剂最好;表面活性剂能够显著地加快反应,其中以阳离子表面活性剂的效果最佳,且分子中含有长链烷基者(如CTAB)效果更好,非离子和阴离子表面活性剂的效果较差;对于CTAB,其浓度的增加导致反应速度的明显加快,但CTAB浓度达到1.65×10-2mol/L之后,反应体系乳化严重,反应完成后,两相分离变得困难.而增加水相体积和加入适当的有机溶剂,有利于转化率和选择性的提高. 相似文献

Upon the study of small-molecules binding to proteins, the traditional methods for calculating dissociation constants (Kd and Ki) have shortcomings in dealing with the single binding site models. In this paper, two equations have been derived to solve this problem. These two equations are independent of the total concentration or initial degree of saturation of receptor and the activity of the competitive molecule. Through nonlinear fitting against these two equations, Kd value of a probe can be obtained by binding assay, and Ki value of a ligand can be obtained by competitive assay. Moreover, only the total concentrations of receptor([R]t), ligand([L]t) and probe([P]t) are required for the data fitting. In this work, Ki values of some typical ligands of PPARγ were successfully determined by use of our equations, among which the Ki value of PPARγ-LY171883 was reported for the first time. 相似文献
