配糖蛋白B肠溶微胶囊的研究

采用双乳液法研制配糖蛋白Ｂ的肠溶微胶囊，考察了微胶囊的形态、粒径及其分布，在摸拟肠液的缓冲液中进行溶解释放试验。配制了两种口服微胶囊混悬制剂，并考察了它的稳定性。     

微粉型四钼酸铵热容的测定

Single phase of ammonium tetramolybdate in the micro power form was prepared from polyphase ammonium paramolybdate. Its heat capacity from 14.25℃ to 120.12 ℃ was measured by drop method and the result is

New Photoluminescence Phenomena of Ge／SiO2 Glass Synthesized by Sol-gel Method

New Ge/SiO2 glasses have been synthesized by heating the GeO2/SiO2 dry gels under H2 gas at 700℃. The resulting fluorescence spectra show that this kind of Ge/SiO2 glasses emit strong photoluminescence at 392 nm (3.12 eV), medium strong photoluminescence at 600 nm (2.05 eV) and weak photoluminescence at 770 nm (1.60 eV) respectively. Possible photoluminescence mechanisms are also discussed based on the results of X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS).     

Computer-assisted optimization of reversed-phase HPLC isocratic separation of neutral compounds

An appropriate optimization strategy should be used to find a desired resolution or selectivity with a minimum number of experiments in a limited time, which could assure the baseline separation of all target compounds. It was usually realized by means of a specialized computer program. In this paper, mapping optimization method and overlapping resolution mapping were compared for the optimization of a reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) isocratic separation of neutral compounds. The calculated resolutions and separation time of 7 to 10 experiments are fitted by different equations, which were used to build a contour plot with a minimum effective resolution and maximum retention time as a function of a mobile phase composition. The balance between resolution and analysis time could be easily realized by the overlapping of the final overlapping resolution mapping and analysis time mapping. The validity of the two methods was confirmed by some typical experiments. The models are simple, visual, and common without theoretical arithmetic.     

L-赖氨酸锌兔体内生物利用度研究

用原子吸收分光光度法和氨基酸自动分析仪法分别测定兔血清锌浓度和血清L-赖氨酸含量．结果表明．L-赖氨酸锌中锌的相对生物利用度明显优于硫酸锌．而其中的L-赖氨酸的相对生物利用度与L-赖氨酸组比较无明显差异．     

提高大分子Fullerene含量的有效方法

通过用掺有异相物质的石墨电极进行电弧反应，所得的混合物中大分子Ｆｕｌｌｅｒｅｎｅ的含量在１０％以上，为进一步分离，提纯以及深入研究大分子Ｆｕｌｌｅｒｅｎｅ打下了基础。研究发现，阳极材料中完整石墨结构的存在是生成Ｆｕｌｌｅｒｅｎｅ的必要条件，异相物质的存在为Ｆｕｌｌｅｒｅｎｅ的生长提供了热的载体，从而使产物中大分子Ｆｕｌｌｅｒｅｎｅ的含量增加。     

洋葱色素的提取及抗氧化活性的测定

分别用芬顿（Fenton）反应法和1，1-二苯-2-苦肼基（DPPH）法测定了洋葱色素的抗氧化作用。结果表明，洋葱色素对羟自由基和DPPH自由基均有一定的清除作用，其清除率大小依次为42．4％，58．2％。洋葱色素是十分具有开发利用价值的天然色素。     

Analysis of 19-norandrosterone in human urine by gas chromatography–isotope-dilution mass spectrometry: method adopted by LGC for participation in the Comité Consultatif pour la Quantité de Matière (CCQM) Pilot Study P68

The method used at LGC for analysis of “total” 19-norandrosterone (19-norandrosterone glucuronide plus “free” 19-norandrosterone) in urine for the Comité Consultatif pour la Quantité de Matière Pilot Study (CCQM-P68) is described. The analytical method used was a modified version of the method developed at the National Measurement Institute of Australia, which used a hydrolysis and derivatisation procedure first described by the German Sports University. This method is routinely used by World Anti-Doping Agency-accredited laboratories for sports drug testing. The main modifications made to the method were the use of 19-norandrosterone glucuronide as a calibration standard and 19-norandrosterone glucuronide-d4 as an isotopically labelled internal standard, and the use of a bench-top quadrupole gas chromatograph–mass spectrometer. The results produced by LGC (2.14 ± 0.15 ng g⁻¹ expanded uncertainty, coverage factor k = 2) were in excellent agreement with those from other participating national metrology institutes and thus further validates the exact-matching isotope-dilution mass spectrometric procedures used at LGC for a wide range of reference measurement applications, including measurement of ng g⁻¹ levels of steroids in a biological matrix.     

1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠为显色剂吸光度差值法测定盐酸普鲁卡因

1,2-萘醌-4-磺酸钠与盐酸普鲁卡因在pH 4.70的条件下反应,产物在300和483 nm处有两个吸收峰,可用两波长下吸光度差值测定盐酸普鲁卡因,本文对吸光度差值与分析物浓度之间的关系作了理论推导。吸光度差值(ΔA)与盐酸普鲁卡因质量浓度在2.0~36.0 mg/L范围内具有良好线性关系,线性回归方程为:ρ=37.092 0ΔA-0.332 3,线性相关系数为0.999 1,相对标准偏差为1.49%,回收率为97%~105%。试验了pH值、放置时间及干扰离子对测定的影响。此法简便、快速、准确,可用于注射液中盐酸普鲁卡因含量的测定,与药典方法对照,结果满意。     

The hole-pressure problem

There is a need to unify present hypotheses of the nature and role of the hole-pressure,p _e , and thus provide consolidation on which to base future research and understanding. This paper is intended to meet this need. Attention is directed towards the calculation ofp _e from the velocity and stress fields for viscoelastic fluids flowingacross rectangular holes. The constitutive models used are the Newtonian, Second-order and Maxwell models, for values of Reynolds number up to 10 and Weissenberg number up to 0.1.The numerical complications involved are studied through an investigation of the constituent parts ofp _e . Verification of present theory is then sought, from which justification may be derived for the estimation of elasticity fromp _e measurements. Attention is directed towards the predictions of Higashitani and Pritchard and the extension to the Tanner and Pipkin theory for Second-order fluids. The effects of variation of geometric dimensions and flow type uponp _e are also discussed.
