In this paper, the form invariance and the Lie symmetry of Lagrange's equations for nonconservative system in generalized classical mechanics under the infinitesimal transformations of group are studied, and the Noether's conserved quantity, the new form conserved quantity, and the Hojman's conserved quantity of system are derived from them. A new definition for the symmetries of Itô and Stratonovich dynamicalsystem is given. Determining systems of symmetries for Itô andStratonovich systems have been obtained, and their relation has beendiscussed. It has been shown that some of the Lie point symmetries ofthe Fokker–Planck equation can be constructed using the symmetries ofItô dynamical systems. In this paper, the Noether symmetries and the conserved quantities for a Hamilton system with time delay are discussed. Firstly, the variational principles with time delay for the Hamilton system are given, and the Hamilton canonical equations with time delay are established. Secondly, according to the invariance of the function under the infinitesimal transformations of the group, the basic formulas for the variational of the Hamilton action with time delay are discussed,the definitions and the criteria of the Noether symmetric transformations and quasi-symmetric transformations with time delay are obtained, and the relationship between the Noether symmetry and the conserved quantity with time delay is studied. The unified symmetry of mechano-electrical systems with nonholonomic constraints are studied in this paper, the definition and the criterion of unified symmetry of mechano-electrical systems with nonholonomic constraints are derived from the Lagrange-Maxwell equations. This paper studies the Mei symmetry and Mei conserved quantity for nonholonomic systems of unilateral Chetaev type in Nielsen style. The differential equations of motion of the system above are established. The definition and the criteria of Mei symmetry, loosely Mei symmetry, strictly Mei symmetry for the system are given in this paper. DNA is a nucleic acid molecule with double-helical structures that are special symmetrical structures attracting great attention of numerous researchers. The super-long elastic slender rod, an important structural model of DNA and other long-train molecules, is a useful tool in analysing the symmetrical properties and the stabilities of DNA. This paper studies the structural properties of a super-long elastic slender rod as a structural model of DNA by using Kirchhoff's analogue technique and presents the Noether symmetries of the model by using the method of infinitesimal transformation. Baaed on Kirchhoff's analogue it analyses the generalized Hamilton canonical equations. The infinitesimal transfornaationa with rcspect to the radial coordinnte, the gonarnlizod coordinates, and the Cluasi-momenta of 5he model are introduced.
