制备了ITO/NPB/LiF/Alq3/LiF/Al的器件,测量了该组器件效率和亮度的磁效应.结果表明,在50 mT磁场中,当LiF缓冲层厚度为0.8 nm时,器件的效率最大增加了12.4%,磁致亮度最大变化率17%.同时,制备的磷光器件ITO/NPB/LiF/CBP:6 wt% Ir(ppy)3/BCP/Alq3/ LiF/Al,在50mT磁场作用下,当LiF缓冲层的厚度为0.8 nm时,器件的效率最大增加12.1%.在Alq3 关键词: 有机发光 磁场 效率 磁致亮度  相似文献

设计了横向结构的半绝缘GaAs光导开关和SiC光导开关。在不同的直流偏置电压下,使用波长为1 064 nm的激光脉冲触发使开关导通,研究了非本征光电导方式下GaAs光导开关和SiC光导开关的光电导特性。实验中获得了GaAs光导开关的暗态伏安曲线和200~1 100 nm波长范围内吸收深度随波长的变化曲线,得到了大功率GaAs光导开关在线性模式和非线性模式下的电流波形,并进行了比较,讨论了非线性模式下大功率GaAs光导开关的奇特光电导现象。对非本征光电导方式下的SiC光导开关进行了初步实验研究,得到了偏置电压3.6 kV下开关的电压和电流波形。  相似文献

This preliminary study considers the scaling and performance of a finite element (FE) semiconductor device simulator on a set of multi-socket, multicore architectures with nonuniform memory access (NUMA) compute nodes. These multicore architectures include two linux clusters with multicore processors: a quad-socket, quad-core AMD Opteron platform and a dual-socket, quad-core Intel Xeon Nehalem platform; and a dual-socket, six-core AMD Opteron workstation. These platforms have complex memory hierarchies that include local core-based cache, local socket-based memory, access to memory on the same mainboard from another socket, and then memory across network links to different nodes. The specific semiconductor device simulator used in this study employs a fully-coupled Newton–Krylov solver with domain decomposition and multilevel preconditioners. Scaling results presented include a large-scale problem of 100+ million unknowns on 4096 cores and a comparison with the Cray XT3/4 Red Storm capability platform. Although the MPI-only device simulator employed for this work can take advantage of all the cores of quad-core and six-core CPUs, the efficiency of the linear system solve is decreasing with increased core count and eventually a different programming paradigm will be needed.  相似文献

The complete optical transmittance for a polarized light passing through the magnetic fluids is investigated theoretically and experimentally, when the externally magnetic field is applied along the propagation direction of the incident light. Hybrid effects due to the geometric shadowing and Faraday rotation are considered simultaneously. The Langevin-like functions are employed to describe the magnetic-field-dependent volume concentration of the particle-aggregation (φ′) and the approximate number of magnetic nanoparticles in the particle-aggregation (βN0). Based on the experiments on the geometric shadowing effect of our magnetic fluid sample, the analytical expression for the total transmitted power with externally magnetic field after an analyzer is derived. Theoretical simulations disclose the influence of certain critical parameters of the magnetic fluids on the field-dependent optical transmittance. For the entire polarized light transmittance, qualitative agreement between the calculations and the experiments is achieved. Applications of magnetic fluids to several polarized devices operating in longitudinal field arrangement are proposed and discussed. The results presented in this work may be useful for designing the corresponding magnetic-fluid-based optical devices.  相似文献

In this work we have performed an ab initio total energy investigation of the Ge adsorption process on the Si-terminated SiC(0 0 0 1)- and (3 × 3) surfaces. We find that Ge adatoms lying on the topmost sites of the and (3 × 3) surfaces represent the energetically more stable configurations at the initial stage of the Ge adsorption on the SiC(0 0 0 1) surface. The Si → Ge substitutional adsorption processes have been examined as a function of the Si and Ge chemical potentials. Increasing the Ge coverage, we verify that the formation of Ge wetting layer on the surface, and Ge nanocluster on the (3 × 3) surface are the energetically more stable configurations, in accordance with recent experimental findings.  相似文献

The DC, RF and noise characteristics of InGaP/GaAs heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs) with different base layer widths and δ‐doped layer in the collector were investigated. Analysis of the RF and noise characteristics revealed that the high frequency noise of these HBTs is reduced due to cross‐correlation of shot noise sources and Coulomb blockade from accumulated charge. The measured noise performance is in a good agreement with the HICUM L2 compact model [M. Schroter, IEICE Trans. Electron. E88‐C , 1098 (2005)] when correlated shot noise sources with Fano factor for collector shot noise are included.

Synthetic microrobots or micromotors are known to show “intelligent” behavior such as magnetotaxis, phototaxis, chemotaxis, active detection, and chemical communication. Herein, we present the concept of micromotors laying “breadcrumbs”; that is, these micromachines can move/return to a home position without external guidance after their external energy input is stopped. As a demonstration, TiO2/Pt Janus micromotors that move forward with UV light can return back following the previous path when the UV light is turned off. Such autonomy of motion opens the door for truly independent applications of micromotors in the “deliver‐and‐return” fashion.  相似文献

作为复光场显微成像的一种新技术,菲涅耳非相干关联全息术(Fresnel incoherent correlation holography,FINCH)因其非相干光记录的特点在近年来受到关注.FINCH作为一种新型非相干全息系统,如何设计光路实现其最佳的分辨率是一个关键问题.然而,针对这个问题的讨论,目前已有文献存在不同的观点,有关FINCH最佳分辨率的成像条件仍有待研究.全息图有效孔径大小是决定全息成像系统分辨率的重要因素,在FINCH系统中,全息记录距离的变化则会引起全息图有效孔径发生变化,全息图的有效孔径大小不仅与光路各元件的孔径有关,还与相干光波相互干涉叠加区域的面积以及图像传感器的像素间距等因素有关.本文基于波动光学理论,结合FINCH全息图的波带结构特征,研究了FINCH全息图的有效孔径.研究发现数字全息记录相机的像素化特性是影响FINCH成像分辨率的决定性因素,并进一步通过数值模拟和光学实验验证了理论分析结果:全息图记录距离(Z_h)等于空间光调制器加载的衍射透镜焦距(f_d)时,FINCH系统的再现像将会达到最佳横向分辨率,且分辨率随成像距离|Z_h-f_d|的增大而降低.  相似文献

In this paper we describe the fabrication of novel 3D microfluidic paper‐based analytical devices (3D‐μPADs) and a 3D microfluidic thread/paper‐based analytical device (3D‐μTPAD) to detect glucose and BSA through colorimetric assays. The 3D‐μPAD and 3D‐μTPAD consisted of three (wax, heat pressed wax‐printed paper, single‐sided tape) and four (hole‐punched single‐sided tape, blank chromatography circles, heat‐pressed wax‐printed paper, hole‐punched single‐sided tape containing trifurcated thread) layers, respectively. The saturation curves for each assay were generated for all platforms. For the glucose assay, a solution of glucose oxidase (GOx), horseradish peroxidase, and potassium iodide was flowed through each platform and, upon contact with glucose, generated a yellow‐brown color indicative of the oxidation of iodide to iodine. For the protein assay, BSA was flowed through each device and, upon contact with citrate buffer and tetrabromophenol blue, resulted in a color change from yellow to blue. The devices were dried, scanned, and analyzed yielding a correlation between either yellow intensity and glucose concentration or cyan intensity and BSA concentration. A similar glucose assay, using unknown concentrations of glucose in artificial urine, was conducted and, when compared to the saturation curve, showed good correlation between the theoretical and actual concentrations (percent differences <10%). The development of 3D‐μPADs and 3D‐μTPADs can further facilitate the use of these platforms for colorimetric bioassays.  相似文献
