选用乳化-溶剂挥发法制备乙基纤维素载药微球(EMs), 并通过内部凝胶化法进行包衣制得海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(AEMs), 最后通过离子交联法进一步包衣制得壳聚糖-海藻酸钠-乙基纤维素载药微囊(CAEMs). 研究克拉霉素漂浮\|生物粘附微囊的制备工艺, 并考察微囊的体外漂浮性能、 粘附性能及体内滞留性能. 结果表明, CAEMs球形度较好, 药物包封率为72.3%~78.2%, 载药量为7.1%~12.7%. 在pH=5的醋酸缓冲液中, 6 h时的累积释放率为56.6%~70.6%, 漂浮率大于70%, 4 h时的体内滞留率为60.5%. CAEMs有望通过延长药物胃内滞留时间, 在临床用于根除幽门螺旋杆菌, 从而降低消化道溃疡的复发率. 相似文献

为确定以不同硒含量的大豆为原料生产豆腐过程中硒分布特性,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法对该过程中各种产物的硒含量进行了分析研究。结果表明,以硒含量分别为0.692、2.561、2.801 mg/kg的大豆为原料生产得到的豆腐、黄浆水、豆渣的硒含量分别为:0.089、0.250、0.138 mg/kg,0.462、0.760、0.507 mg/kg和0.532、0.764、0.524 mg/kg。豆腐生产过程中,以低硒大豆为原料生产豆腐,硒总回收率为75.59%;采用富硒大豆为原料生产,硒的回收率分别达到87.37%、87.20%;生产过程中豆腐、黄浆水和豆渣中硒含量占总回收硒的比率分别为39.01%~49.97%、23.92%~29.89%、26.11%~30.92%。 相似文献

Radiation at 25 and 50 kGy showed no effect on the acidic pH of the local honey, Gelam, and its antimicrobial property against Staphylococcus aureus but significantly reduced the viscosity. Honey stored up to 2 years at room temperature retained all the properties studied. Radiation sterilized Gelam honey significantly stimulated the rate of burn wound healing in Sprague-Dawley rats as demonstrated by the increased rate of wound contraction and gross appearance. Gelam honey attenuates wound inflammation; and re-epithelialization was well advanced compared to the treatment using silver sulphadiazine (SSD) cream. To enhance further the use of honey in wound treatment and for easy handling, Gelam honey was incorporated into our hydrogel dressing formulation, which was then cross-linked and sterilized using electron beam at 25 kGy. 根据x射线、电镜、DSC和凝胶分数的测试结果,讨论了多官能团单体结构对低密度聚乙烯聚集态结构的影响以及结晶度与辐射交联(或剂量)的关系。发现由于单体的存在导致低密度聚乙烯结晶度增加而结晶尺寸变小(即结晶成核效应);成核效应越大,增强辐射交联的效果也越大。添加具有高结晶成核作用的单体有利于低密度聚乙烯的辐射交联,同时也加速其结晶结构的破坏。 相似文献

《Radiation Physics and Chemistry》1993,42(4-6):629-631In order to attain an optimum sterilization treatment to obstetric dressings, a new product made by us, with 60Coγ-ray, the effects of radiation on standard bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa ATcc27853, Escherichia coli ATcc25922, Staphylococcus aureus ATcc25923, Clostridium PB6KA, short Bacillus E60163202 and HBSAg were studied. Results showed that at the absorbed dose of 10 kGy, all the bacteria, bacillus and HBSAg were killed off, and sterilized with the dose, the dressings can completely accord with the demands of hygiene, which was further confirmed by microbiological and poisonous tests and the effects of clinical application. Poly(n-vinylpyrrolidone) hydrogels: 2.Hydrogel composites as wound dressing for tropical environment
POLY(N-VINYLPYRROLIDONE) HYDROGELS: 2. HYDROGEL COMPOSITES AS WOUND DRESSING FOR TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT. The effects of irradiation on hydration and other properties of poly(vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) hydrogel composites have been investigated. The aqueous solution of vinylpyrrolidone (VP) 10 wt % was mixed with several additives such as agar and polyethylen glycol (PEG). The solution was then irradiated with gamma rays from Cobalt-60 source at room temperature. Several parameters such as elongation at break (EB), tensile strength (TS), degree of swelling (DS), water vapor transmission rate (WVTR), equilibrium water content (EWC), microbial growth and penetration test, and water activity (Aw) were analysed at room temperature of 29 ±2°C humidity of 80 ± 10%. Results show that elongation at break of hydrogel membranes with initial composition of VP with agar, VP with agar and PEG were 240 % and 250 % kGy, the equilibrium water content of membranes were 96 to 90%, whereas degree of swelling were 55 to 10. The WVTR of hydrogel membranes with initial composition of VP with agar and PEG was 70 g m-2h-1, while the water activity was 0.9. Such hydrogel membranes exhibits the following properties: They are elastic, transparent, flexible, impermeable for bacteria. They absopt a high capacity of water, attached to healthy skin but not to the wound and they are easy to remove. 研究了γ 辐照对不同分子量的聚己内酯 (PCL)的力学性能、热性能、结晶行为的影响 ,在此基础上 ,研究了辐射交联后的PCL的形状记忆行为 .研究结果表明 ,PCL的分子量越大 ,辐射交联所需的凝胶化剂量越低 .溶胶分数S +S1 2 与 1 D的关系很好地符合Charlesby Pinner关系式 ,说明PCL的辐射交联属于无规交联 .剂量对PCL的力学性能影响显著 ,剂量越大 ,抗张强度和断裂伸长率下降越多 ,但分子量较高的PCL的抗张强度受剂量的影响较小 .DMA分析表明 ,聚己内酯辐照交联后的弹性模量和耐热性能显著提高 .交联度较高的PCL表现出高弹态 ,可以拉伸 ,并具有较好的形状记忆行为 .DSC分析表明 ,辐射交联使PCL的结晶度有所增加 ,但也使结晶熔点有所降低 相似文献
