Agrobacterium isolated from soil samples produced two extracellular polysaccharides: succinoglycan, an acidic soluble polymer, and curdlan gum, a neutral, insoluble polymer. Maize glucose, cassava glucose, and maize maltose were used in fermentation medium to produce insoluble polysaccharide. Two Agrobacterium sp. strains which were used (ATCC 31749 and IFO 13140) in the production of insoluble exopolysaccharide presented equal or superior yields compared to the literature. The strain ATCC 31749 yielded better production when using maize maltose, whose yield was 85%, whereas strain IFO 13140 produced more when fed maize glucose, producing a yield of 50% (on reducing sugars).  相似文献

Chemical investigations of the fermentation broth from the microfungus Xylaria sp. have afforded the new natural product 3-chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetamide 1 and the previously reported fungal metabolite 3-chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetic acid 2. This letter reports the isolation and full spectroscopic characterisation of compounds 1 and 2 by NMR, UV, IR and MS data. The crystal structure and one-pot synthesis of 3-chloro-4-hydroxyphenylacetamide are also reported.  相似文献

A series of novel dihydrochalcone derivatives 27 were synthesized from dihydroisorcordoin 1 which was isolated from the aerial parts of Adesmia balsamica. The structures of all compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. Their anti-oomycete activity was evaluated in vitro against Saprolegnia parasitica and Saprolegnia diclina. Some of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited better anti-oomycete activities at low values compared with bronopol and fluconazole as positive controls. Among them, compound 7 exhibited strong activity, with minimum inhibitory concentration and minimum oomyceticidal concentration values of 75 and 100 μg/mL, respectively.  相似文献

One novel 7-membered lactone derivative, penicillilactone A (1), together with two known compounds, rugulosin A (2) and rugulosin (3) were isolated from the sponge-derived fungus Penicillium sp. LS54. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literature data. Remarkably, penicillilactone A (1) is the first natural product containing a 7-membered lactone ring fused with a furan core. Penicillilactone A (1) exhibited moderate antibacterial activity against aquatic pathogen Vibrio harveyi with an MIC value of 8 μg/mL.  相似文献

A novel super-junction LDMOS with low resistance channel(LRC), named LRC-LDMOS based on the silicon-oninsulator(SOI) technology is proposed. The LRC is highly doped on the surface of the drift region, which can significantly reduce the specific on resistance(Ron,sp) in forward conduction. The charge compensation between the LRC, N-pillar,and P-pillar of the super-junction are adjusted to satisfy the charge balance, which can completely deplete the whole drift,thus the breakdown voltage(BV) is enhanced in reverse blocking. The three-dimensional(3 D) simulation results show that the BV and R_(on,sp) of the device can reach 253 V and 15.5 mΩ·cm~2, respectively, and the Baliga's figure of merit(FOM = BV~2/R_(on,sp)) of 4.1 MW/cm~2 is achieved, breaking through the silicon limit.  相似文献

Abstract

In the course of our continuing investigation of bioactive secondary metabolites from marine-derived fungal strains, a racemate of a novel diphenolic derivative named (±)-tylopilusin D (1) along with ten previously known secondary metabolites (2–11) were isolated from a marine-derived fungal strain Aspergillus sp. SF-5929. Their structures were elucidated mainly by analysis of NMR and MS data. In addition, the inhibitory effects of the isolated compounds against protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) activity were evaluated, and compounds 1, 2, and 5–7 inhibited PTP1B activity with IC50 values ranging from 3.3 to 8.1?µM. Kinetics studies suggested that compounds 1, 2, and 5 had noncompetitive inhibitory effects against PTP1B.  相似文献

A method for the synthesis of novel fused four-ring quinoxaline skeleton has been described by an I2 promoted sp3 C−H functionalization between 1,2,3,3-tetramethyl-3H-indolium iodides and 1,2-diamines. This transformation proceeds smoothly under metal- and peroxide-free conditions through a sequential iodination, oxidation, annulation and rearrangement. Moreover, 8,9-dichloro-5,12,12-trimethyl-2-(trifluoromethyl)-5,12-dihydroquinolino[2,3-b]quinoxaline showed good photophysical properties and was used in live cell imaging, indicating the potential value of this skeleton as a fluorophore in probes.  相似文献

One new compound, 12-epi-9-deacetoxyxenicin (1) along with a hydroperoxide product, 12-epi-9-deacetoxy-8-hydroperoxyxenicin (2) and two known sesquiterpenoids (34) were isolated from a population of Bornean soft coral Xenia sp. The structures of these secondary metabolites were elucidated based on their spectroscopic data. Compounds 1 and 2 showed cytotoxic activity against ATL cell line, S1T. In addition, compound 3 exhibited hyphal inhibition of Lagenidium thermophilum.  相似文献

Magnetic porous polymeric microspheres containing epoxy groups were prepared by suspension polymerization (denoted as magnetic Fe3O4@GEM microspheres). Fe3O4@GEM with a specific surface area of 30.41 m2/g, average pore diameter of 17.13 nm, and pore volume of 0.13 cm3/g exhibited superparamagnetic behavior with the saturation magnetization of 7.1 emu/g. The content of epoxy groups on Fe3O4@GEM was 0.22 mmol/g. Pseudomonas sp. lipase (PSL) was covalently immobilized onto the Fe3O4@GEM microspheres through the reaction between the amino groups of the enzyme and the epoxy groups on the microspheres. PSL/Fe3O4@GEM exhibited enhanced enantioselectivity for the resolution of allylic alcohol to the corresponding optically active (S)‐allylic alcohol and (R)‐allylic alcohol acetate compared to free PSL. The enantiomeric excess of (S)‐l‐pheny‐2‐propen‐1‐ol for the former (98.1%) was 81.7 times that of the latter (1.2%) when the immobilized PSL was used for transesterification resolution of (R,S)‐l‐pheny‐2‐propen‐1‐ol. Furthermore, the ees and eep values were still retained at 95.2% and 95.4% after PSL/Fe3O4@GEM was recycled 10 times, indicating that PSL/Fe3O4@GEM had very good reusability. In addition, the transesterification resolution of (R,S)‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐2‐propen‐1‐ol and (R,S)‐1‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐2‐propen‐1‐ol was catalyzed by PSL/Fe3O4@GEM, affording ideal ees and eep values of 99.3%, 97.4% and 99.6%, 98.2%, respectively. Therefore, PSL/Fe3O4@GEM demonstrated its potential as a highly efficient enzymatic reactor and Fe3O4@GEM would be very promising carriers for immobilizing enzymes in industrial application.  相似文献
