Tumor intracellular delivery is an effective route for targeting chemotherapy to enhance the curative effect and minimize the side effect of a drug. In this study, the magnetic lipid nanoparticles with an uptake ability by tumor cells were prepared dispersing ferroso-ferric oxide nanoparticles in aqueous phase using oleic acid (OA) as a dispersant, and following the solvent dispersion of lipid organic solution. The obtained nanoparticles with 200 nm volume average diameter and −30 mV surface zeta potential could be completely removed by external magnetic field from aqueous solution. Using doxorubicin (DOX) as a model drug, the drug-loaded magnetic lipid nanoparticles were investigated in detail, such as the effects of OA, drug and lipid content on volume average diameter, zeta potential, drug encapsulation efficiency, drug loading, and in vitro drug release. The drug loading capacity and encapsulation efficiency were enhanced with increasing drug or lipid content, reduced with increasing OA content. The in vitro drug release could be controlled by changing drug or lipid content. Cellular uptake by MCF-7 cells experiment presented the excellent internalization ability of the prepared magnetic lipid nanoparticles. 采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算方法,在现有的单分子磁体交换耦合常数计算方法的基础上提出了一种新的计算方法.采用新方法计算两个原子之间的交换耦合常数时,首先分别设置这两个原子的自旋取向,然后再同时设置两个原子的自旋取向,计算出总能即可,而不用选取不同的自旋组态并求解线性方程组.方法特别适合含有数目很大的磁性原子的单分子磁体交换耦合常数的计算.采用新方法计算了Fe7和Fe20配合物分子的交换耦合常数.结果表明,Fe7和Fe20分子中的交换常数都为负,即反铁磁耦合时能量更低,这与类似分子的相关研究相一致. 相似文献

An implementation of the fast multiple method (FMM) is performed for magnetic systems with long-ranged dipolar interactions. Expansion in spherical harmonics of the original FMM is replaced by expansion of polynomials in Cartesian coordinates, which is considerably simpler. Under open boundary conditions, an expression for multipole moments of point dipoles in a cell is derived. These make the program appropriate for nanomagnetic simulations, including magnetic nanoparticles and ferrofluids. The performance is optimized in terms of cell size and parameter set (expansion order and opening angle) and the trade off between computing time and accuracy is quantitatively studied. A rule of thumb is proposed to decide the appropriate average number of dipoles in the smallest cells, and an optimal choice of parameter set is suggested. Finally, the superiority of Cartesian coordinate FMM is demonstrated by comparison to spherical harmonics FMM and FFT. 相似文献

本文提出了一种短腔自屏蔽核磁共振成像(MRI)超导磁体的设计方法.先将矩形截面螺线管线圈简化成截面为一个点的电流环,得到一个线性规划模型,采用线性规划的方法得到合适的线圈位置和电流大小,然后再利用遗传算法对线圈的截面形状进行优化,得到合适的线圈截面尺寸.线性规划的引入,减少了优化变量,降低了优化规模,结合遗传算法,使得短腔自屏蔽MRI超导磁体设计变得简单易行.文章最后给出了一个设计算例. 相似文献

从脉冲电源参数计算、电源整体设计、脉冲形成网络(PFN)设计和优化等方面介绍了中国散裂中子源快循环同步加速器引出Kicker磁铁脉冲电源的初步设计情况,提出一种新型的低阻抗PFN设计方法,给出了脉冲电源和PFN的参数,利用PSPICE程序仿真了充电电压为36.5 kV时磁铁的励磁脉冲电流波形,励磁电流脉冲幅值达到5.8 kA。仿真结果表明:PFN的单元电容电感相同时,采用较多的PFN节数,励磁电流脉冲宽度会变宽,电流脉冲前沿和平顶度没有显著变化;采用合适长度的电缆,可以有效避免反射电流对主脉冲电流波形产生影响。 相似文献

本文首先介绍了单芯高温超导带材交流损耗的机理,然后以SMES磁体磁滞损耗计算为例,分析了两种单芯超导带材磁滞损耗计算模型的计算结果,发现在不同场强范围内两种模型计算结果有明显的差异,并给出了计算交流损耗时两种模型的适用范围.最后简要说明了两种模型计算结果不同的原因. 相似文献
