Multilayer transition in a spin-1 Blume–Capel model with RKKY interaction and quantum transverse anisotropy

Using mean-field theory, we have studied the effect of quantum transverse anisotropies with RKKY interaction on the multi-layer transition and magnetic properties of the spin-1 Blume--Capel model of a system formed by two magnetic multi-layer materials, of different thicknesses, separated by a non-magnetic spacer of thickness M. It is found that the multilayer magnetic order--disorder transition temperature depends strongly on the value of the transverse anisotropy. The multilayer transition temperature decreases when increasing the transverse anisotropy. Furthermore, there exists a critical quantum transverse anisotropy Δ_xL beyond which the separate transitions occur in the two magnetic layers. The critical transverse anisotropy Δ_xL decreases (increases) on increasing the non-magnetic spacer of thickness M (on increasing the crystal field), and Δ_xL undergoes oscillations as a function of the Fermi level.     

R600a／矿物冷冻油混合物表面张力

本文利用新改进的表面张力实验系统对R600a／矿物冷冻油混合物的表面张力进行了实验研究,其中R600a的质量分数分别为O．95、0．90和0．85,温度范围为253．15-333．15K。实验结果表明,随着含油量的增加,R600a／矿物冷冻油的表面张力逐渐减小,矿物油的存在对纯质制冷剂的表面张力有比较明显的影响。     

Riemann problems for three-dimensional combustion models

We investigate Chapman-Jouguet models in three-dimensional space by means of generalized char- acteristic analysis. The interaction of detonation, shock waves and contact discontinuity is discussed intensively in this paper. If contact discontinuity appears, the structure of global solutions becomes complex. We deal with this problem when strength of detonation is small.

抗肿瘤缺氧诱导因子-1的小分子抑制剂

肿瘤的缺氧微环境与其增殖、分化、血管生成、能量代谢、耐药性的发生以及患者预后状况密切相关。缺氧诱导因子1(Hypoxia-inducible factor 1, HIF-1)是细胞适应缺氧环境的重要转录因子和调控蛋白,通过调控下游靶基因如EPO、VEGF、GLUT等的表达,促进血管新生及有氧糖酵解以适应缺氧的环境,进而影响肿瘤细胞代谢、血管生成和肿瘤转移等。因此,开发以HIF-1为靶标的小分子抑制剂药物有望成为一种有效的肿瘤治疗方法。本文就HIF-1小分子抑制剂在肿瘤学研究中的进展进行综述,旨在为靶向HIF-1抗肿瘤药物的研发提供新思路。     

ELASTIC CALCULATION OF STRESSES IN RINGS USING AIRY STRESS FUNCTION

Stress calculation formulae for a ring have been obtained by using Airy stress function of the plane strain field with the decomposition of the solutions for normal stresses of Airy biharmonic equation into two parts when it is loaded under two opposite inside forces along a diameter. One part should fulfill a constraint condition about normal stress distribution along the circumference at an energy valley to do the minimum work. Other part is a stress residue constant. In order to verify these formulae and the computed results, the computed contour lines of equi-maximal shear stresses were plotted and quite compared with that of photo-elasticity test results. This constraint condition about normal stress distribution along circumference is confirmed by using Greens’ theorem. An additional compression exists along the circumference of the loaded ring, explaining the divorcement and displacement of singularity points at inner and outer boundaries.     

表面带负电荷氨基酸残基的突变对细胞色素bs与细胞色素c结合和识别的影响

利用核磁共振方法研究表面带不同负电荷氨基酸残基突变后的细胞色素b5与细胞色素c的结合与识别，结果表明，静电作用在细胞色素b5与细胞色素c的结合过程中有着重要的贡献，而且这些静电贡献在一定程度上具有 加性，E48的贡献略大于E44。同时还证明Brownian dyanmics simulations优化出的Glu48-Lys13,Clu56-Lys87,Asp60-Lys86和heme 6-propionate-Tml72（细胞色素b5的残基排在前面）的结合方式在溶液中的确存在，细胞色素b5突变体9E48，E56／A，D60／A）及[Cr(oxalate)3]^3－对细胞色素c的表面竞争实验表明，细胞色素c表面结合区SiteⅢ仍然同细胞色素b5突变体9E48，E56／A，D60／A）有结合作用，只是结合强度上相对于野生细胞色素b5同细胞色素c的结合有所降低，这表明除上述的Browni-an dynamics simulations模型外，尚有其它如Salemme模型等的结合方式，这也揭示出细胞色素b5和细胞色素c之间的结合是比较动态的。     

随机a—Bloch函数

本文给出了随机幂级数fw(z)∑n=0^∞ane^iwnz^n(其中wn是随机的）属于a-Bloch空间和小a-Bloch空间的条件，推广了Anderson,Clunie和Pommerenke的结果。     

La-Sr-Ni-O系复合氧化物的合成及La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4体系催化性能研究

用硝酸盐分解法(N-法)和柠檬酸络合法(L-法)合成了La-Sr-Ni-O系复合氧化物.用XRD技术考察了样品组成、制备条件及灼烧气氛等对产物结构的影响.结果表明:按La_(1-x)Sr_xNiO_3计量比,用N-法合成只能形成四方体心K_2NiF_4结构的A_2BO_4型复合氧化物.而采用L-法,通过改变条件,在0.0≤x≤0.2范围内可形成菱形晶系钙钛矿结构的复合氧化物.另外,用L-法合成La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4系列样时发现,制备条件及灼烧温度、气氛对样品结晶态存在较大的影响,高温、空气氛下可形成高结晶态的K_2NiF_4结构复合氧化物.La_(2-x)Sr_xNiO_4体系CO催化氧化活性研究表明,随x(Sr~(2+)取代量)增加,CO的转化率增加.
