文中提出了一个新的、稳定的光谱导数Kalman滤波紫外分光光度法同时定量分析方法,并且成功地将其应用于极难分辨的苯酚-邻氯苯酚和2,4二氯苯酚三组分混合体系的同时测量.选择分析光谱导数的原因是其不仅包含着吸光度,还包括在指定波长位置变化趋向等更多的信息量,这样更利于在吸收峰重叠的位置捕捉有较大差异的信号.利用Kalman滤波可以解决由光谱导数而引起的噪声放大问题,也可以过滤源于实验的噪声以及来自传递模型误差.在260~290 nm区间测量了30组浓度各自在1~10 mg·L-1范围的苯酚-邻氯苯酚和2,4二氯苯酚标准混合溶液紫外吸收光谱图.利用分段延伸高次多项式回归模拟求导准确获得吸光度导数,并且利用偏最小二乘法将其制作成Kalman滤波标准工作系数矩阵.通过随机线性离散系统的Kalman滤波器最优平滑计算,对混合体系中的各组分进行定量分析.回收实验显示出,光谱导数Kalman滤波分析法应用于本实验的极难分辨的三组分体系,得到了非常高的回收率,并且在整个实验范围内光谱导数Kalman滤波分析法具有非常好的稳定性. 相似文献

Importance sampling Monte Carlo offers powerful approaches to approximating Bayesian updating in sequential problems. Specific classes of such approaches are known as particle filters. These procedures rely on the simulation of samples or ensembles of the unknown quantities and the calculation of associated weights for the ensemble members. As time evolves and/or when applied in high-dimensional settings, such as those of interest in many data assimilation problems, these weights typically display undesirable features. The key difficulty involves a collapse toward approximate distributions concentrating virtually all of their probability on an implausibly few ensemble members.
After reviewing ensembling, Monte Carlo, importance sampling and particle filters, we present some approximations intended to moderate the problem of collapsing weights. The motivations for these suggestions are combinations of (i) the idea that key dynamical behavior in many systems actually takes place on a low dimensional manifold, and (ii) notions of statistical dimension reduction. We illustrate our suggestions in a problem of inference for ocean surface winds and atmospheric pressure. Real observational data are used. 相似文献

The importance of energy filtering in PEEM-based imaging methods has been shown in recent years with the availability of powerful instruments. A new instrument, the NanoESCA, combines a fully electrostatic PEEM column and an aberration corrected double hemispherical analyser as energy filter. This paper reports on recently demonstrated XPEEM results using the first commercially available NanoESCA instrument operated with both synchrotron soft X-rays and monochromatic laboratory Al Kα radiation. The implementation of elemental and bonding-state specific imaging is shown with both excitation sources. The presently achieved (but not yet ultimate) lateral resolutions on energy filtered core-level images are 150 nm with a large synchrotron spot and below 1 μm with a focused laboratory source. A new method to tune the peak loss of mechanically formed long-period fiber gratings (MLPFGs) is proposed. Periodic arrayed metal wires are used to obtain the gratings along a single mode fiber (SMF). Self-maintaining gratings are achieved by the bonding force of an UV-adhesive between two glass plates. The initial index modulation formed at room temperature creates a maximum attenuation of −9 dB and −12 dB for coated and uncoated SMF, respectively. By changing the temperature, the peak loss is tuned due to the large thermal expansion of the UV-adhesive. Thermally tunable characteristics caused by the coating layer of the SMF are also described and compared with the results of the device with an uncoated SMF. 相似文献

We demonstrate theoretically as well as experimentally that a four-layer polymeric waveguide structure can be used to produce a mode and a polarization filter. Various optical properties such as refractive index, birefringence and propagation constant of polycarbonate, polystyrene and a commercially available photoresist (from Shipley) are presented. The thin film structures consisting of glass/polycarbonate/polystyrene/air are used for demonstrating polarization filter action and glass/photoresist/polystyrene/air structure for mode filter. Expressions for the electric field intensity spatial distribution for the structure are used to calculate the intensity profiles to support the observed behavior. The purpose of this paper was to investigate the feasibility of a newly developed hyperspectral fundus imaging camera with
a liquid crystal tunable filter. The intensities of different wavelengths of light transmitted through an artery, vein, and
the area surrounding these vessels and reflected out were measured, and the differential spectral absorptions were analyzed.
Measurements were made from 16 normal eyes and from two artificial capillaries. The ratios of absorption (ROA) of arteries
to veins from 500 to 580 nm (range 1) and from 600 to 720 nm (range 2) were calculated. For all eyes, the ROArange1 was larger than ROArange2. The ROA obtained from the artificial capillary filled with blood saturated with oxygen or nitrogen was similar to that of
simulated data of oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin extinction rate. Most ROAs of human eyes were lower than those of the simulated
data and the artificial capillaries. Oxygen saturation analysis by hyperspectral fundus imaging of retinal vessels were qualitatively
in agreement with thein vitro analysis or simulated values. However, further improvements are necessary to evaluate the oxygen saturation quantitatively
