Microbial fuel cells(MFCs) have various potential applications.However,anode is a main bottleneck that limits electricity production performance of MFCs.Herein,we developed a novel anode based on a stainless steel cloth(SC) modified with carbon nanoparticles of Chinese ink(Cl) using polypyrrole(PPy)as a building block(PPy/Cl/SC).After modification,PPy/Cl/SC showed a 30% shorten in start-up time(36.4 ± 3.3 h vs.52.3± 1.8 h),33% increase in the maximum current(12.4 ± 1.4 mA vs.9.3± 0.95 mA),and2.3 times higher in the maximum power density of MFC(61.9 mW/m~2 vs.27.3 mW/m~2),compared to Ppy/SC.Experimental results revealed that carbon nanoparticles were able to cover SC uniformly,owing to excellent dispersibility of carbon nanoparticles in Cl.The attachment of carbon nanoparticles formed a fluffy layer on SC increased the electrochemically-active surface area by 1.9 times to 44.5 cm2.This enhanced electron transfer between the electrode and bacteria.Further,embedding carbon nanoparticles into the PPy layer significantly improved biocompatibility as well as changed functional group contents,which were bene ficial to bacteria adhesion on electrodes.Taking adva ntage of high mechanical strength and good conductivity,a large-size PPy/Cl/SC was successfully prepared(50×60 cm~2)demonstrating a promising potential in practical applications.This simple fabrication strategy offers a new idea of developing low cost and scalable electrode materials for high-performance energy harvesting in MFCs.  相似文献

To expand industrial utilization of tigernut starch and meet the demand for industrial starch, the influence of dry heat treatment (130 °C for 2 h and 4 h, 7% moisture) on the functional properties and structure of tigernut starch alone and mixed with Chinese quince seed gum (1% w/w) was investigated. Modifying the starch significantly (p < 0.05) increased peak, trough and final viscosity, and reduced the swelling power and gelatinization enthalpy. In addition, the freeze–thaw stability and pseudoplastic flow were enhanced by this modification process. Microscopic and crystalline structure results indicate that dry heat treatment without gum destroys the surface and the internal crystals of the starch granules, but when gum was present, the granule becomes more resistant to dry-heating. Overall, the treatment with dry heat and the addition of Chinese quince seed gum improved the physicochemical properties of tigernut starch, in particular by increasing freeze–thaw stability and viscosity to expand the application of the starch in food industry.  相似文献

采用花椒籽废渣(RPS)为原料,K_2CO_3为活化剂制备了花椒籽废渣活性炭(KAC),以期实现农业废弃物的再利用。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重分析仪(TGA)、能量散射光谱(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和气体吸附法等技术手段对其进行表征。分析了浸渍比(m(K_2CO_3)∶m(RPS))、浸渍时间、活化温度和活化时间对制备花椒籽废渣活性炭的影响,并且测试了花椒籽废渣活性炭对对硝基苯酚的吸附行为。研究结果表明,在浸渍比为0.8,浸渍时间为12 h,活化温度为550℃,活化时间为60min的条件下,活性炭的产率为29.3%,比表面积为1210 m~2/g,碘值为1002 mg/g,对亚甲基蓝的平衡吸附容量为362 mg/g,灰分为2.2%,水分为6.6%。对对硝基苯酚的吸附性能研究表明,293 K,pH=8.0,吸附180min后可达到吸附平衡,对硝基苯酚的吸附容量为406 mg/g,吸附可用Langmuir等温方程较好模拟,吸附为自发的放热过程。动力学研究表明该吸附符合准二级动力学模型。K_2CO_3活化法制备花椒籽废渣活性炭原料廉价,工艺简单,制得的活性炭吸附性能优异,具有较好的应用前景。  相似文献

中药是中华传统医学的瑰宝,在我国已广泛应用于疾病预防和治疗中,但其存在化学成分复杂、作用机制不明确等问题,制约了中药现代化及国际化的发展进程。质谱技术具有高灵敏度、高选择性、高稳定性及高通量的特点,特别适合于中药复杂成分及其代谢物的定性定量分析。该文综述了近年来质谱技术在中药成分鉴定及质量控制、中药代谢组学及中药药代动力学研究方面的典型应用,并对存在的问题及改进方法进行了展望。  相似文献

将多级液液微萃取与气相色谱-质谱联用技术相结合建立了白酒中微量角鲨烯的快速定量方法。将白酒稀释后,用戊烷-乙醚混合溶剂(1∶3,体积比)进行多级微萃取,有机相浓缩后气质联用分析。结果显示,角鲨烯在0.62~159.88μg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.995 5,角鲨烯的检出限为0.17μg/L,当加标浓度为2,20,40μg/L时回收率分别为78.1%,85.0%和103.5%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为12.1%,8.9%和7.0%。该方法具有简便快速、准确灵敏、萃取效率高、有机溶剂消耗少等优点,适合白酒中痕量角鲨烯的定量分析。  相似文献

Chrysanthemum flower is a common traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). In this work, pressurized hot water extraction (PHWE) followed by headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and GC-MS was developed for the determination of three main active volatile compounds of eucalyptol, camphor, and borneol in Chrysanthemum flowers from four different growing areas in China by internal standard method. The parameters of PHWE and HS-SPME were optimized. The method was also validated. The results showed that PHWE-SPME-GC-MS is a simple, rapid, efficient, and solvent-free technique for the quantitative determination of eucalyptol, camphor, and borneol in TCMs and is potentially useful for the TCM quality assessment.  相似文献

A sodium dodecyl sulfate sensitized switchable solvent liquid‐phase microextraction method was developed and applied to the preconcentration of active alkaloids in Rhizoma coptidis followed by high performance liquid chromatography determination. Before extraction, nonionic triethylamine was converted to its cationic form in the presence of carbon dioxide. Then, the ionic solvent carrying target analytes was once more reverted to its nonionic form by adding sodium hydroxide, as well as phase separation and analytes enrichment were realized simultaneously. Several parameters affecting the approach, such as concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate, extraction solvent volume, sodium hydroxide concentration, sample phase pH, injection solvent type, and extraction time, were investigated and optimized. The possible microextraction mechanism of double micelle supramolecular inclusion was explored. Under the optimum conditions, the enrichment factors of four protoberberine alkaloids were from 101.8 to 152.0. The linear ranges (with r≥ 0.990) were 0.032–4.23, 0.031–4.33, 0.0026–10.04, and 0.0013–4.13 μg/mL for epiberberine, coptisine, palmatine, and berberine, respectively. The detection limits were in the range of 0.16–0.32 ng/mL. Satisfactory accuracies (recoveries 98.8–104.6%) and precisions (RSDs 1.9–10.9%) were also obtained. The results showed that the approach is rapid, effective, eco‐friendly, and easy‐to‐handle for the enrichment and detection of active alkaloids in Rhizoma coptidis.  相似文献
