在物理气相法的基础上,通过无约束二次气相输运法生长出具有自然显露面的尺寸约为6mm×7mm×2mmCdSe晶体.对生长晶体的结构、成分和形貌进行表征,测试发现:XRD粉末衍射图谱强度高无杂峰,CdSe晶体的3个自然显露面分别是(100)、(002)和(110)面,回摆曲线半峰宽度较小;ICP-MS结果显示样品中杂质含量有效降低;红外透过率测试结果显示无约束二次气相法生长的CdSe晶体红外透过率高;SEM观测发现其解理面呈阶梯状且台阶方向一致.结果表明,采用无约束二次气相法生长的CdSe晶体结晶质量较好,纯度高,红外透过率高,并根据BFDH模型分析CdSe晶体自然显露面出现的原因. 相似文献

A novel and simple method is described for preparing colloidal Cu‐doped ZnSe(S) quantum dots (QDs) in aqueous media by introducing copper ions using the same method as to prepare colloidal ZnSe(S). More specifically, the Cu‐doped ZnSe(S) are prepared through the nucleation‐doping method in the presence of 3‐mercaptopropionic acid as stabilizers using zinc perchlorate, copper sulphate, and NaHSe as precursors. Confirmation of the preparation of Cu‐doped ZnSe(S) nanocrystals (NCs) is done with absorption and emission spectroscopies (UV–vis and PL) as the QDs show intensive green emissions. The reduction of ions Cu2+ to Cu+ is confirmed by using electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR), in which Cu+ ions are silent. The size determination is performed by using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS), resulting in Cu‐doped ZnSe(S) particles with a mean diameter of 4.6 ± 3.5 nm. The excellent stability observed for the nanoparticles overcomes the intrinsic instability of traditional aqueous Cu‐doped ZnSe(S) NCs. 相似文献

以3-巯基丙酸为稳定剂在水相中合成了Cu掺杂的ZnSe量子点(QDs), 并利用硫脲(CH4N2S)对其进行表面修饰, 制备出核壳结构的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点. 制得的量子点呈闪锌矿结构, 尺寸约为5 nm, 有较好的分散性, 其荧光发射峰在460 nm左右. 经CH4N2S修饰后, 量子点表面形成了宽禁带的ZnS包覆层, 将电子和空穴限域在了ZnSe:Cu 核内, 减少了表面发生非辐射复合的载流子, 显著提高了量子点的荧光强度. 与Na2S、硫代乙酰胺(TAA)等常用硫源相比, 以CH4N2S为硫源制得的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点壳层厚度可控, 表面钝化效果更好, 显示出更佳的荧光效率和稳定性. ZnSe:Cu/ZnS 量子点经过紫外线照射后消除了表面的悬空键, 进一步提高了其量子产率, 最终获到了具有较好荧光性质的ZnSe:Cu/ZnS量子点. 相似文献

A new and convenient route is developed to synthesize CdSe and core-shell CdSe/CdS quantum dots(QDs) in aqueous solution.The gaseous precursors,H2Se and H2S,generated on-line by reducing SeO 3 2à with NaBH 4 and the reaction between Na 2 S and diluted H2SO 4,are used to form high-quality CdSe and CdSe/CdS QDs,respectively.The synthesized water-soluble CdSe and CdSe/CdS QDs possess high quantum yield(3% and 20%) and narrow full-width-at-half-maximum(43 nm and 38 nm).The synthesis process is easily reproducible with simple apparatus and low-toxic chemicals,and can be readily extended to the large-scale aqueous synthesis of QDs. 相似文献

CdSe and CdSe/TiO2 nanoparticles were synthesized under multibubble sonoluminescence (MBSL) condition. The influences of TiO2 introduced as the sensitizer on the morphology and crystal transformation were investigated. The morphology, phase and optical properties of the final products have been characterized by X-ray powder diffraction, transmission electron microscope, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results showed that as-prepared nanoparticles are well-crystallized, and the suppression of crystal pattern transition as well as the control of CdSe crystal growth can be implemented by coupling of TiO2 semiconductor. Furthermore, the possible growth mechanism for different morphologies and crystal phases of the nanocrystals were also discussed. 相似文献

Ultrathin crystalline CdSe nanosheets have been synthesized through a facile solution processes. Their application to simultaneous electrochemical determination of catechol and hydroquinone is demonstrated. The few-layer single crystalline CdSe modified electrode exhibits strong electrocatalytic activity toward the oxidation of a mixture of catechol and hydroquinone. The excellent analytical performance makes the ultrathin CdSe nanomaterials promising for the development of electrochemical sensors for potential applications in medicine, biotechnology and environmental chemistry. 相似文献

A porous composite film was fabricated combining the advantages of multiwalled carbon nanotubes, CeO2 and chitosan. The synergistic effect of the film improved the immobilization of probe ssDNA. The loaded probe ssDNA was used for detection of CdSe quantum dots labeled target DNA. The DNA hybridization reaction was detected by differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry of Cd2+ after the oxidative release of labeled CdSe quantum dots. The established DNA biosensor can discriminate different target sequences associated with 35S promoter of cauliflower mosaic virus gene with relatively wide linear range and low detection limit (2.4×10?13 mol/L). 相似文献
