毛细管放电X光激光装置中的预脉冲电源

 针对目前毛细管放电X 光激光装置产生的预脉冲电流幅值过大、持续时间较短的问题，提出了增加预脉冲开关抑制原有预脉冲，再外加由脉冲成形网络组成的预脉冲发生器，产生所需预脉冲的改造方案。可在主脉冲来临之前产生幅度10~50A，持续时间约17μs的方波预脉冲电流，来满足毛细管放电泵浦类氖氩X光激光实验的需要。     

Elimination of Spiral Waves and Competition between Travelling Wave Impulses and Spiral Waves

The interaction between travelling wave impulses and spiral waves is studied and the results of their competition are related to the exciting period. From the results, it is known that the formation and development of spiral waves in cardiac tissue depend on the period by which the travelling wave impulses are excited. A method is proposed to eliminate spiral waves, which is easily operated.     

Deposition of Diamond-Like carbon Films by High-Intensity Pulsed Ion Beam Ablation at Various Substrate Temperatures

Diamond-like carbon (DLC) films have been deposited on to Si substrates at substrate temperatures from 255℃ to 400O℃ by a high-intensity pulsed-ion-beam (HIPIB) ablation deposition technique. The formation of DLC is confirmed by Raman spectroscopy. According to an x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, the concentration of sp^3 carbon in the films is about 40% when the substrate temperature is below 300℃ C. With increasing substratetemperature from 25℃ to 400℃, the concentration of sp^3 carbon decreases from 43% to 8%. In other words,sp3 carbon is graphitized into sp^2 carbon when the substrate temperature is above 300℃. The results of xray diffraction and atomic force microscopy show that, with increasing the substrate temperature, the surface roughness and the friction coefficient increase, and the microhardness and the residual stress of the films decrease.     

光参量啁啾脉冲放大增益特性研究

 通过对非线性三波耦合方程组进行数值求解，研究了光参量放大的增益特性及饱和放大特性。给出了泵浦光、信号光参数对参量增益的影响及其与晶体饱和长度的关系。且OPA具有传统CPA系统所不具有的优点，将有可能取代传统的CPA系统而作为超短超强激光系统的新型前端。     

基于分形维数的液体爆炸分散中界面破碎形态研究

通过对爆炸抛撒图象的处理,得到液体界面的曲线.采用盒维数的计算方式,计算界面曲线的分形维数.通过对各时刻液体界面分形维数的变化研究,分析爆炸抛撒近场阶段的变化过程,同时观察到蘑菇状尖顶的出现与破碎,以及空化区域的形成和消失现象。     

PLD法生长n-Zn1-xCoxO/p-Si异质结的电学性能研究

用高功率脉冲激光轰击Zn1-xCoxO,得到锌、钴和氧的原子、分子和团簇等混合体,并在p型单晶Si表面反应生成n型Zn1-xCoxO.X射线衍射(XRD)、原子力显微镜(AFM)研究表明,这层材料是结构致密均匀、呈c轴高度择优取向的薄膜,与p型Si材料形成n-Zn1-xCoxO/p-Si异质结.在Zn1-xCoxO中加入H,生成了Co-H-Co聚合体,异质结的势垒高度随着Co含量的增加而增加,同时深能级的Co-d轨道捕获作为浅施主的间隙H提供的电子,造成的体系n型半导体层的载流子浓度降低,电阻率提高,使得n-Zn1-xCoxO/p-Si异质结在6.5V时漏电流降致6×10-3 mA,反向击穿电压超过20V,电学性能得到显著改进.     

Fifth—Order Harmonic Generation using a Coherent Controlled Two—Pulsed Optical Field

We have experimentally studied the characteristics of fifth-order harmonic radiation produced by two coherent femtosecond laser pulses with a changeable relative phase.The intensities of harmonic generation are found to increase with the coherent degree.In one optical Period,the temporal variation of harmonics exhibits an asymmetric characteristic,which is interpreted in terms of ionization theory and the deformation of the wave packets of fundamental field contribution to harmonic generation.     

高温高密度Z-pinch等离子体自适应式平面丝阵负载制备技术研究

 在Z-pinch实验中，加速器两电极间距会因抽真空而发生改变从而导致平面丝阵负载的丝分布发生变化，为了解决这个问题，采用弹簧预压缩的方法，制备出了平面丝阵负载，经实验室模拟检测和物理实验的实际应用证明，平面丝阵负载不但能适应电极方向呈任何方向放置的靶室，还能自动适应靶室电极间距因抽真空而发生的变化。在实验过程中丝阵可以保持绷紧的状态，满足了物理实验的要求。     

消除预脉冲电压的撬棒管开关法

 分析了脉冲线加速器在放电过程中产生的预脉冲电压现象。为了减少预脉冲电压引起的等离子体发射对正常状态的影响，采用了一种冷阴极撬棒管，将它与阴极杆相连。实验证明在采用了这种器件后，预脉冲电压可以从150kV左右减少到50kV。相对论返波管和相对论磁控管的性能得以显著改善。
