RELAXATION TIME LIMITS PROBLEM FOR HYDRODYNAMIC MODELS IN SEMICONDUCTOR SCIENCE

In this article, two relaxation time limits, namely, the momentum relaxation time limit and the energy relaxation time limit are considered. By the compactness argument, it is obtained that the smooth solutions of the multidimensional nonisentropic Euler-Poisson problem converge to the solutions of an energy transport model or a drift diffusion model, respectively, with respect to different time scales.     

ZK—4、NaANaHS3种沸石的铝化

用高温气－固相置换法对ZK－4、NaANaHS3种沸石进行铝化。组成分析、尾气分析、X射线衍射、晶体形貌分析、红外光谱和^29Si高分辨魔角固体核磁结果表明，3种低硅铝比沸石铝化后骨架可能存在Al-O-Al键。     

带有背景矢量场的标量场暗能量模型

讨论了带有背景矢量场的动力学标量场作为暗能量在闭宇宙的情形下的演化. 选取适当的标量场势函数后, 在得到的暗能量有效状态方程中, 参数w在红移z≈0.2处可以越过－1, 而且在z≈1.7处宇宙从减速膨胀的状态转变为加速膨胀状态, 这与最近的宇宙学观测相符.     

快离子辐照损伤能深度分布理论计算

本文描述了一个用于计算快离子在无定形结构靶材料中引起的损伤能量分布的计算程序HEDEP-1.程序中采用了I.Manning等发展的近似计算方法,在处理入射离子与靶原子碰撞过程中考虑了核力影响,在电子阻止本领计算中选用了最新发表的J.F.Ziegler等数据.程序适用的能量范围是较宽的,从L.S.S.能区一直延伸到弹-核系统的库仑势垒以上,可以计算单质和多至四种元素组成的均匀靶材料.     

HL－1装置辅助加热等对能量约束的影响

在ＨＬ－１托卡马克上进行了辅助加热、加料、电流驱动的物理实验研究。在改善等离子体约束方面，某些实验取得了较好的结果。在适当的稳定放电条件下，低杂波电流驱动和弹丸注入辅助加料，均能使等离子体能量约束得到一定程度的改善，与相同密度条件下的欧姆加热放电相比，能量约束时间提高了约３０％。在电子回旋共振加热等离子体实验中，等离子体总能量明显增加，但与相同密度条件下的欧姆加热放电相比，能量约束时间减少了约２０％。     

矩形均匀电子束在激光介质中的能量沉积的模拟计算

本文主要论述了0.5MeV,单能垂直入射的电子束在三种不同密度的氟化氪准分子激光介质中的能量沉积。计算是采用Monte Carlo方法的MCSED程序,光轴方向采用周期性边界条件,因此能够给出平行于和垂直于电子束入射方向的沉积能量的空间分布。本文给出了在三种不同密度下的出射电子的角分布。用该程序对垂直入射的,初始能量为1MeV的电子在半无限大Al靶中的沉积能量的计算结果与ONETRAN程序的结果及实验结果的比较表明MCSED程序的计算结果是可靠的。     

D→Klv～l衰变过程的研究

用光锥QCD求和规则研究D→Klv～_l衰变过程，首先计算D→K跃迁形状因子，通过构造新的关联函数，消除了twist-3波函数的不确定性给计算结果所带来的影响，从而使计算结果更加精确. 计算得到的分支比与最近的实验数据相一致. 关键词： QCD光锥求和规则 D介子半轻衰变 分支比 形状因子     

Ab initio calculations of accurate dissociation energy and analytic potential energy function for the second excited state B1∏ of 7LiH

The reasonable dissociation limit of the second excited singlet state B¹∏ of ⁷LiH molecule is obtained. The accurate dissociation energy and equilibrium geometry of the B¹\Pi state are calculated using a symmetry-adapted-cluster configuration--interaction method in full active space. The whole potential energy curve for the B¹∏ state is obtained over the internuclear distance ranging from about 0.10nm to 0.54nm, and has a least-square fit to the analytic Murrell--Sorbie function form. The vertical excitation energy is calculated from the ground state to the B¹∏ state and compared with previous theoretical results. The equilibrium internuclear distance obtained by geometry optimization is found to be quite different from that obtained by single-point energy scanning under the same calculation condition. Based on the analytic potential energy function, the harmonic frequency value of the B¹∏ state is estimated. A comparison of the theoretical calculations of dissociation energies, equilibrium interatomic distances and the analytic potential energy function with those obtained by previous theoretical results clearly shows that the present work is more comprehensive and in better agreement with experiments than previous theories, thus it is an improvement on previous theories.     

A Unified Model of Magnetic Extraction of Spin Energy from a Black Hole

A unified model of magnetic extraction of spin energy from a black hole in discussed based on the theory of black hole magnetosphere.The magnetic extracting power is expressed by a unified formula,which is applicable to bloth the Blandford-Znajek (BZ) process and the magnetic coupling (MC) process.The strength and characteristics of the BZ power and the MC power are compared in detail.In addition,the impedance matching condition for the BZ power is extended to the more general case.
