新马兜铃内酯的晶体结构

从绵毛马兜铃的根茎中分离出一种新的倍半萜内酯, 它的分子式由高分辨质谱数据确定为C~1~5H~2~0O~2, 它的结构用单晶X射线衍射法测定, 晶体属三斜晶系, 空间群为P1, a=0.6275(3)nm, b=0.8057(4)nm, c=1.3622(6)nm; α=88.78(4)°,β=91.44(4)°, γ=105.20(4)°; Z=2.3107。     

Friedlander反应合成2-(2-羟基苯基)-6,7-亚甲二氧基喹啉及其衍生物

以6-氨基胡椒醛为原料,与邻羟基苯乙酮(2a),4-氯-2-羟基苯乙酮(2b)发生Friedlander缩合反应,得到新的喹啉衍生物2-(2-羟基苯基)-6,7-亚甲二氧基喹啉(3a)和2-(5-氯-2-羟基苯基)-6,7-亚甲二氧基喹啉(3b),新的喹啉衍生物3a～3b分别经IR红外光谱,1H NMR核磁共振谱,MS质谱,元素分析予以证实.     

红厚壳属植物化学成份及药理活性研究进展

综述了近年来对红厚壳属植物中的化学成分及药理活性研究，重点讨论了18种 红厚壳属植物中Zhao吨酮类，香豆素类，黄酮类和萜类的化学成分，并讨论了它们 的药理活性。     

A Minor New Flavone from Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi

A new flavone,6,2′-dihydroxy-5,7,8,6′-tetramethoxyflavone,was isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. Its structure was established on the basis of spectral evidences.     

1-芳酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲类化合物的合成

研究了以无水乙腈为溶剂,通过芳酰异硫氰酸酯与磺胺嘧啶的加成反应合成12个新的1-芳酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲、生物测试指出化合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、变型杆菌有很强的抑制作用.此外,1-苯酰基-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲和1-(P-氯代苯酰基 )-3-(4-苯磺酰胺嘧啶)硫脲对金黄色葡萄球菌也有很强的抑制作用.     

Sesquiterpene Lactone Glycosides from Carpesium macrocephalum

Two new sesquiterpene lactone glycosides were isolated from the seeds of Carpesium meacrocephalum. Their structures were elucidated as 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5α,11αH-eudesma-4(15)-en-12,8β-olide and 2α-O-β-D-glucopyranosy-5αH-eudesma-4(15),11(13)-dien-12,8β-olide by spectral methods (HRMS,1D and 2D NMR).     

Two New Xanthone Glycosides from Polygala tenuifolia

Two new xanthone glycosides,polygalaxanthone IV and V were isolated from the roots of Polygala tenuifolia Willd. Their structures were established as 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyxanthone(polygalaxanthone IV), and 6-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl]-1,3-dihydroxyl-7-methoxyxanthone (polyga-laxanthone V),respectively, on the basis of chemical and spectral evidence.     

人参属植物中水溶性非蛋白氨基酸与寡肽的研究

从人参属植物水提取液中分离鉴定了若干具有生物活性的非蛋白氨基酸,如神经抑制性递质,γ－氨基丁酸（GABA）,神经兴奋毒素,β－N－草酰基－L－α,β－二氨基丙酸（β－N－ODAP）。首次从人参根的水提取液中分离纯化与鉴定了一组N－末端为从谷氨酸,并以其γ－羧基形成肽键为特征的七个寡肽;其结构为P－Ⅰ（氧化型谷胱甘肽,GSSG）P－Ⅱ（氧化型谷胱甘酰胺）,P－Ⅲ[N, N‘-双－（γ－谷氨酰甘氨酰）胱氨酸,IGSSG]与P－Ⅳ（N－γ－谷氨酰胱氨酰－双－甘氨酸）,P－Ⅴ-（N,N‘-双－γ－谷氨酰胱氨酰甘氨酸）,P－Ⅵ（γ-谷氨酰精氨酸）与P－Ⅶ（还原型谷胱甘肽）。化合物P－Ⅱ至P－Ⅴ与P－Ⅶ均与氧化型谷胱甘肽有关。P－Ⅱ至P－Ⅵ的结构均经化学合成确证。化 合物P－Ⅲ为未见报道的新生物活性肽,具有比化合物P－Ⅰ强的促睡眠活性。同时还讨论了β－N－ODAP与GABA以及其它化合物的生物活性。
