单壁碳纳米管的SERS研究

本文通过改进实验方法,将单壁碳纳米管的乙醇溶液与金胶混合并制作成固体薄膜,使单壁碳纳米管夹裹在金纳米粒子之间,保证了吸附的紧密性,获得了高质量的单壁碳纳米管SERS光谱。不但观测到文献中报道的径向呼吸振动模(RBM)和C-C正切拉伸模(GM)的增强,还在1100-1500cm-1区域观测到一组新峰,其峰形完整并有相当的强度。这些峰在现有的文献中几乎没有报导。文章对这组新峰的出现进行了初步的分析。     

Multiple—Scattering of Near—Edge x—ray Absorption Fine Structure of Sulphur—Passivated InP（100） Surface

We use the multiple-scattering cluster method to calculated the sulphur 1s near-edge x-ray absorption fine structure (NEXAFS) of S-passivated InP(100) surface.The physical origins of the resonances in the NEXAFS have been unveiled.It is shown that the most important resonance is attributed to the photoelectron scattering between the central sulphur and the nearest indium atoms.The studies show that two S-S dimers with the bond lengths of 2.05A and 3.05A coexist in the surface,meanwhile the bridge and antibridge site adsorption of single S could not be ruled out.We support the scanning tunnelling microscopy result that the S-passivated InP(100) surface exhibits significant discorder.     

沉积铁钝化膜的傅立叶变换表面增强拉曼光谱

利用恒电流沉积技术、傅立叶变换表面增强拉曼散射技术现场研究了0 1mol/LNaOH溶液中铁金属电极在不同电位下的表面氧化物的组成。结果表明,在电极预钝化区,表面首先生成的Fe(OH)2可由拉曼谱图中出现的550cm-1表征,证实了以往的研究结果。进入钝化区,表面二价氧化物逐步转化为高价氧化物Fe3O4及α 、δ 和γ FeOOH。在电位回扫的过程中,各氧化产物的还原以及铁表面SERS活性的逐渐消失导致谱峰强度降低。     

冲击加载合金材料微缺陷的中子小角散射初步实验

在冲击动态加载破坏下，金属材料会产生微孔洞、微裂纹和位错等微结构缺陷，这会明显影响材料的某些性能。采用中子小角散射技术研究了冲击加载前后合金材料微缺陷的变化。实验样品分别是以Al和Mg为基体、含有少量其他元素的两种圆柱状合金材料，将样品用不同速度的钢弹冲击，测量样品为加载前、后合金材料共计4个。     

Generation of Ultrashort Light Bullets in Dispersive Kerr Media Using the Fourth—Order Dispersion—Dependent Spatiotemporal Instability

A new method for generation of a train of ultrashort pulses or a sequence of ultrashort light bullets is proposed. This method is based on the fourth-order dispersion-dependent spatiotemporal instability in dispersive Kerr media. The repetition-rate of the generated bullets can be made quite large by increasing the corresponding spatial modulation frequency locating in the new instability region resulted from fourth-order dispersion.     

正常金属/超导/正常金属双垒隧道结中的量子相干输运

考虑到量子相干效应和界面散射效应 ,利用 L ambert理论模型 ,计算正常金属 /绝缘层 /超导 /绝缘层 /正常金属双垒隧道结中的准粒子输运系数和隧道谱。研究表明 :( 1)所有的准粒子输运系数和电导谱在超导能隙之上都随能量作周期性振荡 ,其振荡周期依赖于超导层的厚度 ;( 2 )在超导能隙之上 Andreev反射系数随能量呈现周期性消失现象 ;( 3)在绝缘层势垒强度取很大的隧道极限下 ,超导层中会形成一系列的准粒子束缚态 ,其位置由量子化条件决定 ;( 4)界面散射效应不仅能压低各子能隙电导峰 ,还能使子能隙电导峰劈裂为两个峰。     

Light-Gradient-Induced Spiral Wave Drifts in a Belousov-Zhabotinsky Reaction

The dynamic behaviour of spiral tip in the light-sensitive Belousov-Zhabotinsky reaction under the influence of an externally applied light gradient was experimentally studied. The gradient causes different drifts for different spiral patterns. The centre of the spiral wave moved toward the region of lower light intensity. The direction of an additional perpendicular drift depended on the chirality of the spiral wave. The dependences of the drifting angle and the drifting velocity on light gradient have been measured.     

Elimination of Spiral Waves and Competition between Travelling Wave Impulses and Spiral Waves

The interaction between travelling wave impulses and spiral waves is studied and the results of their competition are related to the exciting period. From the results, it is known that the formation and development of spiral waves in cardiac tissue depend on the period by which the travelling wave impulses are excited. A method is proposed to eliminate spiral waves, which is easily operated.     

磁逆多光子非线性Compton散射的谱功率

相对论电子在强磁场中的磁逆Compton散射是一种重要的γ射线辐射机制。虽然对该问题的研究已有二十多年的历史，但对磁逆多光子非线性Compton散射谱功率的研究尚未见报道。本文采用电子与光子非弹性碰撞模型，首次给出了磁逆多光子非线性Compton散射的谱功率。     

Coulomb-Volkov近似下电子在激光场中对核的相对论散射

本文在Coulomb-Volkov近似下,研究了激光场中电子对核的相对论散射.电子出射与入射态分别用Volkov波函数和Coulomb-Volkov波函数来描述.数值计算给出了辐射场修正的散射截面及其对激光强度和频率的依赖关系,并与相应的Born近似结果进行了比较.
