非强制混合向量变分不等式解的存在性研究

本文利用例外簇方法研究非强制混合向量变分不等式的弱有效解的存在性:首先证明若混合向量变分不等式问题不存在例外簇,则混合向量变分不等式问题的弱有效解集为非空集合:利用向量值映射的渐近映射给出自反Banach空间中非强制混合向量变分不等式的弱有效解集不存在例外簇的充分条件,从而得到混合向量变分不等式问题的弱有效解的存在性结果;我们研究了当算子为余正仿射算子时,给出混合仿射向量变分不等式不存在例外簇的充分条件,得到混合仿射向量变分不等式弱有效解的存在性,给出了混合仿射向量变分不等式的弱有效解集为非空紧致集的充分条件.将Iusem等人(2019)在有限维空间中标量混合变分不等式解的存在性结果推广到自反Banach空间中混合向量变分不等式.     

超额控制权与企业现金持有——基于家族创始人控制的调节效应

本文基于代理成本理论、动态权衡理论,选取2007年~2017年中国沪、深A 股家族上市公司数据,实证检验了家族企业超额控制权对现金持有水平的内在影响。研究结论显示:(1)家族超额控制权与现金持有水平显著正相关;(2)而家族创始人控制能够有效的抑制家族超额控制权对现金持有水平的影响。在控制了超额控制权的影响之后,进一步研究发现:(3)与非创始控制家族相比,创始家族的现金持有水平显著低于非创始家族。本文的研究结论不仅在微观治理层面,进一步证实了家族超额控制的“寻租观”,与此同时也揭示出,创始人在家族企业公司治理中所扮演的积极角色。

Duality of Implicit Complementarity Problems by Using Inversions and Scalar Derivatives

The notion of infinitesimal exceptional family of elements for an ordered pair of mappings is introduced. By using a special inversion mapping, a duality between the exceptional family of elements for an ordered pair of mappings and the infinitesimal exceptional family of elements for an ordered pair of mappings is presented. By using this duality and the notion of scalar derivatives, existence theorems for implicit complementarity problems in Hilbert spaces are presented.Communicated by F. A. Evolution equations for abstract differential operators

We study in this paper the wellposedness and regularity of solutions of evolution equations associated with abstract differential operators on a Banach space. The results can be applied to many partial differential equations on different function spaces.

Covering arrays of higher strength from permutation vectors

A covering array CA(N;t,k,v) is an N × k array such that every N × t sub‐array contains all t‐tuples from v symbols at least once, where t is the strength of the array. Covering arrays are used to generate software test suites to cover all t‐sets of component interactions. We introduce a combinatorial technique for their construction, focussing on covering arrays of strength 3 and 4.
