提出了权重自相似性加权网络社团结构评判函数,并基于该函数提出一种谱分析算法检测社团结构,结果表明算法能将加权网络划分为同一社团内边权值分布均匀,而社团间边权值分布随机的社团结构.通过建立具有社团结构的加权随机网络分析了该算法的准确性,与WEO和WGN算法相比,在评判权重自相似的阈值系数取较小时,该算法具有较高的准确性.对于一个具有n个节点和c个社团的加权网络,社团结构检测的复杂度为O(cn2/2).通过设置评判权重自相似的阈值系数,可检测出能反映节点联系稳定性的层化性社团结构.这与传统意义上只将加权网络划分为社团中边权值较大而社团间边权值较小的标准不同,从另一个角度更好地提取了加权网络的结构信息.  相似文献

This paper presents a heuristic optimality criterion algorithm for shape design of fluid flow. In this algorithm, the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) is utilized to calculate the flow field of a fluid domain which is divided into elemental cells. A heuristic optimality criterion is applied for cells at the solid–fluid interface, i.e. the dynamic pressure for fluid cells and the viscous stress on their neighboring solid cells. An automatic program is processed step by step to exchange the positions of solid and fluid cells identified by the optimality criterion, with the objective of decreasing the flow resistance at the constraint of constant fluid volume. To illustrate the procedure of this algorithm for shape design of fluid flow, two simple examples are presented: one with fluid flowing through a right angle elbow and the other through a converging T-junction. Numerical results show that this algorithm can successfully reduce the total pressure drop of the system, demonstrating its potential applications in engineering optimal design.  相似文献

This article addresses the problem of parametric time-domain identification and dynamic analysis for time-varying (TV) mechanical structures under unobservable random excitation. The methods presented are based on time-dependent autoregressive moving average (TARMA) models, and are classified according to the mathematical structure imposed on the TV parameter evolution as unstructured parameter evolution, stochastic parameter evolution, and deterministic parameter evolution. The features and relative merits of each class are outlined. A representative method from each is then assessed through its application to the identification and dynamic analysis of a laboratory TV structure consisting of a beam with a mass moving on it. The results are mutually compared and contrasted to those obtained through “frozen-configuration” (multiple experiment) baseline identification.  相似文献

为了研究机场进场着陆系统存在的多径效应问题,利用激光波束赋形容易实现的特点,以电磁系统缩比理论为基础,利用可控的激光发射装置发射强方向性并具有特殊要求宽度和范围的激光扫描信号模拟着陆导航系统角度制导天线的功能,对该方法的可行性从波源相似性、反射点坐标相似性、信号到达时间在时间轴上相似性、障碍物模型对激光的散射特性、相位的非精确相似等5个方面进行了深入分析,并进行实验,实验结果表明缩比环境下激光波束可以模拟出实际机场的多径效应现象,为研究进场着陆导航系统的多径效应问题探索了一条新的途径。  相似文献

Summary Clustering molecules based on numeric data such as, gene-expression data, physiochemical properties, or theoretical data is very important in drug discovery and other life sciences. Most approaches use hierarchical clustering algorithms, non-hierarchical algorithms (for examples, K-mean and K-nearest neighbor), and other similar methods (for examples, the Self-Organization Mapping (SOM) and the Support Vector Machine (SVM)). These approaches are non-robust (results are not consistent) and, computationally expensive. This paper will report a new, non-hierarchical algorithm called the V-Cluster (V stands for vector) Algorithm. This algorithm produces rational, robust results while reducing computing complexity. Similarity measurement and data normalization rules are also discussed along with case studies. When molecules are represented in a set of numeric vectors, the V-Cluster Algorithm clusters the molecules in three steps: (1) ranking the vectors based upon their overall intensity levels, (2) computing cluster centers based upon neighboring density, and (3) assigning molecules to their nearest cluster center. The program is written in C/C++ language, and runs on Window95/NT and UNIX platforms. With the V-Cluster program, the user can quickly complete the clustering process and, easily examine the results by use of thumbnail graphs, superimposed intensity curves of vectors, and spreadsheets. Multi-functional query tools have also been implemented.  相似文献

高光谱成像技术不仅可以获得样品的图像信息,每个像素点还包含了光谱信息,因其信息量丰富的特点已在食品安全检测方面得到了应用。该研究应用近红外高光谱成像技术检测面粉中偶氮甲酰胺。分别采集纯偶氮甲酰胺、纯面粉和面粉中10种不同浓度偶氮甲酰胺混合样品的高光谱图像。通过比较纯偶氮甲酰胺和纯面粉的平均漫发射光谱,找到两者区分度较大的4个吸收波段:1 574.38,2 038.55,2 166.88和2 269.91 nm。采用二阶导数对样品图像中的像素点光谱进行预处理,通过光谱角制图、光谱相关角和光谱相关性度量三种光谱相似性分析方法对混合样品中的偶氮甲酰胺像素和面粉像素进行检测。结果表明,预处理后的平均光谱不能有效检测面粉中偶氮甲酰胺;单像素点光谱结合光谱相似性分析实现了混合样品中偶氮甲酰胺像素和面粉像素的分类;分类结果的验证显示了偶氮甲酰胺像素和面粉像素的正确分类。研究结果为利用高光谱技术检测面粉中添加剂提供了方法支持,为食品中掺杂物的检测提供参考。  相似文献

The quantification of the quantumness of a quantum ensemble has theoretical and practical significance in quantum information theory. We propose herein a class of measures of the quantumness of quantum ensembles using the unitary similarity invariant norms of the commutators of the constituent density operators of an ensemble. Rigorous proof shows that they share desirable properties for a measure of quantumness, such as positivity, unitary invariance, concavity under probabilistic union, convexity under state decomposition, decreasing under coarse graining, and increasing under fine graining. Several specific examples illustrate the applications of these measures of quantumness in studying quantum information.  相似文献

基于现场实测爆破振动数据,采用小波分析技术对爆破振动信号的能量特征进行分析,得到了信号不同频带上的能量分布,根据受控结构体对爆破振动动态响应特征,探索建立了能考虑爆破振动的强度、频率和持续时间以及受控建(构)筑物本身的动态响应特性(固有频率和阻尼比)等因素的综合安全判据响应能量判据,并用工程实例验证了该判据的可行性和可靠性。响应能量判据能准确地描述爆破振动对受控建(构)筑物的影响程度,较现行的速度-频率安全判据,更能全面地反映爆破振动对建(构)筑物危害的本质。  相似文献

Dendritic pattern formation at the interface between liquid and solid is a commonly observed phenomenon in crystal growth and solidification process. The theoretical investigation of dendritic growth is one of the most profound and highly challenging subjects in the broad areas of interfacial pattern formation, condensed matter physics and materials science, preoccupying many researchers from various areas. Some longstanding key issues on this subject finally gained a breakthrough in the late of last century, via the `{Interfacial Wave} (IFW) Theory' on the ground of systematical global stability analysis of the basic state of dendritic growth. The original form of the IFW theory mainly focus on the investigation of various axi-symmetric unsteady perturbed modes solutions around the axi-symmetric basic state of system of dendritic growth. In reality, the system may allow various non-axi-symmetric, unsteady perturbed states. Whether or not the system of dendritic growth allows some growing non-axi-symmetric modes? Will the stationary dendritic pattern be destroyed by some of such non-axi-symmetric modes? Or, in one word, what is the stability property of the system, once the non-axi-symmetric modes can be evoked? The answers for these questions are important for the solid foundation of IFW theory. The present work attempts to settle down these issues and develop a three-dimensional (3D) interfacial wave theory of dendritic growth. Our investigations verify that dendritic growth indeed allows a discrete set of non-axi-symmetric unstable global wave modes, which gives rise to a set of multiple arms spiral waves propagating along the Ivantsov's paraboloid.  相似文献
