Preparation, structure and properties of novel 1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene derivatives containing bis(ethynylpyridine) units

1,3-Dithiol-2-ylidene derivatives containing bis(ethynylpyridine) units were synthesized using a Pd-catalyzed reaction of the corresponding dibromide. X-Ray crystal analysis revealed unique crystal structures depending on the aromatic groups. The absorption spectra and redox properties indicated intramolecular charge-transfer interactions between the 1,3-dithiole unit and the pyridyl parts.     

一类NLS-mKdV方程族的扩展可积系统

利用代数变换，构造了与文献［５］中的loop代数₂的子代数等价的loop代数1的一个子 代数₁.再将₁扩展为一个高维的loop代数.利用设计了一个等谱问题 ，结合子代数间的直 和运算和同构关系，得到了NLS_mKdV方程族的一类扩展可积系统.作为约化情形，求得了著 名的Schrdinger方程与mKdV方程的可积耦合系统. 关键词： loop代数 可积系统 等谱问题     

Hypernormal form theory: foundations and algorithms

Hypernormal forms (unique normal forms, simplest normal forms) are investigated both from the standpoint of foundational theory and algorithms suitable for use with computer algebra. The Baider theory of the Campbell-Hausdorff group is refined, by a study of its subgroups, to determine the smallest substages into which the hypernormalization process can be divided. This leads to a linear algebra algorithm to compute the generators needed for each substage with the least amount of work. A concrete interpretation of Jan Sanders’ spectral sequence for hypernormal forms is presented. Examples are given, and a proof is given for a little-known theorem of Belitskii expressing the hypernormal form space (in the inner product style) as the kernel of a higher-order differential operator.     

与HBV X蛋白相互作用的细胞蛋白的筛选及其鉴定

参考GenBank核苷酸序列库中的HBV的核苷酸序列设计合成了一对对应于HBx基因的引物，从原发性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma，HCC)患者的血清中提取HBV基因组DNA作为模板，扩增HBx编码区并测定了核苷酸序列．将该编码区克隆到酵母双杂交系统的诱饵蛋白表达载体pGBKT7中，转入酵母细胞AH109，进行表型鉴定．然后通过Mating实验从已制备好用于酵母双杂交系统的肝cDNA表达文库中筛选与HBx相互作用的细胞蛋白，并用体外免疫共沉淀实验进一步验证．研究表明，分离得到的与HBx基因编码的蛋白相互作用的4种新的细胞蛋白，分别是醛缩酶B、C8α亚基、一种丝氨酸蛋白酶Hepsin和一种未知蛋白．     

Regularization of Discrete Ill-Posed Problems

The paper concerns conditioning aspects of finite-dimensional problems arising when the Tikhonov regularization is applied to discrete ill-posed problems. A relation between the regularization parameter and the sensitivity of the regularized solution is investigated. The main conclusion is that the condition number can be decreased only to the square root of that for the nonregularized problem. The convergence of solutions of regularized discrete problems to the exact generalized solution is analyzed just in the case when the regularization corresponds to the minimal condition number. The convergence theorem is proved under the assumption of the suitable relation between the discretization level and the data error. As an example the method of truncated singular value decomposition with regularization is considered. This revised version was published online in July 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

具有开发的非自治单种群生态系统研究

研究了具有开发的单种群非自治周期系统．利用非自治微分方程理论．以及变分法理论和泛函极值的Euler方程方法,得到了该开发系统的持续生存性．周期解存在性，全局渐近稳定性．研究了在开发情况下的最大收获量问题，以及取得最大经济效益下的收获问题等．     

Development of Vacuum Monitoring System in the HL-2A tokamak

HL-2A is the first divertor tokamak in China. The vacuum system is one of the important parts of the HL-2A tokamak, which has to be work well during the physics campaign in 2004. As the tokamak machine is separated from the operation staff during discharges, to guarantee the safe and reliable operation of the vacuum system, it is necessary to watch the vacuum system outside the machine hall with an automatic monitoring system. The paper describes the design and manufacture of the monitoring system.     

The Design for Automation of Pellet-Forming Process in HL-2A Pellet Fueling System

In the ever fusion experiments in SWIP, pellet forming process was carried out through adjusting relative devices by staff member in site, which will make every pellet-forming process slight distinction and will result in pellet difference in shape, size and intensity. In the intervals of HL-2A discharges, staff member have to go site to accomplish the pellet-forming process, this wastes human power and increase the potential danger. So it is necessary to develop a remote control system to perform the pellet-forming process. The control system needs have the features of real-time, reliability and be easy to operate and maintain.     

Vacuum System for HL-2A Tokamak

The vacuum system of today＇s tokamak devices is designed to meet the operational requirements of the experiments. The operation can be divided into five modes, （1） pumping down and leak detecting of the vacuum vessel, （2） baking, （3） plasma-facing component （PFC） conditioning, （4）evacuating and controlling of the particles at plasma edge, （5） plasma discharge experiments.
