用新型氢化物发生喇叭口Ⅱ型同心雾化器替代Meinhard同心雾化器,溶液雾化为气溶胶和氢化物发生反应生成氢化物气体就可以在雾化系统中同时进行,选用L-巯基丙氨酸(L-cysteine)和硫脲(thiourea)作为基体铜的掩蔽剂,无需分离基体铜,实现了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)同时测定纯铜样品中氢化物和非氢化物形成元素的目的。研究了酸度、NaBH4的浓度、载气流速及清洗时间对氢化物形成元素的影响,考察了铜基体对氢化物形成元素的化学干扰情况。用本方法测定了纯铜标准样品(NIST SRM400),结果令人满意。在1000mg/L纯铜样品溶液中,其氢化物形成元素As、Bi、Sb、Sn、Se和Te的检出限分别为0.08、0.15、0.10、0.17、0.21和0.23μg/L。  相似文献

建立了测定雪中微量铅的流动注射-氢化物发生-原子吸收光谱法。在优化条件下。测定铅的线性范围为0~52.0ng/mL,线性回归方程为A=0.018c 0.016,相关系数r=0.9995,检出限为0.2ng/mL。用于雪中微量铅的测定,加标回收率为94.2%~107.3%,相对标准偏差为1.47%~3.22%。该方法的测定结果与标准加入法基本一致。  相似文献

The thermodynamic model of inorganic arsenic was validated by comparing the predicted As(III) concentration with the experimentally determined one in several river waters samples of the Basque Country (Spain) collected in two sampling campaigns: spring and autumn 2000. This model takes into account the acid-base equilibria of As(III) and As(V) together with the redox equilibria between the H3AsO3 and H3AsO4 species. A correct prediction of As(III) concentration requires the knowledge of the total concentration of arsenic, pH, redox potential (referred to hydrogen electrode), and ionic strength values of the solution. The estimation of the activity coefficients of the arsenic species was performed by means of the Modified Bromley’s Methodology (MBM).In order to perform the experimental As(III) determination, an analytical method was implemented by using an ion exchange separation of As(III)/As(V) on a continuous FIA-IE-HG-AAS system. The total arsenic concentration was determined together with total concentration of the main alkaline or alkaline-earth metals and anions in the natural waters. Temperature compensated measurements of the pH and redox potentials were made in-situ at the sampling sites.For both seasonal campaigns, the agreement between predicted and experimental As(III) is really high for those samples belonging to non polluted river waters.  相似文献

A sensitive procedure has been developed for selenium and tellurium determination in milk by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) after microwave-assisted sample digestion. The method provides sensitivity values of 1591 and 997 fluorescence units ng−1 ml−1 with detection limits of 0.005 and 0.015 ng ml−1 for Se and Te, respectively. The application of the developed methodology to the analysis of cow milk samples of the Spanish market evidenced the presence of concentration ranges from 11.1 to 26.0 ng ml−1 for Se, and from 1.04 to 9.7 ng ml−1 for Te having found a good comparability with data obtained after dry-ashing of samples.  相似文献

A kind of azo-containing resin (Azo-R) was synthesized by a simple way through the coupling reaction of 2-nitro-N-methyldiphenylamine-4-diazoresin (NDR) with phenol, and a new covalentely attached multilayer film from Azo-R as H-donor and photosensitive diazoresin, diphenylamine-4-diazoresin (DR) as H-acceptor via H-bonding attraction by selfassembly technique has been fabricated. Following the decomposition of diazonium group of DR under exposure to UV light, the H-bonds between the layers of the film convert to covalent bonds and the film becomes very stable toward polar solvents or electrolyte aqueous solutions. Thus the UV-irradiated azo-containing films can be used to measure photocurrent in a conventional three-electrode photoelectrochemical cell using KCl as supporting electrolyte. It was confirmed that the azo-containing multilayer film is responsible for the photocurrent generation.  相似文献

Crystallization of glasses with compositions (1−x)(0.95 NaPO3+0.05 Na2B4O7)+xNb2O5, x=0.4, 0.43, 0.45, 0.48 was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray powder diffraction. Crystallization of two phases was observed in the glasses with x=0.43-0.48. First phase is a sodium niobate with the structure of tetragonal tungsten bronze () and second phase is Na4Nb8P4O32 (). The crystallization of sodium niobate is correlated with increasing of nonlinear optical efficiency reported for thermally poled glasses with x>0.4. The results of Raman spectroscopy show the formation of three-dimensional (3D) niobium oxide framework in the glasses with increase of niobium concentration. This framework is supposed to have tetragonal tungsten bronze structure and to be responsible for nonlinear optical properties of the glass. Second harmonic generation signals of as prepared and crystallized glass after thermal poling are compared. The nucleation and crystallization do not improve the NLO properties of the glasses under study.  相似文献

A systematic study of antimony reduction prior to its determination by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was carried out. The efficiency of l-cysteine, potassium iodide and potassium iodide/ascorbic acid was studied for this purpose. The hydride generation step was optimised in the presence of those pre-reductors. From the results, l-cysteine was found to be the most suitable pre-reducing agent. Methodology was validated, obtaining detection limits lower than 90 ng l−1 and repeatability and reproducibility better than 3% R.S.D. and 5% R.S.D., respectively, in all cases. In order to evaluate the methodology developed and the influence of the matrix, recovery from waters from different sources was tested by HG-AFS and also by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Accuracy was assessed by analysing three water reference materials at different antimony concentration levels. The high sensitivity of the developed methodology enables it to be applied for monitoring drinking waters according to the maximum admissible concentration of antimony established by the EU Directives.  相似文献

The ratio between the numbers of structural formulas of C,H,N,O-containing energetic compounds belonging to the classes of fuels (low values of the oxygen coefficientA), explosives (mediumA), and oxidants (highA values) was studied by a computer generation procedure. The number of the theoretically possible structural formulas was found to decrease rapidly on going from fuels to explosives and then to oxidants; this observation agrees with the data on the numbers of various energetic compounds currently used and proposed. The strategy of the search for new compounds with the specified properties is described in brief, and its applicability to the search for explosives and oxidants with a small (up to 12) number of atoms in a molecule is evaluated. The method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was optimised for determination of selenium in food supplements. Due to the high and varied content of Cu, Mg and Zn in the samples, the standard addition method was found to be the most appropriate. The reliability of the method was checked by the independent method of radiochemical neutron activation analysis, and good agreement was found between the two methods. HG-AFS is simple and rapid for Se determination in food supplements based on minerals. Agreement between the selenium values found and declared was worse than 10% in 9 out of 13 supplements. Furthermore, 2 of the 14 supplements did not comply with the recommendations stated in the 27th edition of the U.S. Pharmacopoeia, which states that minerals and vitamins in food supplements should be in the range of 90 and 200% of the declared value.  相似文献
