Debt–equity swap with finite time horizon—variational inequality approach

This paper concerns the finite-horizon optimal reorganization problem under debt–equity swap. The model of equity is formulated as a parabolic variational inequality, or equivalently, a free boundary problem, where the free boundary corresponds to the optimal reorganization boundary. The existence and uniqueness of the solution are proven and the behavior of the free boundary, such as smoothness, monotonicity and boundedness, is studied. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first complete set of results on debt–equity swap for finite maturity obtained using PDE techniques.     

基于顾客资产驱动因素与同辈影响的青少年购买行为研究

研究的主要内容围绕着顾客资产驱动因素及同辈影响对青少年消费者购买意向和实际购买行为的影响展开.在文献综述的基础上,以运动品牌为例,分析价值资产、品牌资产、关系资产以及同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向的影响.实证研究表明,同辈影响对于青少年消费者购买意向有着非常显著的影响,同辈群体的炫耀、谈论与推荐行为越多,则青少年消费者的购买意向越强烈.与此同时,购买意向对于实际购买行为的影响虽是正向且显著地,但受到购买惯性的影响而减弱.结论一定程度上从统计上论证了青少年消费者的购买特点,同时也为运动品牌的青少年产品营销活动提供了参考依据.     

考虑不同融资金额需求的授权再制造融资策略研究

考虑授权再制造企业融资金额无法满足资金短缺需求的情况,构建资金约束下再制造企业的决策模型,研究初始资金及融资策略对再制造企业生产决策的影响。研究表明:资金约束下初始资金成为影响再制造企业生产决策的关键,同时授权费的增加会增大资金压力,限制其利润的增长;不论融资金额是否能满足资金短缺需求,再制造企业融资策略的选择都受初始资金限制,当其融资偏好为风险厌恶型时,可选择混合融资策略;在一定条件下再制造企业选择股权融资可提升再制造产品的社会效益。     

Mutual Diffusion Driven NMR: a new approach for the analysis of mixtures by spatially resolved NMR spectroscopy

We introduce a new approach for resolving the NMR spectra of mixtures that relies on the mutual diffusion of dissolved species when a concentration gradient is established within the NMR tube. This is achieved by cooling down a biphasic mixture of triethylamine and deuterated water below its mixing temperature, where a single phase is expected. Until equilibrium is reached, a gradient of concentration, from ‘pure’ triethylamine to ‘pure’ water, establishes within the tube. The amount of time required to reach this equilibrium is controlled by the mutual diffusion coefficient of both species. Moreover, a gradient of concentration exists for each additional compound dissolved in this system, related to the partition coefficient for that compound in the original biphasic state. Using slice selective experiments, it was possible to measure these concentration gradients and use them to separate signals from all the present species. We show the results acquired for a mixture composed of n‐octanol, methanol, acetonitrile and benzene and compare them with those obtained by pulse field gradient NMR. 信贷风险决策问题的一种相互逼近算法

基于最速下降法的基本思想 ,提出了相互逼近算法 ,用以解决信贷风险决策过程中 ,利润曲线和风险曲线寻求公共最优近似解的问题 .该算法表明 ,当利润曲线和风险曲线不存在公共最优近似解时 ,银行追求利润最大化的结果将导致风险上升 ,无法在可接受的风险指数范围内实现其既定的盈利目标 .但当利润曲线和风险曲线存在公共最优近似解时 ,银行根据其所掌握的私有信息以及所观测到企业理性的反应 ,作出相应的决策 .公共最优近似解的存在 ,说明了银行是在风险可接受的前提下按最优性原则给企业发放贷款 .

提出一种估计法拉弟族光线性双折射误差的近似公式，它可对双折射误差进行数值补偿，从而使测量精度得以提高．     

互注入垂直腔表面发射激光器的多次偏振转换特性研究

基于垂直腔表面发射激光器(VCSELs)的自旋反转模型, 研究了互注入VCSELs系统中参数连续变化所引起的多次偏振转换(PS)特性. 研究结果表明: 连续改变互注入强度ξ、两个互注入VCSELs中一个激光器的激射频率以及同时连续改变两个激光器的激射频率, 均可产生多次的PS. 详细分析了上述三种参数连续变化所引起的多次PS的特性, 并讨论了耦合延时时间对多次PS特性的影响.     

The decision to raise firm value through a sports-business exchange: How much are Real Madrid’s goals worth to its president’s company’s goals?

Global brands emerging from the world of sports are becoming commonplace, and firms invest in the realm of sports, usually through sponsorship initiatives, to get a link with these global brands. Over and above just a mere business link, what if a company makes a personal commitment to get into the core of a renowned, celebrated sports team? This article provides managers with a procedure to analyze, in a weekly basis, how valuable this type of decision is. A conceptual model shows that the personal involvement of a firm’s figurehead in a first-class sports club can impact positively on firm value if the person is doing well in the task s/he is entrusted with by the club. The empirical application to the soccer club Real Madrid, over 1,409 days and 215 matches, finds that the club’s performance on the field has a significant impact on the economic returns of its president’s company, with asymmetrical effects on firm value in a “loss aversion” pattern, that is, lost matches have a greater effect on firm value than games won.
