 在冲击压缩下,理想接触的金属/窗口界面温度历史是时间无关的,因而一般认为界面的表观光谱辐亮度也是时间无关的。研究表明:(1)在冲击压缩下,将伴随金属对光的吸收系数减小和光学厚度增大。因此,在考虑辐射输运效应后,理想接触的金属/窗口界面处的表现光谱辐亮度是时间相关的。非常明显的时间相关过程自冲击波到达界面后持续约10 ns。(2)若把存在空间温度梯度的金属界面辐射看作是透光厚度内平均温度的等效辐射效应,其结果与辐射输运效应的计算结果是很相近的。  相似文献

本文采用耦合波方法计算了对称面形光栅的衍射效率,分析了光栅截面面形为正弦、三角形、矩形、梯形光栅衍射效率与光栅周期、沟槽深度的关系,计算了光栅的峰值衍射效率。理论计算表明:合理地选择光栅周期、沟槽深度,对称面形光栅都可以达到很高衍射效率,接近100%;光栅的峰值衍射效率基本出现在Bragg衍射且光栅的周期等于衍射波长时。  相似文献

Na+-sensitive microdevices are of increasing interest for integration in microanalytical systems e.g. for biomedical applications or for industrial process control. In order to produce ultra thin Na+-sensitive layers with fixed and reproducible composition and, in particular, defined Na concentration by means of RF sputtering, an off-axis geometry of a magnetron with cylindrical target was chosen for minimizing back-sputtering effects from the already deposited material. With this inverted cylindrical magnetron (ICM) it was possible to obtain reproducible and controllable sodium aluminosilicate glass layers on semiconductor substrates. Several surface and thin layer analytical techniques were applied for characterization of the membranes and for stoichiometry control. Especially by the non-destructive nuclear reaction analysis method a constant Na profile throughout the glass layer and — together with AES depth profiles — the diffusion barrier effect of an Si3N4 interface layer could be verified. Electrochemical measurements proved Nernstian sensitivity down to 10–4 M Na+ in solutions of pH 7, supporting sufficient stability and reproducibility of the sputtered Na+-sensitive layers.  相似文献

Derivation of two point spread functions PSFs suitable for infrared thermograms analysis is illustrated, based on two unique approaches, one based on depth decaying limit and one on diffusion limit. Experimental work using PMMA sample with back drilled holes and pulsed thermographic routine is utilized to show the effectiveness of deconvoluting pixel temperature transient history with suggested PSF’s. Synthetic second time derivative thermograms are utilized for comparison and the signal to noise ratio is used as a figure of merit for quantification.  相似文献

For a standard Artinian k-algebra A=R/I, we give equivalent conditions for A to have the weak (or strong) Lefschetz property or the strong Stanley property in terms of the minimal system of generators of gin(I). Using the equivalent condition for the weak Lefschetz property, we show that some graded Betti numbers of gin(I) are determined just by the Hilbert function of I if A has the weak Lefschetz property. Furthermore, for the case that A is a standard Artinian k-algebra of codimension 3, we show that every graded Betti number of gin(I) is determined by the graded Betti numbers of I if A has the weak Lefschetz property. 对激光二极管泵浦单频连续运行的Nd:YVO4腔内倍频激光器进行了理论和实验研究,通过精密调控Nd:YVO4,KTP及泵浦泵温度以达到有关参数的最佳匹配,从而获得了较稳定的单横模,单纵模,单偏振的绿光输出,实测最大单频录光功率为7.5mW,此时会聚磁浦光功率约为430mW,已超过阈值泵浦功率13倍以上。  相似文献

The magnetic field dependence of the in-plane penetration depth λ|(H) for single crystal κ-(ET)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br has been measured at 3, 9.6, and 36 MHz. Over a limited range, λ| scales with a characteristic field H*(T) that coincides with a shoulder in the λ| vs. H curves. Above that field, λ| increases sharply toward a second inflection point at H**(T) that coincides with is close to the irreversibility line measured by magnetization. For fields larger than H** the penetration depth diverges, suggesting that the vortex lattice has melted. The field dependence at one frequency agrees qualitatively with a model of pinned vortices at low fields giving way to flux flow at higher fields. However, the observed frequency dependence deviates significantly from the predictions of this model, suggesting that collective effects play a major role. Our technique also yields a new measurement for the interplane penetration depth λ 300 μm, implying an anisotropy λ| > 200.  相似文献

The main goal of the present paper is to sharpen some results about the error made when the Wild sums, used to represent the solution of the Kac analog of Boltzmann’s equation, are truncated at the n-th stage. More precisely, in Carlen, Carvalho and Gabetta (J. Funct. Anal. 220: 362–387 (2005)), one finds a bound for the above-mentioned error which depends on (an Λ+ε). On the one hand, it is shown that Λ, the least negative eigenvalue of the linearized collision operator, is the best possible exponent. On the other hand, ε is an extra strictly positive number and a a positive coefficient which depends on ε too. Thus, it is interesting to check whether ε can be removed from the above bound. According to the aforesaid reference, this problem is studied here by means of the probability distribution of the depth of a leaf in a McKean random tree. In fact, an accurate study of the probability generating function of such a depth leads to conclude that the above bound can be replaced with (an Λ).  相似文献
