200MW非再热双抽供热机组变工况计算及工况图的绘制

工况图在热电厂的设计和运行中具有广泛的用途。本文根据引进型双抽非再热200MW供热机组的技术特点，通过编程在纯凝汽工况、单抽工业抽汽工况、单抽采暖抽汽工况和双抽供热等典型变工况计算的基础上，完成了当新蒸汽负荷、工业抽汽负荷和采暖抽汽负荷发生改变时的变工况计算，并绘制了该机组的运行工况图．     

周期性分层介质高反射区范围的分析与估计

对于具有周期单元的分层介质材料高反射区的波长范围，提供一种简明的估计分析方法.基于Floquet定理，分析了有限周期单元分层介质的光子带隙特性，给出分层介质的高反射区波长范围.讨论了分层介质高反射区和周期单元禁带之间的关系.计算表明，高反射区和周期单元禁带的中心波长彼此一致.并且，随着分层介质周期单元数的增多，高反射区的深度和带宽就越接近于周期单元禁带的深度和宽度.最后，讨论周期分层介质的光子带隙特性与入射角及其与极化的变化关系. 关键词： 分层介质 带隙特性 周期单元 高反射区     

Decay Rates in Probability Metrics Towards Homogeneous Cooling States for the Inelastic Maxwell Model

We quantify the long-time behavior of solutions to the nonlinear Boltzmann equation for spatially uniform freely cooling inelastic Maxwell molecules by means of the contraction property of a suitable metric in the set of probability measures. Existence, uniqueness, and precise estimates of overpopulated high energy tails of the self-similar profile proved in ref. 9 are revisited and derived from this new Liapunov functional. For general initial conditions the solutions of the Boltzmann equation are then proved to converge with computable rate as t → ∞ to the self-similar solution in this distance, which metrizes the weak convergence of measures. Moreover, we can relate this Fourier distance to the Euclidean Wasserstein distance or Tanaka functional proving also its exponential convergence towards the homogeneous cooling states. The findings are relevant in the understanding of the conjecture formulated by Ernst and Brito in refs. 15, 16, and complement and improve recent studies on the same problem of Bobylev and Cercignani⁽⁹⁾ and Bobylev, Cercignani and one of the authors.⁽¹¹⁾     

C波段平面异向介质设计及其后向波特性验证

提出了一种工作在C波段的新型平面结构异向介质，它除了带宽宽和损耗小外，还具有体积小、结构简单的优点，而且能够实现工作频段的平移，频率平移范围为4—20 GHz.基于电磁波由自由空间入射半无限大异向介质平板的传输和反射数据，计算出了电波在其中传播时的相速随频率的变化曲线，结果表明所讨论的异向介质确实在预想的频段上表现出后向波特性；同时利用相位观察法进一步验证了上述的后向波特性，从而肯定了异向介质的存在. 关键词： 异向介质 宽频带 小单元 后向波特性     

On the univalence of derivatives of functions which are univalent in angular domains

We consider functions f that are univalent in a plane angular domain of angle απ, 0 < α ≤ 2. It is proved that there exists a natural number k depending only on α such that the kth derivatives f ^(k) of these functions cannot be univalent in this angle. We find the least of the possible values of for k. As a consequence, we obtain an answer to the question posed by Kir’yatskii: if f is univalent in the half-plane, then its fourth derivative cannot be univalent in this half-plane.     

Sums of Two Exact Powers

An asymptotic formula is obtained for the number of representations of an element of a finite field as a weighted sum of two prescribed powers of primitive elements. This generalises previous work on sums of primitive elements, including that relating to some conjectures of Golomb.     

高阶微商系统Dirac猜想的一个反例

由扩展正则作用量导出了高阶微商奇异Lagrange量系统的扩展正则Noether恒等式.从广义约束Hamilton系统相空间中对称性分析，给出高阶微商系统Dirac猜想的一个反例. 用正则Noether定理、 正则Noether恒等式和扩展正则Noether恒等式说明在此反例中Dirac猜想失效, 讨论中没有将约束线性化. 关键词： 高阶微商系统 约束Hamilton系统 正则对称性 Dirac猜想     

Frames and the Feichtinger conjecture

We show that the conjectured generalization of the Bourgain-Tzafriri restricted-invertibility theorem is equivalent to the conjecture of Feichtinger, stating that every bounded frame can be written as a finite union of Riesz basic sequences. We prove that any bounded frame can at least be written as a finite union of linearly independent sequences. We further show that the two conjectures are implied by the paving conjecture. Finally, we show that Weyl-Heisenberg frames over rational lattices are finite unions of Riesz basic sequences.

     

Time-Reversed Dynamical Entropy and Irreversibility in Markovian Random Processes

A concept of time-reversed entropy per unit time is introduced in analogy with the entropy per unit time by Shannon, Kolmogorov, and Sinai. This time-reversed entropy per unit time characterizes the dynamical randomness of a stochastic process backward in time, while the standard entropy per unit time characterizes the dynamical randomness forward in time. The difference between the time-reversed and standard entropies per unit time is shown to give the entropy production of Markovian processes in nonequilibrium steady states.
