本文对一类相关于非卷积型算子的多线性算子,证明了其在端点情形上的有界性,该算子包括Littlewood-Paley算子和Marcinkiewicz算子．     

关于仿紧空间的原象

本文利用ασ仿紧子集的概念,给出了在正则空间条件下,仿紧空间在连续闭映射下的原象是仿紧空间的一个充分条件．这一结果,统一推广了高国士教授与陈必胜教授在两篇论文中的结果．     

Banach空间二阶非线性脉冲微分-积分方程的极值解

通过建立一个新的比较定理研究了B anach空间二阶非线性混合型脉冲微分-积分方程初值问题的极值解,所得结果推广和改进了现有文献的主要结果.     

关于Z-空间的对偶空间的讨论

本文以自然的方式定义了从Z-空间X到Z-空间Y的有界线性算子的和以及它们的数乘.从而得到了与赋范空间的对偶空间理论类似的一系列结论.     

近严格凸与最佳逼近

本文研究近严格凸与最佳逼近的关系．证明了Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间Ｘ是近严格凸的当且仅当Ｘ的每个子空间是紧－半－切比晓夫空间．     

Hyperbolic spaces are of strictly negative type

We study finite metric spaces with elements picked from, and distances consistent with, ambient Riemannian manifolds. The concepts of negative type and strictly negative type are reviewed, and the conjecture that hyperbolic spaces are of strictly negative type is settled, in the affirmative. The technique of the proof is subsequently applied to show that every compact manifold of negative type must have trivial fundamental group, and to obtain a necessary criterion for product manifolds to be of negative type.

     

Some Oscillatory Singular Integrals on Herz-type Spaces (Ⅱ)

In this paper, the authors prove that some oscillatory singular integral operators of non-convolution type with non-polynomial phases are bounded from the Herz-type Hardy spaces to the Herz spaces and from the Hardy spaces associated with the Beurling algebras to the Beurling algebras in higher dimensions, even though it is well-known that these operators are not bounded from the Hardy space H1(Rn) into the Lebesgue spaceL1(Rn).     

On the Log-Laplace Equation for Nonlocal Operators Generating Sub-Markovian Semigroups

We consider the semilinear Cauchy problem for a class of pseudo-differential operators generating sub-Markovian semigroups. Solutions of such problems with negative definite nonlinearity play an important role in constructing branching measure-valued processes. We establish local existence and uniqueness of solutions in the context of the Dirichlet space associated to the problem. Comparison and global properties of solutions are also studied. A note on the complexity and tractability of the heat equation

We wish to solve the heat equation u_t=Δu-qu in I^d×(0,T), where I is the unit interval and T is a maximum time value, subject to homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions and to initial conditions u(·,0)=f over I^d. We show that this problem is intractable if f belongs to standard Sobolev spaces, even if we have complete information about q. However, if f and q belong to a reproducing kernel Hilbert space with finite-order weights, we can show that the problem is tractable, and can actually be strongly tractable.
