设计并搭建了一套高精度的磁场测量和补偿系统,并结合中国科学院高能物理研究所(IHEP)的2K超导腔垂直测试平台对1.3 GHz单加速间隙超导腔的磁通排出效应开展了实验研究:利用研制的磁场测量和补偿系统能够精密地测量超导腔赤道位置磁场,并能够将磁场补偿至小于5.0×10-8 T;并对超导腔不同表面温度梯度下的磁通排出效应进行了测量分析;对钉扎了磁场的超导腔进行了射频性能测试,研究了超导腔电阻对磁通钉扎的敏感度,以及在不同电场梯度下超导腔的表面电阻变化情况。结果表明,研制的高精度磁场测量和补偿系统能够满足超导腔磁通排出研究的需求;高的超导腔表面温度梯度有利于磁通的排出;磁通钉扎电阻的敏感度随着加速电场梯度的增加而增大,导致超导腔的性能下降。此实验研究也为后续超导腔的研制奠定了一定基础。  相似文献

A three‐dimensional Cartesion cut cell method is presented for the simulations of incompressible viscous flows with irregular domains. A new model (referred to as ‘6+N’ model) is proposed to describe arbitrarily shaped cut cells and treat all the cells as polyhedrons with 6+N faces. The finite volume discretization of the Navier–Stokes equation is then implemented by using the ‘6+N’ model to separate the surface flux integrals into two parts, that is, the fluxes through the basic face of the hexahedron and those through the cutting surfaces. The previously proposed Kitta Cube algorithm and volume computer‐aided design platform (J. Comput. Aided. Des. 2005; 37(4): 1509–1520. Doi:10.1016/j.cad.2005.03.006) are adopted to generate cut cells and provide shape data and physical attributes for the numerical analysis. A modified SIMPLE‐based smoothing pressure correction scheme is applied to suppress checkerboard pressure oscillations caused by the collocated arrangement of velocities and pressure. The calculation accuracy of the numerical method expressed by L1 and L norm errors is first demonstrated by the simulation of a pipe flow. Then its feasibility, efficiency, and potential in engineering applications are verified by applying it to solve natural convections between concentric spheres and between eccentric spheres. Several methods have been proposed for motion correction of high angular resolution diffusion imaging (HARDI) data. There have been few comparisons of these methods, partly due to a lack of quantitative metrics of performance. We compare two motion correction strategies using two figures of merit: displacement introduced by the motion correction and the 95% confidence interval of the cone of uncertainty of voxels with prolate tensors. What follows is a general approach for assessing motion correction of HARDI data that may have broad application for quality assurance and optimization of postprocessing protocols. Our analysis demonstrates two important issues related to motion correction of HARDI data: (1) although neither method we tested was dramatically superior in performance, both were dramatically better than performing no motion correction, and (2) iteration of motion correction can improve the final results. Based on the results demonstrated here, iterative motion correction is strongly recommended for HARDI acquisitions.  相似文献

In this paper, we propose a compensated pixelwise calibration that integrates the effects of the camera housing temperature. The results of this calibration are compared on black body images to classic two points Non Uniformity Correction based calibrations, compensated or not. It is shown that the proposed approach leads to a significant improvement in the thermal resolution with a reduction in the mean error as well as the standard deviation. The approach is finally challenged on a real case measurement focusing on thermoelasticity. The gain in terms of accuracy measurement is highlighted by comparing the proposed calibration to classic calibrations and the scope of interest of this new calibration is discussed.  相似文献

为实现高精度中小口径非球面的加工,介绍了一种非球面修抛技术。基于Preston假设,将抛光过程描述成一个线性方程,计算得到材料的去除量与抛光时间、抛光压力和零件转速之间的函数关系。设计了整体修抛法和环带修抛法两种方法,在数控抛光的基础上,对口径为Ф117mm的凹抛物面和口径为Ф17mm凸双曲面进行修抛,修抛后非球面的面形精度PV值为0.184μm,RMS均小于0.032μm,达到了工程化应用要求,实现了中小口径非球面的高精度加工。  相似文献

3.5MgO·0.5MgF2·GeO2∶Mn4+作为优异热稳定性和良好发光性能的红色荧光粉而被市场应用,然而,该粉体中MgF2的作用影响机理尚不明晰,阻碍其性能进一步优化和发展。采用高温固相法制备了系列Mn4+激活的锗酸盐荧光粉,通过对比加入MgF2、H3BO3(助熔剂),研究了该粉体的结构、形貌、发光性能等变化规律,阐明了MgF2的发光影响作用。研究表明,加入MgF2、H3BO3和不加任何助熔剂时的样品,其最佳烧结温度分别为1 150、1 250和1 350 ℃,上述温度下发光强度均为最佳值,其中加入MgF2、H3BO3的样品在最佳温度处生成了纯相。MgF2的添加,一方面同H3BO3一样作为助熔剂对生成纯相、提高样品结晶度起了积极的作用;另一方面,通过研究分析,确认F-离子成功掺杂进入晶格,促使样品生成的晶体结构为Mg14Ge5(O,F)24。加入MgF2、H3BO3在最佳烧结温度的样品的荧光寿命分别为0.93和0.75 ms。  相似文献

以长江三角洲上海地区和海河流域天津地区水网为研究对象,对冬季河网表层水体溶存甲烷(CH4)和氧化亚氮(N2O)浓度、饱和度及水-气界面排放通量进行了研究.结果表明,冬季我国平原河网水体溶存CH4和N2O的浓度值都很高,呈高度过饱和状态:CH4浓度均值为0.86mol/L(饱和度:758%),范围在(0.043±0.001)~(25.3±9.32)μmol/L之间;N2O浓度均值为86.8nmol/L(饱和度:488%),范围在(9.71±0.41)~(691±35.2)nmol/L之间变化.天津排污河水体CH4和N2O浓度显著高于其他河流(均值分别为38.4mol/L和88.9nmol/L).水体溶存CH4和N2O浓度、饱和度存在很大的地区差异,上海河网的CH4和N2O浓度和饱和度均值高于天津河网.河网水体水-气界面CH4和N2O排放通量变化范围很广,CH4通量在(1.35±0.22)~(665±246)mol/m2h之间,平均值为24.1mol/m2h,N2O通量在(0.19±0.02)~(22.6±5.05)mol/m2h之间,平均值为2.28mol/m2h.相关分析发现,河网水体溶存CH4浓度与DO显著负相关,与NH4+显著正相关;N2O浓度则与NH4+和NO3+NO2显著正相关.河网水-气界面CH4和N2O排放通量均呈现出市区高郊区和农村低的空间分布规律,污染严重的河流已显然成为大气CH4和N2O的潜在排放源.  相似文献

利用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)合成三嵌段两亲性聚乳酸共聚物聚乙烯吡咯烷酮-聚乳酸-聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP-b-PLA b-PVP),然后将其与聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)进行其混,制备PVP-b-PLA-b-PVP/PVDF共混膜.结果表明:PVDF膜表面致密,膜断面中指状大孔和海绵状孔同时存在,而共混膜表面多孔,指状大孔贯穿整个断面;与PVDF膜相比,共混膜的孔隙率和孔径增大,水通量提高了158.87%,接触角下降了16.70%,抗污染指标下降了64.7%.  相似文献

Reactive black 5 (RB-5) dye was removed from a water stream using two cationic surfactants, cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) and cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC), via micellar enhanced ultrafiltration. Three membranes with different pore size were used for the determination of rejection coefficient and permeate flux of the solution at 1.5 bar trans-membrane pressure (TMP). The two surfactants (CPC and CTAB) played an almost negligible role in rejection efficiency with 5000 and 10,000 molecular weight cut-off membrane (MWCO), respectively. In this case, high rejection and low permeate flux was the result of a larger molecular size of RB-5 DYE being retained by comparatively smaller sized pores of membrane via ultrafiltration. However, CPC and CTAB surfactants showed 83% and 98% rejection coefficient, respectively, at a concentration greater than their CMC values against 30,000 MWCO. Permeate flux remained low and constant in presence of 5000 and 10,000 MWCO with a small variation against 30,000 MWCO for the two surfactants, thereby no appreciable effect on both surfactant concentrations on concentration polarization was estimated. Thus, RB-5 dye alone was determined to be responsible for membrane plugging or concentration polarization and ultimately for low permeate flux. The effect of trans-membrane pressure was also investigated during this study.  相似文献
