配位聚合物[Co2(C13H10NO2)4(4，4′-bipy)2]n的合成、晶体结构、热稳定性及荧光性质

以N-苯基邻氨基苯甲酸(NPA)、CoSO₄和4,4′-联吡啶为原料,溶液法合成了一个新的配位聚合物[Co₂(C₁₃H₁₀NO₂)₄(4,4′-bipy)₂]_n,并对其进行了红外、元素分析、热重、荧光及X射线衍射等表征与研究。测定结果表明,该配合物晶体属三斜晶系,空间群P1,晶胞参数：a=1.086 99(13) nm,b=1.136 23(13) nm,c=1.414 72(16) nm,α=71.886 0(10)°,β=76.374(2)°,γ=66.177 0(10)°,V=1.507 0(3) nm³,D_c=1.409 g·cm^-3,Z=2,F(000)=662。最终GOF=1.028,最终偏离因子R₁=0.043 7,wR₂=0.079 4。中心Co(Ⅱ)离子分别与2个联吡啶N原子,4个羧基氧原子配位形成六配位的变形八面体结构。其中1个NPA分子的羧基以螯合方式与Co(Ⅱ)金属原子配位,另2个NPA分子的羧基以桥联的方式与相邻的2个Co(Ⅱ)离子配位,形成一个双核Co簇的二级构筑单元。此双核Co簇通过4,4′-联吡啶分子连接起来,最终形成形成一维双链梯状结构。     

铜(Ⅱ)与2-吡啶酸、4,4′-联吡啶配合物的合成、结构和电化学性质(英文)

The complex [Cu(bipy)(pc)(H2O)(ClO4)]·H2O(1)(bipy:4,4'-bipyridine;Hpc:α-pyridine carboxylic acid) has been synthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction method and elemental analysis.It crysrallizes in the Monoclinic space group P21/n.The crystal structure reveals that Cu(Ⅱ) centre adopts a pseudo octahedral geometry.Ligand 4,4'-bipyridine as a bridge coordinates to two different Cu(Ⅱ) center to form a onedimensional zigzag chain.One dimensional chains are linked by C-H…O hydrogen bonding interactions to form two-dimensional layer.Layers are connected by O…H-O hydrogen bond to generate three-dimensional structure.The cyclic voltametric behavior of complex 1 is also investigated.     

BaCe_(0.8-x)Nb_xGd_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(0≤x≤0.45)的制备及性能研究

采用高温固相反应法制备了质子导体BaCe0.8-xNbxGd0.2O3-δ(0≤x≤0.45)。结合XRD、SEM、EIS等技术对其物相、微观形貌、稳定性及电导率进行了研究。结果表明,在1600℃烧结5h制备的质子导体BaCe0.8-xNbxGd0.2O3-δ(0≤x≤0.45)均能保持主相为斜方晶的钙钛矿结构。Nb的加入可明显提高烧结样品的致密性及在CO2和水蒸气气氛下的稳定性。在湿润H2/Ar(0.4%,V/V)气氛中800℃下,x=0.1样品的电导率为5.73mS·cm-1,电导活化能为0.35eV,与x=0的样品相当。     

铜配合物[CuL_2Cl_2]·4H_2O的合成和晶体结构(L=3-乙基-4-对甲氧苯基-5-(2-吡啶基)-1,2,4-三氮唑)

A new copper(Ⅱ)complex,[CuL_2Cl_2]·4H_2O,[L=3-ethyl-4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-5-(2-pyridyl)-1,2,4-triazole],was synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography and infrared spectroscopy.The complex crystallizes in triclinic system with space group P(1),α=0.843 9(7)nm,b=0.965 5(8)nm,c=1.093 6(8)nm,α=84.026(19)°,β=82.33(2)°,γ=89.167(19)°,V=0.878 3(12)nm~3,Z=1 with final R=0.033 8.The copper atom lies in a distorted octahedral environment with two bidentate chelating ligands(L)in the equatorial plane and two Cl~- ions in the axial positions.The ligand L coordinates via one triazole nitrogen and one pyridine nitrogen atom.The molecules are stabilized by intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal lattice.CCDC:705817.     

新型钯配合物[Pd(Phen)(TsserNO)]·H_2O的合成、晶体结构和体外抗肿瘤活性(英文)

A novel palladium(Ⅱ) complex [Pd(Phen)(TsserNO)]·H2O (Phen=1,10-phenanthroline; TsserNO=4- toluenesulfonyl-L-serinate dianion) has been prepared and structurally characterized, the cytotoxicity in vitro has also been investigated by MTT and SRB assays. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21 with cell parameters a=0.618 64(14) nm, b=1.768 9(4) nm, c=0.990 2(2) nm, β=102.392(4)°, V=1.058 3(4) nm3 and Z=2. The complex had selectivity against HL-60, BGC-823, Bel-7402 and KB cells lines, its cytotoxicity is equal to that of cisplatin against BGC-823 and Bel-7402 cells lines, however it is less potent than cisplatin against HL-60 and KB cell lines.Keywordsantitumor; palladium(Ⅱ) complex; crystal structure     

含黄酮的三价铁配合物合成及其药理性质(英文)

3,3,4,7-四羟基黄酮与1,3-二环己基碳二亚胺在4-二甲胺吡啶存在下反应,得到2,2-双(3,3,4,7-四羟基黄酮)1,3-二环己基碳二亚胺。三价金属离子与上述合成得到的配体螯合,对此四面体结构的双核Fe(Ⅲ)配合物的血液学及病理学数据进行了讨论,同时研究了合成的配体作为螯合剂清除鼠肝胰组织中超载的铁的能力。结果表明作为口服药其作为双齿配体的螯合能力与市售用于治疗地中海贫血的药物"去铁敏"相近。     

溶液中选择识别Hg(Ⅱ)的基于罗丹明的荧光传感器

设计合成了一种可在含水体系中选择性识别Hg²⁺的荧光传感器(化合物1),该化合物中同时包含了作为信号输出基团的罗丹明6G和作为键合基团的2-取代吡啶。其结构得到了¹H NMR,ESI-HRMS和单晶X-ray衍射分析的确认。在混合的水体系中,该化合物对二价汞离子表现出高选择性和高灵敏度的荧光和显色传感,体系的发光伴随着汞离子的加入而得以增强,颜色由无色变成粉红色。荧光滴定、ESI-HRMS和Job曲线分析都显示该传感器分子和汞离子形成1∶1的配合物。     

银(Ⅰ)、锌(Ⅱ)与2，2′-(2-氨基-苯氧基)乙醚配合物的合成及晶体结构

The compound 2,2′-(2-amino-phenoxy)-ether[L] was synthesized from the reaction of diethylene glycol with tosyl chloride. AgClO₄ and ZnCl₂ each react with L to give two complexes [Ag₂L₂(H₂O)(ClO₄)₂] (1) and [ZnLCl₂]_n (2) respectively, and characterized by FTIR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results of structural analysis indicated that both complexes crystallize in the monoclinic system with space group P2₁/c. 1 is a dinuclear complex, and 2 forming 1D zigzag chain by Zn(Ⅱ) linking adjacent ligands in turn. When viewed from the top of the chain, the structure of 2 shows the unidimensional tube. CCDC: 748592, 1; 748594, 2.     

2-(5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑)-硫乙酸镍(Ⅱ)配合物的合成和晶体结构

本文合成了2个镍配合物[Ni(mtyaa)2(H2O)4]·4(H2O)(1)和[Ni(4,4′-bipy)2(mtyaa)2(H2O)2]·2H2O(2)(Hmtyaa=2-(5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑)-硫乙酸;4,4′-bipy=4,4′-联吡啶),用X-射线单晶衍射仪测定了配合物的单晶结构,并对它进行了元素分析、红外光谱、热重和粉末X-射线衍射等表征。配合物1和2的晶体分别属于三斜晶系和单斜晶系,空间群分别为P1和P21/n。X-射线单晶结构分析表明配合物1和2中镍原子均采取六配位扭曲的八面体配位模式。在配合物1中配位水和游离水分子与羧基氧之间的氢键作用将单分子结构连成三维网状结构。配合物2中配位水和游离水分子与羧基氧以及配体中的氮原子之间的氢键作用将链连接成二维层状结构。     

1,10-邻菲咯啉取代苷脲及其一维Ag(Ⅰ)配位聚合物的合成及晶体结构

合成了1,10-邻菲咯啉取代苷脲(L),并用L与硝酸银反应得到一维配位聚合物[AgLNO3]n,利用X-射线衍射方法测定了它们的晶体结构。L:单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.8545nm,b=1.2504nm,c=1.2818nm,β=108.476°,V=2.8192nm3,Z=7,F(000)=1176,finalGOF=1.093,R1=0.060,wR2=0.1654,。[AgLNO3]n:正交晶系,空间群Pca21,a=1.55149nm,b=1.04907nm,c=1.15892nm,V=1.8863nm3,Z=4,F(000)=1024,finalGOF=1.038,R1=0.042,wR2=0.110。晶体结构表明配体L与Ag髣形成了一维配位聚合物[AgLNO3]n。
