铁掺杂TiO2纳米管阵列对不锈钢的光生阴极保护 总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4
在含FeSO4的HF、H2SO4/HF、NaF/Na2SO4溶液中,通过电化学阳极氧化直接在纯钛表面制备Fe 掺杂的TiO2(Fe-TiO2)纳米管阵列. 应用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)等手段对纳米管阵列的结构、形貌及化学组成进行表征. 利用光电化学测量研究Fe-TiO2纳米管阵列在不同波长范围内的光电响应特性和光生阴极保护行为. 考察了温度、时间、掺杂含量等参数对TiO2纳米管阵列的几何尺寸、形貌和光电性能的影响. 结果表明, Fe掺杂可有效减缓TiO2纳米管阵列载流子的复合, 窄化TiO2带隙宽度, Fe-TiO2在410-650 nm范围显示强吸收, 并使光谱响应扩展到波长大于400 nm 的可见光区. 实验结果还表明, Fe-TiO2纳米管阵列对316不锈钢(316L)具有良好的光生阴极保护作用, 暗态下阴极保护作用可继续维持. 相似文献

The components of the rock, the pigments, the gold foils and the adhesive of One Thousand Hand Buddha in Dazu stone sculptures, Chongqing, China, have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), infrared spectroscopy (IR), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and fiber optics reflectance spectroscopy (FORS). Furthermore, the weathering and degeneration of One Thousand Hand Buddha have been discussed and the protective methods have been provided. Glass-like sol-gel coatings have been investigated as corrosion protective coatings on stainless steel. Magnesium- and borosilicate coatings with thickness of about 100–700 nm and methyl-modified SiO2 coatings with a thickness of about 2 m were deposited on stainless steel plates by dip-coating. The coatings were densified between 400°C and 500°C in different atmospheres (N2, air) for 1 h. The corrosion protection against gaseous attack was investigated by accelerated corrosion tests, at 800°C in air for 1 h. A corrosion protection factor was calculated from the relation Fe/Fe2O3, determined by XRD on the surface of coated and uncoated samples. Methyl-modified SiO2 coatings showed a protection factor, which was 2 orders of magnitude higher than for the other coatings. Electrochemical investigations were performed on samples submerged in a NaCl solution for 200 h. The corrosion propagation, polarization resistance and impedance vector were measured. For accelerated corrosion tests, polarization intensity curves were determined for high potentials of up to 1 V. Again excellent results were obtained for the methyl-modified SiO2 coatings, which remained passive for 200 h. Results of the salt spray corrosion test, however, showed no corrosion protection by the sol-gel coatings. After 2000 h in the salt spray chamber the steel was corroded and the coatings peeled off. 为了探寻电流脉冲泄流时,设备的接地是否有效可靠,用FDTD法分析了脉冲泄流时均一土壤、分层土壤及局部改善土壤的电导率对冲击接地阻抗(TGR)的影响。结果表明:大地电导率对冲击接地阻抗的影响很大;对均一土壤,TGR随大地电导率的增大而减小,大地电导率越大,TGR对接地体的埋深越不敏感。对分层土壤,接地体要埋在大地电导率大的土壤层中,且不要靠近交界面;局部改善大地导电性能对降低TGR效果明显,TGR对改善区域的体积非常敏感,而当电导率大于一定值时,大地电导率的再增加,对TGR的影响不明显。 相似文献

Cultivating students' laboratory safety and environmental protection consciousness should be carried out from several aspects such as emphasizing and regulating from school level, training in laboratory teaching, maintaining good cultural atmosphere of laboratory, as well as providing perfect laboratory safety and environmental protection facilities. Generally, protection and deprotection procedures of amino groups are required in preparing propargyl ether‐containing benzoxazines. In this study, we report a facile, deprotection‐free preparation of a propargyl ether‐containing phosphinated benzoxazine (2) from the nucleophilic substitution of a phenolic OH‐containing phosphinated benzoxazine (1) and propargyl bromide in the catalysis of potassium carbonate. The structure of (2) was characterized and confirmed by a high‐resolution mass spectrum, 1H, 13C, 1H‐1H, 1H‐13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra, and X‐ray single crystal diffractogram. infrared (IR) and differential scanning calorimetry were used to monitor the ring‐opening of benzoxazine and crosslinking of propargyl ether. The microstructure and the structure–property relationship of the resulting homopolymers and copolymers are discussed. The Tg of homopolymer of (2) is 208 °C by dynamic mechanical analysis, the coefficient of thermal expansion is 43 ppm/°C, and Td 5% (N2) is 393 °C, respectively, which are higher than those of the homopolymer of (1) . Similar trends were observed in the copolymerization system. The results demonstrate the beneficial effect of crosslinking afforded by the propargyl ether group is higher than that by the phenolic OH group. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This study focused on the synthesis and subsequent characterization of herbicidal ionic liquids based on betaine and carnitine, two derivatives of amino acids, which were used as cations. Four commonly used herbicides (2,4‐D, MCPA, MCPP and Dicamba) were used as anions in simple (single anion) and oligomeric (two anions) salts. The obtained salts were subjected to analyzes regarding physicochemical properties (density, viscosity, refractive index, thermal decomposition profiles and solubility) as well as evaluation of their herbicidal activity under greenhouse and field conditions, toxicity towards rats and biodegradability. The obtained results suggest that the synthesized herbicidal ionic liquids displayed low toxicity (classified as category 4 compounds) and showed similar or improved efficacy against weed compared to reference herbicides. The highest increase was observed during field trials for salts containing 2,4‐D as the anion, which also exhibited the highest biodegradability (>75 %). 相似文献
