Trifluoromethoxy (OCF3) and difluoromethoxy (OCF2H) groups are fluorinated structural motifs that exhibit unique physicochemical characteristics. Incorporation of these substituents into organic molecules is a highly desirable approach used in medicinal chemistry and drug discovery processes to alter the properties of a parent compound. Recently, tri‐ and difluoromethyl ethers have received increasing attention and several innovative strategies to access these valuable functional groups have been developed. The focus of this Minireview is the use of visible‐light photoredox catalysis in the synthesis of tri‐ and difluoromethyl ethers. Recent photocatalytic strategies for the formation of O?CF3, C?OCF3, O?CF2H, and C?OCF2H bonds as well as other transformations leading to the construction of ORF groups are discussed herein.  相似文献

This study focused on the synthesis and subsequent characterization of herbicidal ionic liquids based on betaine and carnitine, two derivatives of amino acids, which were used as cations. Four commonly used herbicides (2,4‐D, MCPA, MCPP and Dicamba) were used as anions in simple (single anion) and oligomeric (two anions) salts. The obtained salts were subjected to analyzes regarding physicochemical properties (density, viscosity, refractive index, thermal decomposition profiles and solubility) as well as evaluation of their herbicidal activity under greenhouse and field conditions, toxicity towards rats and biodegradability. The obtained results suggest that the synthesized herbicidal ionic liquids displayed low toxicity (classified as category 4 compounds) and showed similar or improved efficacy against weed compared to reference herbicides. The highest increase was observed during field trials for salts containing 2,4‐D as the anion, which also exhibited the highest biodegradability (>75 %).  相似文献

The binding of vitamin B12 derivatives to human B12 transporter proteins is strongly influenced by the type and site of modification of the cobalamin original structure. We have prepared the first cobalamin derivative modified at the phosphate moiety. The reaction conditions were fully optimized and its limitations examined. The resulting derivatives, particularly those bearing terminal alkyne and azide groups, were isolated and used in copper‐catalyzed alkyne–azide cycloaddition reactions (CuAAC). Their sensitivity towards light revealed their potential as photocleavable molecules. The binding abilities of selected derivatives were examined and compared with cyanocobalamin. The interaction of the alkylated derivatives with haptocorrin was less affected than the interaction with intrinsic factor. Furthermore, the configuration of the phosphate moiety was irrelevant to the binding process.  相似文献

Abstract

Terpenoid derivatives, which contain a preserved carane system in their structure, exhibit a broad spectrum of biological activities. Among them, we can distinguish insecticides, structures with pharmacological application etc. In the presented paper, the substrate - (–)-cis-caran-trans-4-ol was transformed using the reactions of typical organic synthesis to obtain novel derivatives. Most importantly, bromolactone ((–)-(1R,4R,6S)-2'-(bromomethyl)-4,7,7-trimethylspiro[bicyclo[4.1.0]heptan-3,3'-furan]-5'(4'H)-one) with the preserved carane system was synthesized. This bromolactone was tested for antifeedant activity against the lesser mealworm, Alphitobius diaperinus Panzer, and peach potato aphid (Myzus persicae). In addition, its moderate antibacterial activity was observed against the Bacillus subtilis strain (with Minimal Inhibitory Concentration of 200 µg/mL).  相似文献

Mechanically interlocked molecules (MIMs) have gained increasing interest during the last decades, not only because of their aesthetic appeal, but also because their unique properties have allowed them to find applications in nanotechnology, catalysis, chemosensing and biomedicine. Herein we describe how a pyrene molecule with four octynyl substituents can be easily encapsulated within the cavity of a tetragold(I) rectangle-like metallobox, by template formation of the metallo-assembly in the presence of the guest. The resulting assembly behaves as a mechanically interlocked molecule (MIM), in which the four long limbs of the guest protrude from the entrances of the metallobox, thus locking the guest inside the cavity of the metallobox. The new assembly resembles a metallo-suit[4]ane, given the number of protruding long limbs and the presence of the metal atoms in the host molecule. However, unlike normal MIMs, this molecule can release the tetra-substituted pyrene guest by the addition of coronene, which can smoothly replace the guest in the cavity of the metallobox. Combined experimental and computational studies allowed the role of the coronene molecule in facilitating the release of the tetrasubstituted pyrene guest to be explained, through a process that we named “shoehorning”, as the coronene compresses the flexible limbs of the guest so that it can reduce its size to slide in and out the metallobox.  相似文献
