Expansion of the standard genetic code enables the design of recombinant proteins with novel and unusual properties. Traditionally, such proteins have contained only a single type of noncanonical amino acid (NCAA) in their amino acid sequence. However, recently reported initial efforts demonstrate that it is possible with suppression-based methods to translate two chemically distinct NCAAs into a single recombinant protein by combining the suppression of different termination codons and nontriplet coding units (such as quadruplets). The possibility of expanding the code with various NCAAs simultaneously further increases the toolkit for the generation of multifunctionalized proteins. 相似文献

In this article, we primarily focuses to study the order‐reduction for the classical natural boundary element (NBE) method for the two‐dimensional (2D) hyperbolic equation in unbounded domain. To this end, we first build a semi‐discretized format about time for the hyperbolic equation and discuss the existence, stability, and convergence of the time semi‐discretized solutions. We then establish the classical fully discretized NBE format from the time semi‐discretized one and analyze the existence, stability, and convergence of the classical NBE solutions. Next, using proper orthogonal decomposition method, we build a reduced‐order extrapolated NBE (ROENBE) format containing very few unknowns but having adequately high accuracy, and we also discuss the existence, stability, and convergence of the ROENBE solutions. Finally, we use some numerical examples to show that the ROENBE method is far superior to the classical NBE one. It shows that the ROENBE method is reliable and effective for solving the 2D hyperbolic equation with the unbounded domain. 相似文献

According to the transmission characteristics of high-speed long-haul optical transmission system, the main construction method of Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) code for optical transmission system is presented and a novel construction algorithm of LDPC code is proposed, the theoretical analysis shows that the parity check matrix of the LDPC code constructed by the proposed construction algorithm has no four-girth phenomenon, this is also theoretically proved out. Both the novel LDPC(3969,3720) code with 6.69% redundancy and the novel LDPC(8281,7920) code with 4.56% redundancy for optical transmission systems are constructed by using the presented construction method and proposed construction algorithm. The simulation results show that the net coding gain (NCG) of the two novel LDPC codes at the eighteenth iteration for the BER of 10?12 are respectively 1.63 dB and 1.49 dB more than that of the RS(255,239) code in ITU-T G.975. Moreover, the decoding of the LDPC code in the hardware can parallel be implemented, so the decoding speed of the two novel LDPC codes are very rapid, the complexities of implementing the two novel LDPC codes, compared with the concatenated codes in ITU-T G.975.1, are relatively lower, furthermore, the hardware overhead and storage space can relatively be saved and the computation complexity can be reduced in implementing the hardware in the future. As a result, the two novel LDPC codes can better be suitable for high-speed long-haul optical transmission systems. 相似文献

This paper presents a newly constructed zero cross correlation code (ZCC) which is based on BIBD (balanced incomplete block design) code. The ZCC (C, w) code is a family of binary sequences of length C and constant Hamming-weight w. Such codes find applications in spectral amplitude-coding optical code division multiple access (SAC-OCDMA). The constructing ZCC codes have a size of C ? Fast detectors employed at third‐generation synchrotrons have reduced collection times significantly and require the optimization of commercial as well as customized software packages for data reduction and analysis. In this paper a procedure to collect, process and analyze single‐crystal data sets collected at high pressure at the Extreme Conditions beamline (P02.2) at PETRA III, DESY, is presented. A new data image format called `Esperanto' is introduced that is supported by the commercial software package CrysAlisPro (Agilent Technologies UK Ltd). The new format acts as a vehicle to transform the most common area‐detector data formats via a translator software. Such a conversion tool has been developed and converts tiff data collected on a Perkin Elmer detector, as well as data collected on a MAR345/555, to be imported into the CrysAlisPro software. In order to demonstrate the validity of the new approach, a complete structure refinement of boron‐mullite (Al5BO9) collected at a pressure of 19.4 (2) GPa is presented.
