本文采用2011~2018年上市制造业企业数据,选用基于B-样条展开的非参数分位数模型实证研究影子银行化对企业升级的非线性异质影响,结果发现:(1)企业影子银行化对企业升级影响的拟合曲线具有非线性特征,大致呈“倒U形”,说明企业影子银行活动存在最有效规模;(2)位于不同分位点企业影子银行化存在显著异质性,表现为:企业层级水平越高,拟合曲线曲率越大,即敏感度越高,影子银行活动的最有效规模越低;(3)产权性质不同的企业影子银行化最优规模也存在异质性,非国有企业最优点高于国有企业,并且低分位点非国有企业主要表现促进作用;(4)适度的影子银行活动会缓解企业面临的融资约束和促进企业创新投资从而有利于企业升级,而过度的影子银行活动则会加强融资约束不利于企业升级。  相似文献

Array illumination built on a binary phase grating with a green, Q-switched, pulse Nd:YAG laser is used for patterning indium-tin-oxide films into electrodes of liquid crystal display panels. To this end, even-fanout gratings are recursively designed by simulated-annealing algorithm and are realized in quartz glasses by dry etching. While an array of identically intense beam spots strikes the film, a table supporting the film moves in a direction orthogonal to said spots array at a constant speed, forming a large group of equispaced grooves in the film. Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) deposited by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) were treated by ball milling. The morphologies and field emission properties of the treated CNTs depending on milling time were studied. The emission turn-on field is increased, and the field emission current density is reduced, when the milling time increased from 0.5 to 3 h. The as-deposited long CNTs were cut to short CNTs (∼1 h) and micro-particles (>1 h) with increasing of the milling time. It is found that the optimized milling time is 0.5-1 h, the treated CNTs showed excellent field emission properties, such as low turn-on field, high emission current density and uniform luminescence spots distribution.  相似文献

The most serious problems for the matrix projection exposure using a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel in place of a reticle are largely solved by a new breakthrough method. LCD matrix exposure is effective for small volume productions of print circuits, screen masks, micromachine parts, and other items. Since no reticles are needed, all reticle costs are saved, and turnaround times required for changing the patterns are greatly shortened. However, in the conventional method, pattern widths and positions were strictly restricted depending on the geometric size and pitch of the liquid crystal cells. In this paper, a new concept appointing the cell brightness grades continuously using an analogue interface LCD panel is proposed. Calculating the image intensity distributions for various appointments of cell brightness balances to print same wide patterns, it is clarified that the pattern widths and positions are not much different if the pattern widths are wider than 2 cell pitches of the LCD panel. Maximum width and position variations are less than ± 10% even when the patterns are printed at arbitrary positions, of course including halfway ones. The calculated results are proved by experiments using an analogue LCD panel with a cell pitch of 15 μm. Though the cell size are 13 × 10 μm2, and different in x and y directions, almost same wide line-and-space patterns are successfully printed at all positions by only one exposure. It is not necessary to shift the reticle for overlapping exposures to print smooth patterns. Oblique patterns and complicated Chinese character patterns are also printed at arbitrary positions. The new breakthrough technology will make the LCD matrix exposure promising for wide uses of printing various rough patterns easily at small costs.  相似文献

This paper is the first in a series of several works devotedto the asymptotic and spectral analysis of an aircraft wingin a subsonic air flow. This model has been developed in theFlight Systems Research Center of UCLA and is presented in theworks of Balakrishnan. The model is governed by a system oftwo coupled integro-differential equations and a two parameterfamily of boundary conditions modelling the action of the self-strainingactuators. The unknown functions (the bending and the torsionangle) depend on time and one spatial variable. The differentialparts of the above equations form a coupled linear hyperbolicsystem; the integral parts are of convolution type. The systemof equations of motion is equivalent to a single operator evolution–convolutiontype equation in the state space of the system equipped withthe so-called energy metric. The Laplace transform of the solutionof this equation can be represented in terms of the so-calledgeneralized resolvent operator. The generalized resolvent operatoris an operator-valued function of the spectral parameter. Thisgeneralized resolvent operator is a finite meromorphic functiondefined on the complex plane having the branch cut along thenegative real semi-axis. The poles of the generalized resolventare precisely the aeroelastic modes, and the residues at thesepoles are the projectors on the generalized eigenspaces. Inthis paper, our main object of interest is the dynamics generatorof the differential parts of the system. It is a non-selfadjointoperator in the state space with a pure discrete spectrum. Inthe present paper, we show that the spectrum consists of twobranches, and we derive their precise spectral asymptotics.Based on these results, in the next paper we will derive theasymptotics of the aeroelastic modes and approximations forthe mode shapes.  相似文献

利用一种双时间方法求解三维非定常N-S方程,得到与任意非定常运动对应的气动力,在求解非定常气动力的同时,在时间域内用二阶龙格 库塔方法求解机翼弹性运动方程,从而模拟粘性流动中的气动弹性全过程.为保证网格生成效率,采用无限插值理论生成O-H型代数网格,考虑了机翼变形时的网格生成问题,并得到计算结果.  相似文献

对多个自由度上含有强非线性项系统的颤振问题,推广应用增量谐波平衡法进行分析.考虑带有强非线性立方平移和俯仰刚度项的二元机翼颤振方程,首先将方程用矩阵形式表示,然后把振动过程分解成为振动瞬态的持续增量过程,再采用振幅作为控制参数应用谐波平衡法,以这种推广的增量谐波平衡法求得方程解的表达式,并由此分析系统的分岔现象、极限环颤振现象和谐波项数的取值问题,最后用龙格-库塔数值方法进行验算,结果表明:分析多个自由度的强非线性颤振,增量谐波平衡法是精确有效的.  相似文献

A macroscopic cell and three-dimensional fluid model have been used to investigate the discharge characteristics in ac plasma display panel cells of electrode-shaping configurations. Four kinds of non-standard geometries (i.e. $D$-, ${\it\del}$-, $W$- and $U$-shape electrodes) have been considered. The characteristics of the discharge current, the operating voltage and the discharge efficiency of different configurations have been discussed. It is found that the discharge efficiency can be improved by about 10\%--30\% compared with the standard geometry, while the operating voltage increases slightly in the non-standard geometries. There is a trade-off between improving the discharge efficiency and lowering the sustaining voltage in design of plasma display cells by electrode shaping.  相似文献
