We evaluate industrial‐type PERC solar cells applying a 5 busbar front grid and fineline‐printed Ag fingers. We obtain finger widths down to 46 µm when using a stencil with 40 µm opening for the finger print, whereas the busbar is printed in a separate printing step with a different Ag paste (dual print). This compares to finger widths of 62 µm to 66 µm when applying print‐on‐print. The 5 busbar front grid with the best dual print process reduces the shadowing loss of the front grid to 4.0% compared to 5.8% for a conventional 3 busbar front grid printed with print‐on‐print. The 1.8% reduction in shadowing loss results in equal parts from the reduced finger width with dual print as well as from a reduced total busbar width of the 5 busbar design. The resulting PERC solar cells with 5 busbars demonstrate independently confirmed conversion efficiencies of 21.2% compared to 20.6% efficiency of the 3 busbar PERC solar cell. The increased conversion efficiency is primarily due to an increased short‐circuit current resulting from the reduced shadowing loss. To our knowledge, 21.2% conversion efficiency is the highest value reported so far for industry typical silicon solar cells with printed metal front and rear contacts. 定向背光柱透镜光栅式多视点自由立体显示器的串扰和亮度均匀性问题是影响其广泛应用的主要因素之一.本文通过分析串扰产生的原因,根据偏轴光线的成像光学原理,推导出液晶显示屏光开关板列单元与柱透镜组成的偏轴光学系统的参数计算式.提出一种液晶显示屏光开关蝶形单元结构,设计了采用该蝶形单元的定向背光自由立体显示背光源模组.模拟仿真结果表明:所设计的定向背光自由立体显示背光源可消除自由立体显示的串扰;在视点平面90%观看区域的串扰度小于0.5%,光束10%峰值宽度的串扰面积比γ=0,光束90%峰值宽度比普通液晶单元结构的增大37%,改善了不同位置观看图像亮度变化大的问题.  相似文献

This proceeding presents experiments demonstrating that BioLPTM, Biological Laser Printing, can be used to rapidly and accurately print individual cells as well as patterns of cells in three dimensions. Human osteosarcoma cells were deposited into a biopolymer matrix, and after twenty-four hours of incubation, the printed cells remained viable and had multiplied. Multiple layers of human osteosarcoma cells were transferred into a MatrigelTM substrate, producing a three-dimensional cellular construct. Live/dead assays were performed, demonstrating that greater than 95% of the cells were viable after the being printed into the biopolymer. The ability to selectively print individual cells has potential benefits for cell selection studies and genomics and proteomics research. Conventional methods of measuring the various parameters of holographic optical elements are tedious for mass production. A novel approach is described for the holographic elements used in the holographic sight, in which the parameters are defined and measured as per their intended final application. Since the holographic sight is used for accurate target acquisition along with the other features, parallax in the sight becomes a critical parameter. Besides, the maximum brightness of the reticle is another parameter of the device, which is important for the use of sight in the strong sunlight in summers. There are two holographic elements, namely holographic reticle and holographic lens in the sight. Both can be tested in a simple set-up in terms of the parallax of the sight and the brightness of the reticle. The masters for both elements are required to be benchmarked once and rest of the elements in a mass production can be tested with the reference of masters.  相似文献

为了在锗晶体光坯上制作出满足要求的码盘图案,分别采用正性光刻胶和负性光刻胶,先镀膜后照相和先照相后镀膜的工艺路线进行工艺实验,并对实验结果进行分析,得出结论:用负性光刻胶按先照相后镀膜的工艺路线为锗晶体光码盘分划制作工艺的最佳方案。实验结果表明:加工出的图案明暗对比度大、边缘不均匀性小于0.008 mm,可实际应用于锗晶体上分划图案的制作。  相似文献

This study introduces mass-producible roll-to-roll (R2R) gravure printed patterns with good printability and functionality. Ag flake materials and polyimide (PI) film substrates were used in this experiment. To confirm mass production potential, a large-scale R2R gravure machine was used, and lengthy printing times were used in the process (6.5 h). It was attempted to print a 30- to 120-μm fine-line pattern (groove type) and a 200- to 1000-μm-wide (dot type) nominal pattern. Various printed width and thickness values were obtained using many measurement sets to confirm the repeatability of each pattern for lengthy process times. We obtained a 45- to 1000-μm pattern width and a 1- to 5-μm thickness. Moreover, resistivity of the printed pattern was also achieved in the range of 5.4–18 μΩ cm. A peel-off test was performed using a standardized method. Finally, this paper presents the achieved optimized process condition and the results of this study.  相似文献

在光学综合自动测量中 ,使用液晶显示屏作为分划板可以大大简化结构 ,提高效率 ,真正地实现自动测量。由于液晶显示具有对比度低、噪声大等特点 ,所以根据液晶的这些特点以及图像处理和CCD信号接收的特点选择两种适用的判据进行了分析和试验比较 ,并给出了结果。结果表明 ,这两种判别函数都适用于以液晶显示屏为目标和用图像处理方法进行光学参数测量的系统 ,其中锐度判别函数更优于信息熵判别函数 ,前者具有更好的抗干扰性和稳定性 ,而且其判定结果更接近目视清晰度判别  相似文献

Ag film solution-deposited on the glass source substrate was selectively transferred onto a receiver substrate by a spatially modulated pulsed ultraviolet laser beam. After printing a line pattern, an additional layer was orthogonally printed over the first layer. It was found that the thickness of the first layer is a crucial factor affecting the mechanical stability of the overall pattern. When the first layer was thicker than 0.7 μm, the second layer was cracked at the junction edges regardless of its thickness. This is attributed to the vertical elongation of the second layer at the edge areas. As long as the first layer remains below 0.7 μm thick, however, a very thick additional layer could be printed without any cracks. The printed patterns were mechanically robust and exhibited good electrical contact between the layers. The threshold pulse energy density for printing was measured to be 10 mJ/cm2 and this threshold level made it possible to print over square centimeters by a single pulse.  相似文献

A new method for rotation and brightness invariant pattern recognition was proposed by applying multiple circular harmonic expansions to the joint transform correlator. The amplitudes of the multiple orders of circular harmonic expansions made from a detecting image were synthetically modified to respond to the same auto-correlation peaks. These modified circular harmonic expansions were arranged in the input plane as reference patterns together with an arbitrary target pattern, and the correlation signals between them were calculated in the subtracted joint transform correlator. The fraction of the correlation-peak intensities between the target and the references were extracted as a new discrimination parameter. This new parameter performs pattern recognition under rotation and brightness invariance with good discriminability. Its high discriminability has been proved in computer simulations using the face image patterns of many individuals.  相似文献

Am. 55, 1061-1069 (1974)] postulated a pitch perception model wherein a learning stage constitutes an integral part: it is only repeated exposure to patterns of spectral pitch that will generate the percept of virtual pitch (i.e., the residue). This study proposes an optical panel with full multitouch using the patterned indium tin oxide (ITO) and an algorithm matrix to avoid ghost points. The patterned ITOs include the virtual high and low impedances. The algorithm matrix with two configurations of equivalent circuits for array scanning is derived using the voltage divider rule. The fabrication process of the multitouch panel is carried out using microelectromechanical systems technology. The optical characteristics of the multitouch panel in the UV, visible, and IR regions are measured using photometric analysis. The multitouch panel, containing sensing pixels of 30×30 arrays, has a pixel size of 2×2?mm2 and a pitch distance of 2?mm. The average values of high and low impedances are 53.23 and 9.3?k?Ω, respectively. The maximum transmittance is about 74.2% at the wavelength of 692?nm. The multitouch panel based on high and low impedance patterns has been specifically designed to offer good adjacent touch resolution and sensitivity for reality multitouch applications. In addition, the patterned design and the algorithm matrix provide unlimited multitouch points and avoid ghost points.  相似文献

The possibility of printing two-dimensional micropatterns of biomolecule solutions is of great interest in many fields of research in biomedicine, from cell-growth and development studies to the investigation of the mechanisms of communication between cells. Although laser-induced forward transfer (LIFT) has been extensively used to print micrometric droplets of biological solutions, the fabrication of complex patterns depends on the feasibility of the technique to print micron-sized lines of aqueous solutions. In this study we investigate such a possibility through the analysis of the influence of droplet spacing of a water and glycerol solution on the morphology of the features printed by LIFT. We prove that it is indeed possible to print long and uniform continuous lines by controlling the overlap between adjacent droplets. We show how, depending on droplet spacing, several printed morphologies are generated, and we offer, in addition, a simple explanation of the observed behavior based on the jetting dynamics characteristic of the LIFT of liquids.  相似文献

照明系统是投影显示系统的重要组成部分,决定着整个系统的亮度和照明均匀性。复眼系统是一种常见的液晶投影显示系统照明结构。传统的复眼照明系统设计方法中,复眼小透镜具有与液晶板相同的长宽比,可以获得能量利用率和均匀性都比较好的照明光斑。但研究发现,利用这种方法设计宽银幕投影显示设备的复眼照明系统,会引起一定的光能损失。针对这一问题,通过对复眼系统设计理论的分析和对实际复眼照明系统的模拟,创新性地提出了在照明系统中引入柱面透镜改变复眼小透镜的长宽比的设计方法,能够有效的提高投影系统能量利用率。模拟计算结果表明,引入柱面透镜的复眼照明系统与传统方法设计的复眼系统相比,能量利用率可以提高5%到10%。  相似文献

We present the design of a transflective and low-power LCD using a low-twist vertically aligned liquid crystal (LC) cell, achieved by blending a chiral additive with a patterned reflector in a single-domain configuration. Unlike the conventional single-domain transflective LCD, in which it is possible to optimize only one of the transmissive and reflective regions, the device suggests that it is possible to optimize both the transmission and reflection design to obtain favorable results in both reflective and transmissive light conditions by optimizing the chiral pitch and twist angle. From the parameter space diagram (PSD) method, which does not include the information on chiral pitch and the nonuniform LC director tilt angle, optimization focused on the transmissive region is performed. By analyzing the relation between the transmittance and the chiral pitch under the applied voltage, the optimized twist angle and chiral pitch are proposed. It is described that the optimized twist angle is also available for the reflective region by the dynamic PSD method by considering the average tilt angle under applied voltage.  相似文献

We reconstructed an animation made from computer-generated holograms with a reflective LCD panel that had a pixel pitch of 10 mumx10 mum and resolution of 1400x1050 . Using a LED as the reference light, we could clearly observe three-dimensional images whose size was approximately 30 mmx10 mm x30 mm . Moreover, we reconstructed a color holograph by use of a simple system with a set of red, green, and blue LEDs as the reference light.  相似文献

立体显示技术是当今信息显示的前沿和热点方向,其终端显示的图像质量也逐渐引起注意.本文针对立体显示过程中的质量问题,给出了影响立体显示器显示质量的因素,如串扰、可视角、亮度、双眼亮度差、亮度均匀性等指标的测量和评估方法.基于当前最流行的LCD显示屏和PDP显示屏样本进行了测试,比较了不同尺寸和不同制式立体显示屏各种测量值之间的差异.通过分析实验数据,得出了上述测量指标对不同立体显示屏的影响.结果表明:快门式立体电视采用PDP屏幕的串扰度要远远低于采用LCD屏幕的串扰度,拥有更广阔的可视角范围.  相似文献
