The interaction of an atmospheric pressure plasma jet using argon or argon plus hydrogen peroxide vapour addition with bacillus subtilis 下载免费PDF全文
This paper reports that an atmospheric pressure dielectric barrier discharge plasma jet, which uses argon or argon + hydrogen peroxide vapour as the working gas, is designed to sterilize the bacillus subtilis. Compared with the pure argon plasma, the bacterial inactivation efficacy has a significant improvement when hydrogen peroxide vapour is added into the plasma jet. In order to determine which factors play the main role in inactivation, several methods are used, such as determination of optical emission spectra, high temperature dry air treatment, protein leakage quantification, and scanning electron microscope. These results indicate that the possible inactivation mechanisms are the synergistic actions of chemically active species and charged species. 相似文献

We show that for any extreme curve in a 3-manifold M, there exist a canonical mean convex hull containing all least area disks spanning the curve. Similar result is true for
asymptotic case in such that for any asymptotic curve , there is a canonical mean convex hull containing all minimal planes spanning Γ. Applying this to quasi-Fuchsian manifolds,
we show that for any quasi-Fuchsian manifold, there exist a canonical mean convex core capturing all essential minimal surfaces.

The aim of this work was to develop a method for determining seven quinolones (ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, enrofloxacin, sarafloxacin, difloxacin, oxolinic acid and flumequine) in chicken muscle by LC coupled to MS. Two ionisation techniques, ESI and atmospheric pressure chemical ionisation (APCI) were compared using standard solutions. LOD and LOQwere determined under the optimised conditions for the two sources. The ESI was found the best for the purpose. The optimised method (LC-ESI-MS) was validated for the simultaneous analysis of the quinolones regulated by European Community in spiked chicken tissues, using norfloxacin as internal standard. A practical procedure for determining estrogens in biological fluids has been studied using liquid chromatography–electron
capture atmospheric pressure chemical ionization–mass spectrometry combined with derivatization. Among the commercially available
reagents (4-nitrobenzoyl chloride, 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene, 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl chloride and 4-nitrobenzyl bromide), 4-nitrobenzenesulfonyl
chloride was of the most practical use; it rapidly and quantitatively reacted with estrogens and increased the detection responses
by 8–23 times. The derivatization method allowed the reproducible and accurate quantification of serum and urine estrone and
estradiol of a pregnant woman, which is useful for diagnosis of the fetoplacental function, with small amounts (10 μl) of
sample and a simple pretreatment procedure.
