航空高速涡轮制冷机用气体轴承的研制

本文介绍了高参数航空涡轮制冷机用高速气体轴承研制中的部分工作。在论述工作环境条件苛刻的这类制冷机中用气体轴承替代滚动轴承的必要性、可行性和特殊性的基础上,叙述了研制这类气体轴承时在设计、选材、加工和调试等方面完成的多项特殊试验以及气体轴承改装产品的航空环境适应性试验和应用概况。     

推力轴承热稳定性非线性分析及周期稳态解的全局特性研究

建立了考虑瞬态油膜压力影响的热稳定性分析模型 ,用求解系统周期解分岔的 PNF法对推力轴承系统的热稳定性进行了研究 ,结合 Poincare映射与胞映射法思想 ,提出了用于分析系统周期稳态解全局特性的数值计算 PCM方法 ,并对推力轴承热系统周期稳态解的全局特性进行了考察     

滑动轴承油膜力Jacobi矩阵的一种快速算法

基于变分不等方程理论,把滑动轴承油膜力及其Jacobi矩阵的求解转换为求解一组三对角矩阵代数方程,采用一种修正的追赶法同步快速求解。同时将系数矩阵分解为轴颈运动相关量和常矩阵乘积叠加的形式,常矩阵一次求得反复调用,大大减少冗余运算。算例表明,采用本文算法,结果精度得到保证,运算时间大幅减少,能很好地揭示滑动轴承-转子系统的非线性动力特性。     

Reduction of subsynchronous vibrations in a single-disk rotor using an active magnetic damper

Rotor instabilities in turbomachinery often manifest themselves as a re-excitation of the first rotor critical speed resulting in lateral rotor vibrations at a frequency below the rotor operating frequency. Considerable work exists in the literature involving the analysis of destabilizing mechanisms and passive solutions for reducing subsynchronous vibrations. The authors propose here a novel active control solution utilizing active magnetic bearing (AMB) technology in conjunction with conventional support bearings. The AMB is utilized as an active magnetic damper (AMD) at rotor locations inboard of conventional support bearings. Presented here are initial proof-of-concept experimental results using an AMD for vibration control of subsynchronous rotor vibrations in a high-speed single-disk laboratory rotor. The study shows that subsynchronous vibrations are reducible with an AMD and up to a 93% reduction in the amplitude of subsynchronous vibrations is demonstrated. The study also shows that the AMD can significantly increase synchronous vibration response (up to 218% in one case) by increasing system stiffness and pushing a critical speed closer to an operating speed. The overall results from this work demonstrate that reduction in subsynchronous response is feasible and that full rotor dynamic analysis and design is critical for the successful application of this approach.     

Global Stability Analysis of Cylindrical and Dual Offset Rotor Bearing Systems

Extensive numerical simulation studies with a short bearing film model show that a balanced dual offset rotor bearing subjected to a fixed external load can improve bearing performance for load and speed conditions known to produce undesirable half-speed whirl in conventional zero-offset cylindrical systems. For specific values of dimensionless load, offset ratio, and load orientation, parametric changes in speed show that the dual offset bearing can undergo a variety of bifurcations which produce coexisting period 1–4 subharmonic, quasi-periodic, and chaotic attractors, all of which may be driven by lower-order dynamic processes. For a specific set of initial conditions, the transition to chaos via period doubling in the dual offset bearing actually produces lubricant films which are significantly thicker than those found in the corresponding cylindrical system.     

电流变液滑动轴承的数值研究

基于油膜内屈服面位置可能出现的4种情况，Tichy提出了用于Bingham流体滑动轴承特性及其屈服面位置的计算方法，在将该计算方法推广到电流变液滑动轴承的计算时，发现随着外加电场强度的变形，出现了轴承风屈服面位置不变的非物理结果，而且Tichy的方法只能适用于无限宽滑动轴承，为了对有限宽度的电流变液滑动轴承进行数值研究，采用了类Bingham模型，通过差分离散和超松驰迭代的方法对雷诺方程进行求解，计算结果表明：电流变流滑动轴承内的压力分布可以通过外加电场强度来控制，轴承间隙内屈服面位置随电场强度变化而产生的移动是使轴承润滑性能得以改变的重要力学机制；在轴承以高剪切速率运转时，由于电流变液表观黏度随电场强度的变化已经很小，该机制在轴承的设计中尤为重要。     

轻载径向滑动轴承中Taylor涡动的产生和影响研究

本文用原始变量法直接求解了三维的Ｎ－Ｓ方程，计算分析了高速旋转有限长圆柱轴承中油膜层流失稳产生涡动的临界Ｔａｙｌｏｒ数及流场、压力场和摩擦阻力。轴承端部泄油量等的变化。结果表明，在有限长同心圆柱轴承中，随着轴旋转速度的提高，轴承磨擦阻力线性增大，油膜层流失稳出现的涡动增加轴承摩擦阻力并减少轴承端部泄油量，油膜层流失稳后，轴承长度方向均匀地排列着一些流体涡，涡动的强度从轴承中间截面向轴承端部逐渐减弱

利用中文科技期刊引文数据库中的数据,对中文核心期刊《力学学报》载文在1990-2008年6月的19年间,被国内中文期刊引用情况(包括被引论文的频次分布、年代分布、引用期刊分布和核心著者分布等)的调查研究与分析解读,揭示《力学学报》在中国学术界的整体水平及主要影响.      

推力电磁轴承的电磁场分析

利用有限元法对推力电磁轴承的磁场分布进行了分析计算,并通过对某一实际电磁轴承的推力轴承磁场分布及漏磁的分析计算,得出了推力轴承和推力盘之间的气隙及推力轴承和转子之间的气隙之比的最佳设计值,所得结果可作为推力电磁轴承实际设计的准则     

变阶梯结构自适应径向滑动轴承的研究

分析了变阶梯结构自适应径向滑动轴承膜压力的形成机理,并建立了二段油膜形耦合变形阶梯结构的流量控制方程,采用有限差分法交叉循环迭代求解了油压力的雷诺方程和变阶梯结构的流量控制方程,比较了设计参数对这咎径向滑动轴承的最小油膜厚度、压力分布、承载能力、摩擦阻力等性能和温升的影响,研究结果表明;合理地选择设计参数可以使得这种滑动轴承具有较好的润滑性能和承载特性。
