Time-domain nuclear magnetic resonance techniques are frequently used in polymer, pharmaceutical, and food industries as they offer rapid experimentation and generally do not require any considerable preliminary sample preparation. Detection of solid and liquid fractions in a sample is possible with the free induction decay (FID). However, for the classical FID sequence that consists of a single pulse followed by relaxation decay acquisition, the dead time of the probe (ring out of resonance circuitry) occurs and varies between 5 and 15 μs for standard 10-mm tubes. In such a case, there arises a risk that the signal from the solid fraction cannot be detected correctly. To obtain quantitative measurement on crystalline and more mobile amorphous fractions, alternative sequences to the classical FID in the solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance were developed. Solid echo and magic sandwich echo sequences perform the relaxation decay refocusing somehow excluding the dead time problem and allow detection of the signal from the solid fraction. In this study, knowledge of amorphous/crystal fraction, which is obtained through solid echo and magic sandwich echo, has been explored on powder sugar samples for the purpose of developing a groundwork for a reliable quality control method. Different sugars were examined for the utilization of the sequences. What is important to add and make this study unique is that the method proposed did not involve multiparameter fitting of the “bead” pattern FID signal that normally suffers from ambiguity; just the integration of the fast Fourier transform of the solid echo was needed to calculate the second moment, (M2).  相似文献

A series of bioactive, triazole‐linked benzyl, aryl, sugar and aliphatic conjugates of 3‐ferrocenylidene‐oxindole have been synthesized. A facile 1,3‐dipolar‐Huisgen coupling reaction of the respective azides with the 3‐ferrocenylidene‐oxindole N‐propargyl moiety ( 3 ) gave the corresponding conjugates ( 5a–n ). All the newly synthesized compounds ( 5a–n ) were characterized by 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, HRMS, Fourier transform‐infrared spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The UV–Vis and electrochemical studies of these compounds were performed in dimethylsulfoxide solutions. The structure of compound ( 3 ) was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction study. These compounds exhibited moderate to good antimicrobial activity against Gram‐positive and Gram‐negative strains.  相似文献

以丝光沸石分子筛(MOR)为载体,以高温生物碳源分解产物H2或CO为还原剂,采用等体积浸渍法制备自还原型双功能催化剂Ni-W/MOR,不经过还原过程直接将其应用于纤维素水相氢解制备低碳乙二醇的研究。考察了催化剂的煅烧温度、活性金属含量配比对纤维素转化率和目标产物收率的影响。结果表明,催化剂的煅烧温度在773 K为宜;XRD表征结果说明,催化剂中活性金属结晶度和晶体的种类与催化剂的配比有关;TEM照片可直观地说明,采用上述方法制备的催化剂中活性金属在载体上具有较好的分散性,粒径均小于20 nm。当Ni、W含量分别为10%和15%,煅烧温度为773 K,反应条件为513 K、5.0 M Pa、2 h时低碳多元醇总收率为56.92%,其中,乙二醇收率为52.30%。  相似文献

In this study ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectroscopy using different frequencies (4.02, 9.47, and 34.16 GHz) was applied to randomly distributed magnetotactic bacteria characterized by their alignment of equidimensional magnetite particles in a chain. Using this technique the coupling field between the aligned magnetite particles of 55 mT was determined. The non-linear frequency dependence of the spectral linewidth is interpreted by the strong influence of the anisotropy properties of the studied magnetic composite.  相似文献

The conductance of a family of ruthenium-quasi cumulene-ruthenium molecular junctions including different numbers of carbon atoms, both in even numbers and odd numbers, are investigated using a fully self-consistent ab initio approach which combines the non-equilibrium Green’s function formalism with density functional theory. Our calculations demonstrate that although the overall transport properties of the Ru-quasi cumulene-Ru junctions with an even number of carbon atoms are different from those of the junctions with an odd number of carbon atoms, the difference between the corresponding current-voltage (I–V) characteristics of these molecular junctions declines to lesser than 16% when the voltage goes up. In each group, the molecular junctions give a large transmission around the Fermi level since the Ru-C π bonds can extend the π conjugation of the carbon chains into the Ru electrodes, and their I–V characteristics are almost linear and independent of the chain length, illustrating potential applications as conducting molecular wires in future molecular electronic devices and circuits.   相似文献

We consider products of ergodic Markov chains and discuss their cutoffs in total variation. Our framework is general in that rates to pick up coordinates are not necessary equal, and different coordinates may correspond to distinct chains. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for cutoffs of product chains in terms of those of coordinate chains under certain conditions. A comparison of mixing times between the product chain and its coordinate chains is made in detail as well. Examples are given to show that neither cutoffs for product chains nor for coordinate chains imply others in general.  相似文献

研究由单一制造商与单一零售商组成的二级绿色供应链,探讨在同时考虑制造商与零售商绿色努力情况下政府补贴策略对供应链绿色努力与定价决策的影响,比较分析无补贴策略、制造商补贴策略与消费者补贴策略对决策影响的差异性,并进一步考虑零售商的风险规避特征对最优决策的影响。结果表明,政府补贴能够激励制造商与零售商的绿色努力行为,对供应链的绿色发展总是有利的;且制造商补贴策略下的绿色质量水平高于消费者补贴策略,但对供应链利润而言并不是最优的;而在消费者补贴策略下,尽管产品的绿色质量水平不是最优的,但供应链可以获得最高的利润。研究还发现,风险规避特征不会改变参数对最优决策与最优利润的影响趋势,但会降低零售商的绿色努力积极性,导致其利润的下降。  相似文献
