石英音叉陀螺是一种微型惯性仪表,音叉的结构参数不仅关系到仪表的敏感性、检测精度和稳定性,而且决定了其力学性能。抗冲击性能是优化的目标之一,作利用计算机模型音叉在特定运载器载荷环境下的力学行为,试验是在HP工作站上采用ANSYS/LS-DY-NA通用有限元程序实施的。结果表明:样机的抗冲性能高于引用标准,能经受10000g的冲击。 相似文献

The mass sensitivity of quartz-crystal microbalance (QCM) was drastically improved by removing electrodes and wires attached on the quartz surfaces. Instead of wire connections, intended vibrations of quartz oscillators were excited and detected by antennas through electromagnetic waves. This noncontacting measurement is the key for ultrahigh-sensitive detection of proteins in liquids as well as quantitative measurements. The combination of Quartz Crystal Microbalance and ellipsometry to quantify polyelectrolyte brush hydration and how this impacts on the study of brush collapse is discussed here. Recent articles study collapse after quantifying hydration of poly (2-methacryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride) (PMETAC) and poly(potassium sulfo propyl methacrylate). Water lost increases with ionic strength but only a 50% of their water content is lost at 1 M NaCl. For PMETAC brushes the exchange of Cl− by ClO4− is more effective, causing 50% lost at 0.05 M. The hydration and water lost for PMETAC brushes synthesized from thiol monolayers with variable density of initiators from 1 to 100% show that the freely entrapped water of the brushes is around a 10%. Highly hydrated polyelectrolyte multilayers (PEMs) were fabricated by “layer by layer” (LBL) assembly of poly (diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride) (PDADMAC) and poly (sodium 4‐styrene sulfonate) (PSS) in 0.5 M NaCl. Both thickness and hydration of the film were determined in situ as the multilayer was assembled by means of the quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM‐D) and the Spectroscopic Ellipsometry techniques combined in a single device. For PEMs of 17 total layers in water, a final thickness of up to 300 nm and a hydration of 69% were measured. The response towards the ionic strength was then studied by means of QCM‐D. PEMs of 17 layers, with PDADMAC as last layer, shrunk dramatically and lost water when exposed to aqueous NaCl solutions of increasing concentration. Indeed, a thickness variation up to 100 nm and reduction in the 50% of the water content were observed when the PEM was exposed to 1 M NaCl. On the contrary, PEMs where PSS appears on top showed no measurable change upon the variation in the ionic strength. This brings the possibility to control the responsive character of the PEMs simply by selecting the last polyelectrolyte layer (PDADMAC or PSS) deposited. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We have investigated different surface functionalization methods to immobilize CD19 antibody on gold surface to capture B lymphoblast cells associated with the acute lymphoblastic leukemia disease. Quartz Crystal Microbalance measurements were performed to analyze the binding kinetics of each layer and determine the optimum method, which results in higher cell capture rates. The random orientation of antibody and oriented antibody through protein G was investigated and protein G presence resulted in 15,2 Hz frequency shift for 104 cells/mL. The 3‐mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (MPS) and 11‐Mercaptoundecanoic acid (MUA) coatings of gold surface together with 4‐(N‐Maleimidomethyl)cyclohexane‐1‐carboxylic acid 3‐sulfo‐N‐hydroxysuccinimide ester sodium salt (Sulfo‐SMCC) and N‐Ethyl‐N’‐(3‐dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC)/N‐hydroxysulfosuccinimide (NHS) linker layers were tested on QCM for protein G and antibody binding. The results indicate that MUA, EDC/NHS, protein G, antibody CD19 is the optimum surface modification among the tested combinations. By using the optimum surface functionalization method, minimum 103 cell per mL was measured as 1.9 Hz frequency shift. 相似文献
